Chapter Four
Ayumi giggled lightly and continued to walk towards her fathers house.
Link started to eat some porridge of his own.
Linh for no reason huged link as tightly as she could.
lee smiled and reached for ayumi's hand.
Ayumi, seeing this, reached out and took his hand in her own, moving a bit closer to him.
Link hugged her back in a tight embrace, still sitting down by the fire.
Linh smiled."i could get use to this." she said happily
Lee blushed lightly.
Ayumi looked down at the accumulating snow, which was already 3 inches on the ground. It was still much too early for this...
Link nodded. "Save for the cold, I don't like the cold. Otherwise this is a really nice place."
Linh smiled."Yeah sept the cold!" She said
Lee sighed."How are you able to walk around in that with out freezzinG!?"
Ayumi shrugged. "it doesn't bother me. my father won't tell me why, but cold has never bothered me. I could probably go diving in the lake right now and not be affected..."
Midna reappeared. "You two aren't happy anywhere, are ya? First, you hate the Twilight, now you hate this place..."
Linh laughed.
Lee looked at her."Then you would get your dress all wet!" He joked.
Ayumi blushed and laughed some. "Yeah...it would."
Midna looked at link. "So what are you going to do? You know how Zelda pulls these stunts of hers.."
Lee laughed with her.
Linh sighed."We know and we really don't want to go after her. But navi here won't lets us sleep!unless we do!"
Midna laughed.
Link sighed. "only thing ...we can really do, is go talk to that Ayumi girl...see if she knows anything. For now."
Ayumi squeezed Lee's hand lightly, looking at the ground.
Linh nodded."Then we can make snow men right?" she asked happily
Lee smiled and huged her.
Ayumi blushed and hugged him back, feeling his coolness against her warmth. "No more detours, we should hurry. You're cold.."
Link nodded. "If there's enough snow, maybe. But we might
have to make a trip to Hyrule first..."
"Yeah im getting very cold!" He said.
Linh smiled."okay!" she said happily.
Link smiled back.
Ayumi nodded and took his hand, walking faster.
Lee smiled as they got into the hut.
Linh laughed.
Link hugged her tightly and kissed her cheek.
Ayumi ran over to his father and greeted him, before they had their discussion.
Linh smiled and kissed him back loveing his embrasse.
Lee walked forward and greeted ayumi's father as well.
Ryu, Ayumi's father, looked very surprised. "Ayumi? Lee? What are you two out doing embracing this storm?"
Ayumi sat down on her knees in front of her father. "We..have something we need to speak of."
Link smiled. "So...when this storm dies down, we're building snowmen, right?"
Lee nodded in agreement.
Linh smiled and nodded.
Midna laughed. "I thought you were going back to Hyrule?"
"We really do need to talk to the King..." Link looked at Linh.
Midna suddenly disappeared, laughing very evilly.
Ryu looked at the two of them. "The disturbance in the air? The early winters?"
Ayumi nodded. "Yes...we need to know what might be causing it..."
Ryu sat back and scratched his chin thoughtfully.
Linh sighed."can we do that tomarrow?"She asked sadly.
Lee sighed."I have my own idea of whats going on." he said looking in the direction of the hut link and linh where in.
Ryu smiled. Lee's power was slowly starting to awaken in him. "Please do share your thoughts with us, kind Lee...I am open to any opinions."
Ayumi smiled lightly. This is why she loved and respected her father so much. He was open to any kind of suggestion or opinion, then sat and thought hard about it. He was kind, and gentle. Unless need be. Then he was strong, and powerful. She believed he could become a king someday.
Link thought about it. "Well, we're not going anywhere until the snow dies down..."
"I belive it's those people that 'aura' came home with!"Lee said simply."they are nothing but troble!But also belive that when aura came here she weekend the barreir around our land"
Linh smiled and nodded.
"Until then, we might as well enjoy the relaxation and warmth..." LInk smiled, too.
Ryu thought about this. "Aura...?"
"The...princes
s of Hyrule, Zelda is what she goes by there..."
"Oh yes...that girl. Hmmm...Yes, I felt it too, her presence of crossing the barrier did weaken it some. But that wouldn't have much of anything to do with this winter coming so early...Lee's right, though. I feel a strange presence about those visitors as well." He sighed, trying to think.
"But why would the God Yuki send winter so early father...?"
Ryu thought long and hard. "Well..."
Linh laughed and nodded. She got the covers from the bed and placed them aroun her and link.
Lee looked shocked."I-I'm right?" He said. "Now i know something is horribly wrong!"
Navi sighed."I'm going to go check something!" she dissapered and went to hyrule castel."Midna!" she said.
A shrill laughter echoed through the halls of the castle, and all across Hyrule...
