Professional tutor in mathematics and science for my love for fantasy must be obvious :P

I am 47 years old, male, living in America (North) work in the field of education. Used to play piano and saxophone professionally but a stroke ended those days.

My love of fantasy started with the Piers Anthony series, "Xanth" but I soon discovered the best fantasy author ever... David Eddings. I have read his, "Belgariad" and "Mallorean" series' at least 30 times each and can virtually quote them from memory.

Terry Brooks would be next. The "Shannara" books are incredible, especially the "Scions of Shannara" four books in the middle of them all and I hear That the book "Elfqueen" may become a movie.

By the way, I only mentioned "Xanth" by Piers Anthony but his "Incarnations of Immortality" and "Blue Adept" series' are excellent.
