Is there a story behind your username?
It originally came from the manga Chobits. I found the character, Chi very intriguing in her sweet, innocent, yet mysterious nature. Throughout the years I have attached multiple meanings to the name. As many people know, chi is a word for energy, which I find interesting as well.

What do you mostly do on Elftown?
I used to do a lot of role playing. I was apart of a lot of really great stories and created some characters that I still draw years later. Now I'm mostly here to browse the great art and talk to the lovely creative people on this site. There are a lot of awesome people here and I'm always up for some good conversation.

What do you do for a living?
Right now I am a student. I am a senior in art school with a concentration in printmaking. I make some extra cash by doing some commissions, some tattoo designs, and some plushes on the side. I also do some comics for an online clothing store. So, I guess you could say that I just do a bunch of odd little art jobs.

Do you have an online commission page?
I've been using etsy a lot (http://www.etsy.com/shop/MakeMunstahs), but right now its empty because of my finals. It should be filling up with things shortly and I welcome requests via the messaging system.

What are your hobbies?
I'm really into art. I mean, art is basically my life. Right now I'm in school for printmaking and I love it. But, like any other human being, I need a break every now and then. When I'm taking a break from art, I'm usually listening to music, reading comics, making plushies, watching movies, going to shows, or playing video games.

Ah! And thrifting! Man, I love thrift stores!

What types of plushies do you make?
For a while I was making monster plushies, but lately I've been making a lot of gamer plushies, specifically from Zelda

Where do you hail from?
I'm from the US. New Jersey to be exact, and its nothing like the show.

Is there a particular thing you like about Elftown?
Elftown was my first real introduction to interacting with others on the internet. I've been here since 2003. I joined because I had been putting my art on Elfwood and decided to explore the social networking side of the forest. I've been here ever since. There has always been a good crowd of people here. It has always been full of people interested in fantasy, art, writing, music, and other fun things. I've always enjoyed that. I've made some good friends here. They got me through my awkward years, never minding my awkwardness. I still speak frequently with some of my long time Elftowners and enjoy getting to know new members. This place has always kind of felt like a safe place. I enjoy it.

What do you hope to do for a living after school?
I'd like to do something with art. Right now I am in school for fine arts, but I think it is more likely that I end up doing something along the lines of illustration. I would love that. My style has always been narrative heavy, even when I try my best to avoid it, so that's probably my best route. That, or teaching art. I love kids and teaching someone how to do something is always very rewarding.
