Packed with the stumbling undead, the hallways are lined with flimsy lockers. The lockers are flimsy and you can break into them with a simple hit, they're cheap and most of them contain some useful things for our survivors.
Stefan walked into the hallways, holding his bag infront him as it frightened. He looked around as he walked, unable to see anyone but a few stragling students.
"Hey! Stefan, wait up!"
Naome called after him, dragging Merc behind her.
Stefan turned and waved shyly at her, a shadow flickered on the wall behind him as he did. It wasn't... a comforting shadow.
Merc followed Naome. She was surprisingly hard to drag for such a skinny girl.It must have been something in her backpack...."W
ait!I feel a bad omen..."
Naome blinked. "What do you mean, Merc?" she asked, walking up next to Stefan.
Stefan grabbed his bag handel close, he could feel it too... but he'd always felt something like that around the school. A light flickered, casting another shadow on the wall. "Ummm..." he said nervously, his knuckles going white "Should we run?"
Merc quickly grabbed Stefan and Naome's hand growling."Bad aura..."
Naome blinked. "Well, I'm not sure if we can run..." she looked behind her to see more shadows. "Well, we could always fight..." she smirked, taking out two knives from her deep pockets.
Flinching back, Stefan stared at the knives "W-why would we attack them? I mean..." he looked around and laughed nervously "I-it's not like it's gonna be anything dangerous in a school..."
Merc gave him a look."That kid looked like he was about to punch you.Kazumasaki."
Naome smiled. "Well, I'm just gonna flash these so they see them. Its probably just a bunch of jocks again..."
The shadow then got bigger around the wall until the dark figure came around. When the light hit them, it was clear that it wasn't a zombie, ghost, or anything of that matter. A pink-haired girl in a bright yellow rain jacket came walking down the hall. It was Rika, one of the school's loners. She payed no attention to the group of students down the hall, it was possible that she didn't even know that they were there. With her large headphones on, she was unable to hear much...at least that's what most kids thought. "Ah...what an obvious flaw in the manufacturing system of protection." she said to herself and leaned to one of the lockers. With a flick of her wrist, she yanked the lock from the locker and tossed it behind her. After opening it she said, "Lookie lookie...odd things and a bookie." She grabbed something random and stuffed it into her pocket, closing the door behind her. Her eyes then met with the groups. "Do I possibly ask? Of course this matter is rare. No- I shall not."
Naome sighed thankfully. "Oh, its just you Rika..." she said, putting the knives back into her checkered pocket on her plaid pants.
Merc glared sharply."Did you just steal something from that locker?"
"T-that's my locker..." Stefan said quietly, holding his bag in front of him defensively again "please put it back..."
Rika didn't seemed very moved by any of this. "Perhaps the one in question isn't me. Perhaps it is you to which of whom deserves the questions asked. To whom of which should have prepared for such acts like this? It's a no-go...simple as that." She always was a strange one and not many spoke with her. Often the people who did talk with her felt somewhat confused or awkward. Her confidence was high and her smile was innocent.
Uriko walked into the the hallways with thuds in the background from her big boots.
Stefan rung his bag's handel firmly "I... I guess you can keep my stuff" he said quietly "I'll just get a new book..."
"Rika find this one boring and insecure." she said aloud, approaching the group to pass them. She smelt of candycane and grapes.
Naome blinked. "Hey, just give him his stuff back." she said to Rika, grabbing her shoulder. "Its not yours to take and because there was a lock on the locker from which you took it then the stuff in that specific locker is not yours. So just give it back and I won't have to force you to."
Merc grabbed Rika by the collar of her shirt."Put the stuff back, kid."
Stefan carefully tried to pry both of the girls off Rika and also get his book back off her. "N-no n-need for fighting..." he said gently, trying to get his book back with the least force necessary "We're here to find a teacher..."
Unfortunately for them, it wasn't a book that she stole. For how could one stuff a book in their pocket? And why did this Merc person refer it it as 'stuff'? Clearly she only used one hand to grab whatever it was that she grabbed, if she grabbed anything at all. Rika brought out a little red notebook of hers and wrote something down quickly. "Another." She put it back in her pocket.
Merc eyes were locked on Rika."What did you take...Tell me..."
Stefan shuffled his feet and stared at the floor "She can keep it.. we need to find a teacher."
Rika smiled at Merc and stared at the ceiling tiles. "Why the journey to venture a lonesome teaching personal? This one wonders too often the answer."
"T-the gates are locked" Stefan said, pushing his glasses up his nose slowly "We want them to open it."
Naome sighed softly, looking around the halls as the group talked, wondering where a teacher could be at that very moment.
Mercury stared at Rika.She blinked."Um....."
"If it helps I could look for a teacher" Uriko said quietly, almost unnoticeable that she said something.
Naome looked over at her and grinned. "Really? You'll help us find one?" she said. Naome remembered something and walked to her locker, which was nearby, and opened it, grabbing a small black backpack that had strings for straps and a light black sweater. She put on the sweater and then strapped the bag on her shoulder and closed the now nearly empty locker. She walked back over to the group and smiled.
"How unfortunate it is that common folk cannot slip past a mere fence. Do I react? No....not right now. The supplies are well." Rika pulled out a small container of Vaseline and put it back in, confidence in her face. She walked away from the group and further down the hall and turned a corner where she couldn't be seen once more.
"Um...."MErc blinked.She was confused.VERY confused.
"Is that a yes or no?" Uriko questioned.
Naome grinned. "Yes! Please." she chuckled softly, being careful not to shake her bag.
"Ummm... the girl says that she's surprised that we just cant slip past the gate." Stefan said, wringing his bag again and walking off after Rika to see if they could find a teacher.
Rika didn't notice Stefan following her. She had put her music back on and was skipping down the hall, towards the exit.
Mad Max Exited the Histroy Room and bumped directely into Rika, dropping her back pack. One of the bracers she'd just stolen from the display case clattered to the floor loudly. Max snatched it up knowing Rika's usual habit of taking things that weren't her's. "Whatch where your going." She barked and brushed pass her.
Rika got up and starred at the thick boot that she snatched from Max. "It's often the more speeding one to whom should possibly watch their direction's path. Tis a shame."
The exit squeaked as it was pulled open and Clover stepped inside. She caught sight of the group in front of her, a mix of people unheard of, and, deciding she didn't feel like the weirdness today, turned and pressed the door to open. It wouldn't budge. A slightly harder push. Nothing. She sighed lightly and turned back to the group, her usual confident but humble self. After only a moment look, she moved carefully around the people, down the hall, and out of sight for class.
"GIVE IT BACK!" Max YElled as Rika somehow got her boot off when she stumbeled. She lunged for her boot in an atempt to take it out of Rika's hand "I worked hard on those taps!"
Rika stepped aside as she leaned to grab the boot. "Apologies seem to speak louder when said then not even thought of. Rika is content with a boot to cut away."
"GIVE IT BACK YOU FUCKING LOONY!" Max Shouted again, she was able to grab the laces before the nimble feak manuvered out of the way. THe laces pulled tight as they struggeled.
"Often 'please' assists?" Rika said. She used a free hand and dug it into her pocket momentarily.
"P-please... give our stuff back" Stefan said from behind the two struggling girls "I k-keep m-my sp... special stuff in my l-locker."
"You took my fucking boot I'm nto saying please!" MaxM Shouted. She managed to get her hands onto the heel not realizing in her anger that the trigger release for her toe blade was there. She tripped it, causing the spring to pop out the three inch sarated blade in an instant.
Stefan saw where Max's hands were going, and quicker than anyone had seen the nervous boy move before he snatched the boot up out of Rika's hand. The blade snicked out, almost piercing his hand as he held the boot high.
"What a bore scene." Rika continued to walk down the hall, bobbing her head to the music.
"Bitch." Max said loud enough for Rika to hear as she snatched her boot from Stefan "I had that unde controle." She groweled and ploped down on the floor to fix the laces and put it back on.
Stefan flinched back as Max snatched her boot back, backing away slightly "S-sorry..." he said. He looked around and sighed, he had to ask "Have y-you s-s-seen any teachers?"
"Do I look like I give a shit?" Max snapped as she stood up. She sighed the least she could do was be slightly hospitable to the one nerd who did put the toe blades in her boots. "No I have not seen any teachers."
"I'll go look" Uriko said starting down the hall.
Rubbing his hands nervously, Stefan gulped "We're locked in here..." he said gently "Nearly everyone's pushing against the gates but they wont open."
Uriko stopped and looked back at Stefan, "We could at least try. You should know that if You don't try, nothing will get done."
"Trapped in a high school." Max drolled. "Such is the existance of adolecent life... Do you know how many schools I've ditched when the gates where closed? Please." She turned around and headed the other direction. She planned inacting her revenge on Rika but at the moment she was slightly cureious as to wether not she could escape.
"B-be careful" Stefan said nervously, she was actually the closet thing he had to a freind... atleast she talked to him as he worked on his boots.
Uriko used her seed to go into all the class rooms to see if there were any teaches around. At the end of the hall she tried opening one of the doors. It was locked. She pulled out at dagger and tried to pick the lock, it was no use. She reappeared infront of Stefan.
Merc blinked."I give up."
Naome looked around her to see that everyone went their own way. She sighed sadly and started walking in a random direction, seeing that no one cared.
Merc grabbed Naome's hand."Nope."
Naome yelped and nearly punched her in the face. "O-oh Merc, its just you." she sighed thankfully, a hand over her heart to try and calm her speeding pulse down.
Merc stared at her unemotionally. She stared her dead in the eyes. As if she were staring into her soul.
Naome blinked. "You want something to drink? I have full throttle."
"If you like him go talk to him."Merc said bluntly.
Naome blinked. "Who are you talking about??"
"Stefen. Its written all over your face."
Naome blushed and looked down at her feet. "He... probably likes someone else... I can't go up to him and tell him I like him..."
"Its worth a shot."Merc nudged her twords Stefen
Stefan blushed brightly, wringing his bag handle in his hands "W-what are you talking about?" he said gently.
Naome yelped and blushed, not realising he was right there. "Uh...uhm..."
"Go on..."Mec grinned and pushed her closer to him.
Naome looked back at Merc. "M-merc! Stop pushing me please!"
"Not until you say it."Merc glared unemotionally.
Stefan stared down at her "W-what is it Naome?" he asked nervously.
She looked up at him, her face a crimson red. "W-well, I.." Naome started, but turned to Merc. "Stop pushing me damnit!"
"Alright alright.."Merc stopped and grinned,waiting.
Stefan, the six foot nerd of nerds, was attempting to hide himself behind his tiny school bag "W-what do you need?"
I might as well say it quickly and get it over with.Naome thought to herself. "I-I like you." she said, closing her eyes tightly and waiting for his reaction.
The bag clattered to the floor, Stefan blushing brightly as he stared down at Naome through thick glasses "Y-you?"
Naome looked up at him, still blushing. "Y-yeah..."
Stefan blushed madly and leant down slowly, kissing the top of her head softly "O... ok... can I have some time to think about this?"
Naome blushed brighter. "O-okay."
"My work is done."MErc turned and walked to the hh grounds
Sighing and picking up his bag shakily,Stefan's heart was going five hundred beats per minute and he was sweating slightly out of nerves. Girls...liked him? "S-should we keep looking or go out to see if they've got the gates open?"
Naome nodded. She didn't want to say anything to make an even bigger fool of herself. "G-go out and see if the gates are open..." she said softly. Why did I open my big mouth...? Now everything is akward, like I knew it would be... she thought to herself.
Kitten walked into the hallway, she eyes set in a glare. She walked right past Naome, and accidently bumped into her. Kit fell back onto the floor, she groaned slightly, and sat up, rubbing her shouler.
Naome yelped. "I'm sorry! Are you okay?" she held out her hand to help Kitten back up.
Kitten placed her gloved one in Naome's and pulled herself up, "Hmm..." she muttered. She pulled her shoulder back, and it popped, "That's better," She mumbled, sighing. SHe looked up, "I'm fine." Some of her blue hair fell back into her face, a few pieces blending with her blue eyes.
"A-are you ok?" Stefan asked, pushing his glasses up his nose gently "That looked like it hurt..."
Kitten turned her gaze to Stefan, her cold stare was enough for to cause a grown man to cry, she shrugged, "Fine and no."
If it hadnt been for the fact that Stefan looked like the biggest Nerd ever he would have been quite intimadating himself. His sheer size was enough to scare. He looked down at her, took off his glasses and wiped them on his shirt before putting them on "O-ok..."
Naome wasn't affected by Kitten's glare. She looked out a window and saw fighting going on between Merc and Max. "Uuuuh oh..."
Kitten looked up at Stefan, who towered well over a foot over her. Her mouth titled up a bit into a smirk, but it vanished quickly. "Who are you?" she asked quietly. After waiting a few mintues, she shrugged and headed to the HH library.
"S-s-s-s-s-Stefan!" he called out after her. She intimidated her a bit and had almost made it impossible for him to talk. He hated being shy.
Naome looked at him and smiled slightly.
"I.. I guess the only place we havent tried is te teachers lounge..." Stefan said after a while "If there's none in there then there's none anywhere." He started walking off, heading to the teacher's lounge and thinking hard about what Naome had said.
Uriko leaned up against a wall and sat down against it. She put out dagger and cut her wrist to watch blood run off her hand.
Naome nodded and followed him. I hope it won't be this akward forever... if he doesn't like me the same way, I still want to be friends... she thought.
Sacha stormed out of the teacher's lounge. "Hey, bloodletter," She said in passing to Uriko, then stopped abruptly, turning back. She leaned over, inspecting the wound. "You mind if I have some of that?" She pointed at the blood dripping down her arm.
"Sure" Uriko told Sacha looking emotionless.
Sacha blinked, surprised Uriko would agree to it. This is just like those Anne Rice novels! she thought excitedly, having only ever read half a page of one. She glanced around to make sure no one was around to see this and took her by the hand, licking a clean band through the blood. She moved the taste around in her mouth. "S'not bad," She decided, letting Uriko's hand go.
Max Emerged from te teacher's loung just in time to see Sacha lick Uriko's hand . She sighed and took Sacha by the hand "What have I told you about liking strange people's blood? Come on deary." She began to tug Sacha in the direction of the clock tower.
Sacha let out a whining sound as she was dragged away. "Could use some paprika!" She shouted back to Uriko. She giggled and got back on her feet, following Max to the clock tower. "That's one more thing I can cross off my list of things to do before I die," She said. "Drink the blood of an emo."
Uriko said nothing, not even caring what Sacha told her. She was just a little surprised that people at this school talked to her. At her other school, they never came near her. Not even the teachers.
"What have I told you about drinking the blood of Emos?" Max asked "You never know where they've been." She picked the lock on the clock tower door and scooted Sacha inside.
Bored out of her mind, Uriko sighed and got up to walk about the school.
Uriko slowly walked into the halls. She look around her and saw something looking like people all around her. They looked strange wearing old, torn clothing and weird textured skin. They came closer to her and looked hungry for flesh and thirsty for blood, her flesh and blood. She closed her eyes hard and then opened them. They were gone, sighing in relief she closed her eyes once more and opened them. There they were again, pulling on her. Scared out of her mind her dropped to her knees screaming as some tears began to fall down her face.
"What's wrong?" Stefan asked, gripping her shoulder as she fell to the floor. There were no zombies there, as of yet however. "I think you've lost more blood than is good for you..." he said "And that bloody tap water must have scared you half to death..."
"Probably" Uriko said with a shaky voice.
Stefan took her wrist carefully, holding it firmly to make sure it didn't bleed more as he stood up "It's understandable... I mean the gates are locked and electrified, all the teachers are missing..." he looked up out of the window "It's getting dark..."
Uriko stood up as well and looked into Stefan's eyes sweetly.
That was an amazingly hard thing to do, the light was reflecting off his glasses so much they were almost impossible to see. He blushed slightly though, the last rays of light making his glasses glow a yellowy pink. "I... ummm..." he mumbled.
Jonah marched around the corner. He'd found the right way to go to find them once he heard the scream. "Hey," he exclaimed, walking over. "As much as I hate saying this, I think we should all try to stay together while we figure this crap out." He fixed the position of his backpack, completely ignoring the fact they appeared to be having a moment.
Stefan blushed gently and nodded, still slightly afraid of the Jock "O-ok... d-dunno what's ha-happening.."
"Yeah, that's great," Jonah spoke dismissively, looking behind him. He was starting to get a little creeped out, but inhaled sharply into his nose, before looking back at Stefan. "We should check around the school and try to get everyone in one place - Hey, do you think the speaker system is working?" he asked, pulling up his pants. "We should check that," he added, half to himself.
"O-ok..." Stefan muttered "The speaker system should be in the teacher's lounge..." He turned back around and gulped hard "I... I'll go in."
"Just go, man," Jonah replied impatiently, deciding he was getting sick of dealing with Stefan already. He walked with him a little bit to wait outside the lounge for him, glancing at Uriko to make sure she was coming.
A voice rang out over the speakers, the voice was human but warped beyond recognition "H-hello? Can everyone come to.. uhh.. umm... the main entrance hall please?"
Naome walked out of the Enginering room and walked to the main entrance hall.
Jonah wondered why he didn't ask for them to come to the teacher's lounge, but just glared at him a bit instead of speaking on it and walked off to the main entrance hall to see if anyone came or would come.
Stefan ran out of the teachers lounge and began to run towards the main entrance hall. He hated the teacher's lounge.
Uriko slowly walked to the main hall.
Uriko walked into the hallway and got a bag full of daggers out of her locker and headed to the clock tower
Uriko stormed into the Halls kicking and punching the lockers to get her anger out causing her hands and legs to bleed.
Stefan ran threw the halls, grabbing at Uriko's arm as he passed "Comeon" he said "We're off to the enginering room... atleast it'll be easy to defend..."
Uriko didn't move, "What's the point..." she said, "Every time I try to help, everyone one just pushes me out"
Naome walked up and blinked. "Uriko! What happened to your hands?? They're bleeding..." she said softly, taking out her first aid kit.
Uriko looked at the lockers that she destroyed and back to Naome.
Stefan looked at them as well and groaned. He went over to his smashed locker, they always went for his. He picked a few things up carefully from the bottom and slipped them into his pockets. "Comeon Uriko.." he sighed "I do need your help. I need anyone who can help to help."
Naome was already wrapping up Naome's hands and saw her legs as well. She was thankful her bag was big and full of supplies such as a sweater, knives, and a bunch of medical stuff, plus some other things.
"Fine," Uriko said quietly.
Merc ran in with Jacques on her shoulder."come on!No time to stop!"
Nodding, Stefan ran off after Merc into the enginering room "COME HELP!"
Naome smiled and picked Uriko up, running after them.
Merc ran quickly
Naome walked down the hall. She wanted to think a bit about what Uriko had said. She sighed sadly, feeling horrible. She started to think and make connections about Uriko and Stefan, figuring that she probably liked him as well. She sighed softly, feeling absolutely terrible now. She really liked him, that was a fact, but how did he feel? The only thing she wanted in the end was for him to be happy. She walked to her locker and punched it furiously. She sighed softly and opened the locker, noticing that she sprained her own wrist again. She pulled out a black band and put it on her wrist wincing slightly. She put her sweater back on and walked back into HH Enginering Room.
Uriko silently walked the halls until she got to her locker and opened it. She grabbed a bigger dagger and she usually carries. Emotionless she cut her wrists, watching the blood drop to the floor. Looking back into her locker she saw another mirror and looked into it seeing a zombie. Its probably not real she thought. The zombie came closer to her and put its hand on her shoulder. Uriko screamed dropping the large dagger.
The zombie stood there, moaning softly as the half rotting boy stepped forward. His rank breath rolled over Uriko's face, smelling of rotten flesh and death. It's sightless eyes stared at Uriko, just seeing food. The deep moaning from futher down the hallway showed that this was the first of many.
Uriko quickly grabbed daggers you of her sleeves and pinning the zombie to the walls and running to the HH Enginering Room
The zombie let out a groan as he was pinned to the wall, trying to follow Uriko but finding it impossible because of the dagger.
By the time Uriko got into the halls her heart was beating fast and she was gasping for air. The zombies still came, and she continued to kill them with no break for anything that she desperately needed.
Alek and Rika came out of the engineering room into the halls with her on his back. Unfortunately, the zombies they had sliced up prior were now walking(somewhat) again.
Aleksandr let out a small smile and jumped over one of the shorter zombies, more than likely a freshman, and turned down another hallway before any of the other zombies saw he or Rika. "Where would you like to go? Your choice."
Stefan were making short zombies as he rode along on his robot. he could feel the saw blade stutter at times, it was under stress from all the flesh being chewed up.
"Food?" Rika asked, hinting to the cafeteria. She reached her hands in front of him and held her scythe handle across his chest.
"Cafeteria it is, then. Stefan, how's that sound to you? We could use something to eat or drink, anyways." Aleksandr skid to a hault and kicked at a stray zombie before turning into a set of metal doors that lead into the Cafeteria, holding it open with his foot for Stefan as he set Rika down onto the ground. "Alright, the pony ride is officially over... for now."
Rika went into the HH Kitchen and waited
Sacha had somehow managed to blend in with the zombies, what with being pasty, cold, and smelling like a dead rat. She stumbled along nervously, moaning like the best of them, and opened a side door, hoping to find her best friend somewhere. She slipped into the science room, closing the door quietly behind her.
Naome looked around and kept slashing out at the zombies, just trying to get through.
"NAOME!" Stefan called out to her as he cornered and dissapeared through a doorway into the science classrooms. He'd been worried that she'd get hurt, but was also enthralled by the way that she mowed through the zombies.
Naome heard him and looked up, kicking one of the zombies out of her way. She started going faster, making her way to the science room.
Aleksandr walked out of the science room with the lead pipe on his shoulders, his hands gripping it awkwardly in their position. He looked around for a moment before hurrying to the HH The Teacher's Lounge, shouldering a few of the zombies away that were near.
Rika, Stefan and Noame left the science room all together.
Naome was humming happily, slicing off zombie heads as she went along. She seemed over cheerful...
Stefan went out of the room nervously, flinching away from zombies as they surged at him. He ran to Alek's locker, trying to pull it open.
Rika pushed Stefan, "Anatawa baka!" she shouted. Remembering the com, she started to undue the lock. After opening it, she rummaged through it, finally finding the pistol.
Naome blinked. "Huh?"
"Good... right..." Stefan looked around, staring at the zombies as they started to crowd around them "C-can we get out of here?"
Rika muttered something angrily and rash in Japanese and loaded the gun.
Stefan yelled in terror and threw a vial at the zombies. It shattered and several zombies fell to the ground with their faces slowly dissolving into a puddle.
Naome blinked. "Ohhh, neat trick!" she grinned, slicing wildly at the zombies getting too close.
"TO THE BELL TOWER!" Stefan yelled as he jumped over the writhing zombies in the direction of the bell tower. He was petrified out of his wits, but all the time he kept thinking it over and over Who had done this?
Naome followed him, running swiftly.
The power vanished, the lights flickered and faded into darkness. Now the only thing lighting the way was the moonlight, and the faint glow of the zombies eyes.
Aleksandr limped down the hallway, batting zombies away from him as he made his way to the tower, a silent groan escaping him from putting weight on his sore leg. Obviously no skin was broken since their was no blood on his jeans and no liquid running down his leg, but it still hurt like hell. "Stupid zombie.. gnawing on me like I;m a chew toy.." He muttered as he made his way to the tower.
Sophia burst out of the engineering room, stabbing anything that even glowed slightly, with her modified high heels and pulling Star behind her, even if she protested. Sophia had reasoned that staying in one room wasn't her best chance.
As Star was being pulled by Sophia, she lashed her dagger out at the zombies as much as she could, aiming directly at them, causing them to fall. She would have smiled, but didn't. She didn't want to show her emotions around anyone, and if they slipped, then oh well. But she was going to try to hide them as much as possible. "Are you ok?" she asked Sophia. She would have had herself sound worried, but it came out in a bored tone, as if she didn't care. but truly, she did.
"Y-yeah, fine," Sophia said as she continued further down the hallway, attempting to distance herself from the glowing eyes as much as she could."Are you okay?" she asked, finally letting go of her figuring she could do without her being pulled along by Sophia. "Where should we head next? Where do you think is the safest place? Or at least the best place to hold up..."
"Yeah, i'm okay, we should try to find everyone else. Let's go to the clock tower. I haven't been there yet" Star exclaimed, a weak smile on her face. "I'm glad you're ok" she said boredly once again as if she didn't care, making her way to the clock tower as she slashed at the zombies. She was actually surprised when Sophia had asked her if she was okay or not, and she let a small smile slip as she made her way to hh clock tower
Sophia followed Star to the clock tower, glad she had changed into her tennis shoes as she continued to stab zombies in the eyes whenever the got too near.
Stefan pelted down the halls, yelling at the top of his voice and dodging between the zombies he encountered. "WOOTHISISFUN!" he yelled as he slid across the floor on some slime leaking from a random zombie.
Uriko sat down against the locker to catch her breath.
"Stefan! Wait up!" Aleksandr called out once more as he grinded his teeth together. He dodged through the zombies, nearly hitting a few, all the time wondering how Stefan was missing them completely when he was so hyper.
"WEEEEEHOOOO-" this ended in a loud thud and a groan as Stefan smashed into the lockers next to Uriko. He was only supported by the lockers he was half buried in. He seemed to be dazed right now.
Naome walked calmly over. "You okay?"
With a sigh, Aleksandr walked over to Stefan and helped him up. "Calm down you hyper ass giant." He muttered, groaning a bit. He held the rifle frimly in his hand as he looked back at Naome, shaking his head slightly. "I don't think he is."
Uriko looked at Stefan slightly and was startled a little, but didn't show it.
"Everything... is blue..." Stefan whispered as his eyes opened wide to stare at nothing for a moment. There was a thud as he fell out of the lockers and landed on the floor. After a long moment he slowly moved up and groaned loudly. "What the hell happened?"
Naome smiled slightly. "You jumped at the fence and got quite a shock. Then you started acting all nuts and hotwired a car. You then cleared almost half the courtyard and then dashed off, came in here, and went flying into the lockers." she walked over to him and touched his arm gently, half expecting to get shocked.
There was a tingle but nothing else "Ohhhh..." Stefan groaned, rubbing his head "I... remember... a gun?" he said, squinting at the floor.
"Oh yeah, that too." she laughed lightly. Naome went into her bag and looked to see if she had any iodine for her cut. "Lets see..." she smiled and looked up at him. "You gonna be okay?"
"I feel purple..." Stefan mumbled, one eye twitching slightly. He shook his head and held it gently, moaning lightly "Stupid shock."
Naome stood up. "Maybe we should go to the nurse's office to see if there is any iodine there... and maybe something to help you." she slung one of his arms over her shoulder in cause he passed out.
"Im fine mommy" Stefan mumbled, getting up with Naome. He looked down at her and smiled, kissing the top of her head softly "Thanks."
Naome smiled softly. "No problem. I'm still taking you there anyways... you could use a little rest and I need some iodine..."
"What ever you say..." Stefan mumbled again, following her to the nurses room. His head felt as if a million things were trying to escape.
Naome smiled and led him to HH Nurse's Office.
Sleksandr sighed and shook his head, heading off once more to get back to Rika.
Uriko sighed as everyone left, "No on ever wants to be around me..." she whispered to herself.
Carrie let out a small meep and hid in a locker as a zombie past by. Once it was gone she poked her head out and looked around once more, quickly running off in the direction of the science room, turning the corner only to bump into a zombie and be knocked down. She gasped and began to crawl back on her bottom, moving away from the approaching zombie. "Big brother..." She whimpered out, clenching her eyes and curling up against the wall.
You could tell it was Stefan, only a six foot four person could have feet that size. He hadn't ever really used violence with his body before, but he just lashed out to protect Carrie. His foot connected with the zombie and slammed it into the lockers.
Naome came running out as well. "Are you alright?"
"I wasn't scared if that's what you're asking." She said, quickly defending herself. "I was just cold so I curled up, I didn't see the zombie.." Carrie pushed herself up and dusted off her torn and tattered red skirt, running her fingers through her bangs right after. She let out a soft sigh and hugged Stefan from behind, nuzzling her cheek into his back, her fingers gripping into his shirt.
Stefan smiled gently and stroked her head slowly, scraping some horrible stuff off his shoes. "It's ok. Im here" he whispered "I know you're not scared, but Im here incase someone surprises you."
"Thank you big brother." Carrie whispered back. "Are you okay? You didn't get hurt, did you? Oh god, I hope Tiber is alright in his cage."
Stefan was more disturbed by the fact there was a zombie pinned to the locker with his foot print in it but there would be time for sceaming later. "Comeon then" he said, smiling down at Carrie. God she was cute.
She smiled up at the much taller male before nodding and looking over at Naome. "Come on. I don't think Tiber will like you much, but thw worst he will do is bark and nip at you with his small teeth." Carrie giggled and ran off down the hallway, seeing as there was no zombies, the one Stefan had kicked being the only one. She entered into the HH Science Room.
"Im sure he'll be happy to see a human, so he wont care who it is" Stefan pointed out, following Carried but not before looking over his shoulder at Naome and grinning appologetically.
