Jack/Yuki/Sam/Will:

Will walks into his and Sam's room and sees his son was awake. "Come on we need to get Jack and Yuki and meet up with Jace," Will said standing in the doorway.

"Ok dad, let's go then," Sam said getting up and going to the door.

Jack woke up to something very warm next to him, he opened his eyes and smiled when he saw that Yuki was snuggled up next to him.

Yuki snuggled closer to Jack a big smile crossed his fact, he clearly was deep in dreamland.

'I wonder when he got in my bed.' Jack thought as he smiled at Yuki.

"I'm awake!" Yuki suddenly yelled jumping up.

"You ok Yuki?" Jack asked slightly confused.

"Huh? Oh yeah I'm fine...why?" Yuki asked completely awake.

"You yelled and jumped up suddenly, you looked kind of panicky." Jack said.

"Oh...When I lived with my dad...I had to wake up at six..I think it was six, but if I didn't I'd get in trouble." Yuki replied before jumping up off the bed.

"Oh, well you don't have to worry about it anymore." Jack said smiling as he sat up.

Meanwhile, Jace wandered down the hallways and knocked loudly on both Will and Sam and Jack and Yuki's doors. "Up an' at 'em! The clerks open in 'bout an hour or two, so get up and let's get breakfast."

Yuki went over to the door, then turned back to Jack. "I'm ready, how bout you?"

Jack chuckled, "Yeah, I'm ready." He said getting up and heading for the door.

Will opens the door and looks at Jace. "Let's go then... You ready Sam?" Will asked Sam as he walked out the door.

"I'm right behind you dad. I still don't know how you can keep going on a couple of hours of sleep though." Sam said he followed his dad put of the door.

Jace grinned wolfishly at the new recruits. "If any of ya got a sweet tooth, the north dining room is where to go, but the south one is probably firing up the wood-grill 'bout now."

Jack opened the door as Jace began talking.

"Wooooood grilllll." Yuki repeated seeming to drool alittle.

Jack chuckled, "Well I think we know where Yuki wants to go."

"Alright then. We just gotta swing by the other dorm wing to pick up the pups, first." Jace said with a grin before turning to walk down the hall.

Yuki looked up curiously at Jace. "Do all werewolves call kids pups, or just you?"

Jace blinked at Yuki. "Just me, as far as I know. 'Sides, to me young recruits stay pups until they graduate."

"Sam don't worry about it ok. Hey Yuki how was your night?" Will asked walking up beside Yuki and Jack.

"Sure ok dad, just don't push yourself to hard." Sam said to his dad. "Mom told me what happened the last time you did."

"Umm..good..I got up at some point." Yuki replied grabbing Jack's hand.

Jack smiled as he held Yuki's hand, "Yeah, so did you two sleep ok?" He asked looking at Sam and Will.

"I got a couple of hours of sleep and been up since." Will said to Jack.

"I slept good. Just a little surprised that my dad was up half the night though." Sam said to Jack.

Yuki gave Will a stern look. "It isn't good for your health...AND HOW COULD YOU NOT SLEEP?!! Those beds where really comfy...."

Jack looked at Yuki then back at Will, "Yuki's right, it isn't healthy."

"For a few weeks after my 24th birthday my friends and I was hunted by humans that wanted to put us back into the facility that we had escaped from," Will said to Yuki. "We were attacked during the day and at night, so I started to sleep lightly so I could protect them."

Yuki looked down he felt bad for asking now. "Oh..."

"It's ok Yuki, don't feel bad. You were just worried about his health." Jack said gently squeezing Yuki's hand.

"It's ok Yuki, please don't feel bad. All that happened years ago now." Will said to Yuki. "I just need to get back into sleeping all night again that's all."

Jace stopped in front of a familiar door and paused to address Jack. "...This is Alex's room." He knocked on the door. "Rise an' shine, pups. You're eatin' wood-grilled goods for breakfast today."

Jack seemed to hold his breath.

"Oh, hi Jace." Alan said opening the door since he was ahead of Alex. "Alex, what are you doing?" He asked as he heard a thud behind him.

"I almost forgot my tiger, and then I kind of tripped over my own foot trying to turn around." Alex said his face a little red from embarrassment as he got up off the floor.

"You're clumsy after you first wake up aren't you?" Alan asked chuckling as Alex just childishly stuck his tongue out at him.

Yuki eyes got a bit wide, then he hide slightly behind Jack.

Alan looked down at Yuki, "S-Sorry, did we scare you?" He asked with an apologetic look.

"Who'd we scare?" Alex asked curiously as he peeked over Alan's shoulder to see Yuki hiding behind Jack.

"Yuki's just a bit shy." Jack said smiling down at Yuki.

Yuki took a deep breath then sighed as he came out from behind Jack, "Jack...say it." Yuki said looking over at Alex then back to Jack.

Jack looked from Yuki to Alex and back to Yuki, "Yuki, I..." He hesitated as he balled his free hand into a fist.

Alex blinked as Jack and Yuki looked at him then back to each other, "Am I missing something?"

"Jack, Yuki's right it's time." Will said looking from Jack to Alex.

Jack sighed, "A-Alright... A-Alex...?"

"Uh... Yes?" Alex said with a raised eyebrow.

"M-My name's Jack and... I-I'm your older brother..." Jack said the last part in barely a whisper.

"Sorry, I didn't catch that." Alex said.

"I-I'm your older brother." Jack said a bit louder as he looked down.

Alex seemed to be in shock as he stared at Jack opening and closing his mouth like a fish out of water.

Yuki squeezed Jacks hand slightly. "Umm he... He makes a really good big brother... Don't worry."

"Dad is he going to be ok?" Sam asked looking at Alex.

"He's just in shock right now, but he will be ok Sam." Will said to Sam as he stood by Jack and Yuki.

"Thanks Yuki." Jack said looking at Alex.

"Say something Alex!" Alan said smacking Alex on the back.

"I... I don't know what to say..." Alex said completely in shock.

"Why not give him a hug or a hand shake." Alan said pushing Alex forward a bit.

Alex looked at Jack nervously.

Yuki Pushed Jack closer to Alex. "Just pretend he's me or something.... Then you can hug him!"

Jack looked at Yuki then back at Alex who looked a little unsure of himself.

Alex took a deep breath before he put his arms around Jack and hugging him gently.

Jack's eyes widened in surprise as he hugged Alex back.

Alan smiled as he watched the two hug.

Jace grinned at the two and began giving introductions without waiting for them to part. "Alan, you've already met Will. This is Yuki and Will's son, Sam. Sam, Yuki, this is Alex's roomate, Alan. Alex, Jack, you two already know eachother, now." He checked the clock in Alan and Alex's room. "We gotta get going if we're gonna beat the rush..."

Yuki tugged Jace's pant leg. "Um.....You should hug them too...your their brother after all."

"That sounds like a good idea," Will said to Jace.

"It's good to meet you Alan," Sam said to Alan while holding out his hand.

Jace smiled softly down at Yuki. "But that's our little secret, remember?" He glanced around to demonstrate that they were in a fairly public area. "Besides, I'm the pups' supervising officer first and foremost."

Jack and Alex parted and smiled at each other before turning to the others.

"Hello Sam." Alan said smiling and taking Sam's hand.

"Uhh............That isn't fair..SCREW THE OTHER PEOPLE HERE!" Yuki said tears going down his face. "Y..You guys actually care about each other..and yet you can't even hug!" He added luckily no one was around.

"Don't cry Yuki." Jack said going over and hugging Yuki.

"I think someone needs to get my sister, Sam could you and Alan try and find Raven please." Will asked Sam and Alan. "Yuki, it may not be fair but some brothers don't hug for certain reasons. I know because me and my twin haven't hugged in a very long time."

"I'll see if I can find her dad, you want to come along Alan and meet my aunt?" Sam asked Alan.

"Sure." Alan said smiling.

Jace blinked at Yuki's outburst. "Yuki...This place is an army facility. We're soldiers, and as such, we need to trust the people around us because at any moment our lives could be in their hands." He kneeled down to be eye level with Yuki. "People here don't trust me. And I won't let my brothers suffer for that."

"Won't lying only make things even worse?" Yuki asked is voice so quiet that it was hard to catch what he said.

Jace whispered to Yuki. "Not if they don't find out." He then stood up and gave Yuki a reassuring smile. "It's worth the risk. They don't get a chance if people know."

Jack smiled and knelt down next to Yuki, "You're such a kind kid."

"I...I umm no..I'm not!" Yuki said face red with embarrassment.

Jack chuckled, "I think you are." He said hugging Yuki gently.

"Uhhh grrah."Yuki moaned but hugged back.

Jack chuckled as he released Yuki and smiled.

Yuki looked up at Jace. "Please tell him I'm not."

"You're..." Jace paused, "observant. Good at reading a situation and knowing what it needs. It can be a good thing or a bad thing, usually good if paired with kindness." He ruffled Yuki's hair. "And kindness without observation leads to people doing bad things because they don't know how to tell a good guy from a bad guy."

Jack nodded in agreement, "Exactly."

"Oghh...Um..th...thanks." Yuki replied face red as he looked down. "Um wer..weren't we going to eat?"

Jace sighed and looked down the hall. "Yeah, but we should probably wait for the pups to get back, first."

"Yeah." Jack said with a nod.

"I wonder what's taking them so long. It shouldn't take this long to find Raven." Will said as he glanced at the clock.

"Are guys even allowed near the women's dorms?" Alex asked looking at Jace.

Jace waved a hand dismissively. "Yeah, so long as they stay out of the rooms and have a..." He thought for a moment and facepalmed. "I'm an idiot. I just let two recruits without identification badges wander into the female dorms."

Yuki started laughing. "Hopefully they won't return with red hand prints on their cheeks!"

Jace's shoulders slumped. "Ana's gonna kill me..."

Jack chuckled, "I'm sure they're fine."

Yuki smiled at Jace. "Anna's nice... She wont kill you...just yell at you."

Jack smiled at Yuki, "Of course she wouldn't kill him."

"Sorry you guys weren't waiting to long I hope." Raven said walking up.

Jace gave an exhale of relief. "Nah. You don't mind wood-grill, right?"

"Wood-grilled is fine." Raven replied.

"Perfect." Jace grinned wolfishly. "C'mon." He began leading them to the south dining room.

"I wonder where my aunt's room is," Sam said to Alan as they walked down the hall. "This would be alot easier if I could just shift to my fox form, but if my dad found out he would have a fit."

"Umm what are you guys doing here?" A woman with short black hair about 5'6, asked.

"We were just trying to find my Aunt Raven's room." Sam said to the woman while giving a short bow. "I'm her nephew, Sam Blackfire."

"I'm just helping him find her, I'm Alan." Alan said with a slight bow as well.

The woman looked over them. "*sigh* I'll send her your way... But this is the female dorms... Sooo boys shouldn't be here." She said she seemed a bit bored.

"Thank you." Sam said with a smile. "I see that you use a sword too Alan, mine is my mom's that my dad had made for her."

"Wow, it must be very precious to you." Alan said with a smile.

"It was her way for me to have something of my dad's since he had disappeared a couple of months before I was born." Sam said to Alan.

The woman was about to walk away. "Um can you two wait over through that door." She asked jerking her thumb at a door.

"That was nice of her. Oh, sure miss." Alan said as he walked over to the door with Sam.

Sam nods and follows Alan to the door, "Me and my dad are not your average werewolves like Jace is, I mean at one time my dad was but that changed for him when he was 14." Sam said once the door closed. "Me I was born different per say."

"How so?" Alan asked curiously.

Sam holds up his hand as lightning arcs between his fingers. "My dad and I are hybrids, I was born one and my dad was made one when he was younger, but my mom was a full blooded vampire." Sam said to Alan. "We are as fast as a vampire if not faster, we are as strong as a werewolf, and we both have a nine-tailed fox demon form that allows us to control the elements, fire for my dad and lightning and fire for me."

"Whoa, really? That's cool." Alan said looking at the lightning between Sam's fingers.

"It is cool and I'm glad that my dad had some friends that showed me how to control my powers." Sam said thinking of his dad's friends. "I guess now though they probably wouldn't still be around."

"Really? Why not?" Alan asked.

"When I left the underworld the year was 2030 and I don't know how much time has passed since then." Sam said to Alan. "That was also my 18th birthday."

"Awww Sam where you being pervy?" Raven teased as she opened the door.

"Oh. Pervy?! Who's pervy?!" Alan asked totally shocked as he looked at Raven.

Sam blushed at what his aunt said. "I wasn't I swear. Dad asked me to come and get you," Sam said to Raven. "Why did I ever hang out with Kai I will never know."

"I'm just playing. So what's the game plan?" Raven replied.

"Well we was about to go get some breakfast and Jack met Alex." Sam said to Raven. "Oh, Aunt Raven this is Alan. Alan this is my Aunt Raven."

Alan was mumbling something that sounded like, 'I'm not even into women.' When he looked up, "Hello, nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too... Well we probably shouldn't keep them waiting."Raven said smiling as she turned to leave the room.

"Yeah." Alan said nodding as he followed Raven.

AS Debbie led Will and Raven, Raven got closer to Will so she could whisper. "I should have told you this sooner...but we have a sister...but...She doesn't really like us."

"What do you mean she doesn't like us,"Will asked Raven slightly confused."and when was she born?"

"about a year after your fight with Dean....She's angry that I let you get in a fight with Dean....and she think you left Dean behind..."Raven replied sadly.

"I see. Does Sam know about her?"Will asked with a sigh.

"He meet her twice...I don't think she spoke to him though."Raven replied.

Let's focus on the two major problems for now and when the time comes I'll try and explain things to her if I can,"Will said to Raven."By the way, what did mom and dad name her?"

"Karin...Your right."Raven replied as Debbie stop.

"You look upset Anabell."Debbie stated as Anabell stopped in front of them.

Anabell was so upset that it her a bit to calm down enough to talk to them."I'm sorry...District twelve is dangerous enough without a hybred running aroung...People there tend to be even more hastile towards government."

I understand Anna. There is another problem that Raven and I need to speak to your father about,"Will said to Anna."We have just recently met one of our family members from this time and his parents are missing."

Anna simplely nodded before continuing past them down the hall.

"*sigh* I dont understand why she gets upset about little town like those."Debbie said shaking her head as she start leading the way again.

"I can see why she feels the way she does, Debbie,"Will said as they walked."She wants to try and save people even though those people refuse the help."

"Yeah...and I geuss the rest of it is just a matter of her not leting go of the past.."Debbie said with a sigh.

"I just wish my brother would let go of the past and try and get along with me instead of wanting to fight me,"Will said with a sigh."And now I have a little sister who thinks the same way he does. I just hope the two of them don't meet right now."

"Just move forward...*Sigh* Dont think about what could have happened if, "If" is something that can't be changed, your just turtoring yourself by thinking of "Ifs"" Debbie said slowing down.

"You're right. I need to focus on helping Ciel right now." Will said as he slowed down as well.

"Here you are." Debbie said stopping in front of a door then knocked.

"Come in." A man's voice replied, it was a slightly rough voice with a southern accent, but it was a leaders voice none-the-less.

"Hello sir, I'm Will Blackfire and this is my sister Raven." Will said walking in and giving a short bow. "We are here on behalf of a relative we just recently met whose parents are missing."

"Alright please take a seat, You can call me Dennis." Dennis stated curiously.

Will nods and sits down. "I have reason to believe that his parents may have been taken by some enemies that I had made when I used to live in the underworld." Will said to Dennis. "My sister and I know the area and I would like the chance to say goodbye to our parents."

"What reason do have to believe this?" Dennis asked.

"I was taken by them once and almost died by the hands of their leader if it wasn't for my sister and my friends. If they had realized what could happen if my family some how had more members like me then they would try and kill them." Will said to Dennis.

"Hmmmm Aren't you the time traveler? If you are then I would think those enemies are dead." Dennis replied.

"Yes I am the time traveler and demons live for a long time, so it is possible that their kids and their kids kids would carry on the hatred for me and my family." Will said as he glanced at Raven. "Our father once said that when the time is right, family will stand together. I want to help Ciel because he is a part of my family just as this government is now."

"Hmm I guess it is possible... But I cant send anyone with you without proof." Dennis stated.

"I understand, but I'll need Ciel to come with me to open the gate to the underworld and so that I'll be able to return." Will said to Dennis as he stood up. "I'll have my son stay incase my brother decides to come here."

Dennis seemed to think for a bit. "...Alright... But I'll give you a week... If you can't find any evidence or the parents... You have to come back."

"Understood, come on Raven let's head back to the training grounds." Will said as he got up and opened the door. "I'll give you the report as soon as I return, Dennis."

"Thank you sir." Raven replied as she walked out.

"Raven, I want you to help Sam out just incase Dean does decide to come here while I'm gone." Will said as he and Raven walked back to the training grounds. "I feel like I'm forgetting something but I can't remember what it is and I know it deals with today."

".....Alright... But be careful... Don't do anything reckless." Raven said.

"I'm coming back this time Raven and I'll bring back Ciel's parents too." Will said to Raven as they passed Maniko and Meko. "Now I remember what today is. It's my birthday, how could I have forgotten about it?

"You better or I'll show you no mercy, birthday or no birthday!" Raven replied.

"I'm heading back home to the underworld for the first time in over 300 years. What's the worst that can happen?" Will asked Raven as they walked.

"Hmm I wander.."Raven teased before looking back for a sec.

"What is it Raven?" Will asked as he looked back at what Raven was looking at.

He noticed Meko and Maniko peeking out from behind a corner.

"Hi Maniko and Meko. Did either of you need something?" Will asked as he turned around to face them.

Maniko noticed she was next to Meko and gave Meko a quick glare before walking off,

"Ummm...Wh... Where you talking about the underworld?" Meko asked watching Maniko walk away.

"We were, that's where I used to live until my fight with my twin brother." Will said to Meko. "I'm on my way now to get my nephew Ciel so we can find his parents, is there something you wanted to know about the underworld?"

"Umm I actually have been really interested in it for awhile." Meko replied. It almost seemed she lost her voice without Maniko there.

"I guess it couldn't hurt for you to come along with me and Ciel." Will said to Meko. "I believe there are some nice shops down there so you could get something for your sister."

"I..I would like to..but I have work..and someone needs to protect Maniko.."Meko replied quietly. "Oh I have to go!" She added as she took off.

"Hmmm She wasn't really acting like herself...was she?" Raven asked.

"I could tell the same thing." Will said as he turned and started to walk again. "You never know she may end up going along after all"

"Yeah but if she's acting like that... How well will she be able to defend herself?" Raven replied.

"Is there anything I should be aware of before we get to the underworld,Ciel?" Will asked as they walked through the facility towards the front door. "I'm only asking just in case we do run into trouble."

"Well for one the gate is going to be kinda for from where we want to be, for two...there are some people that don't really like me."Ciel replied.

"The traveling part I don't mind." Will said as they walked. "I wasn't that liked down there either and I would've died once if it wasn't for your great grandfather and his friends. So why are you not liked by the other demons?"

"Well for one, I'm not a full demon, for two.... I was kinda a bad kid a few years back and caused alot of trouble for people." Ciel replied.

"Don't worry about anything ok, if anyone tries to come after you down there they will have to deal with me." Will said as he opened the front door. "Family stands up for one another. Besides I know that your not a full demon, I just didn't say that I smelled the vampire scent as well as the werewolf and demon scents."

"Wouldn't that just get you more enemies." Ciel asked as he walked over to area. "This looks like a good spot."

"It would but we do have the government on our side and I look after my family." Will said as he looked at the spot. "Go ahead and open the gate and let's go home to find your parents."

Ciel nodded as he reached out his hand and a moment later a gate appeared. "Lets go!"

Anna/Loki/Alan/Alex:

Loki woke up to Snowball meowing and swatting at his ears, "Alright, I'm up, I'm up." He whispered as he rubbed his eyes.

Alan was sitting in his bed against the headboard with his eyes closed when Alex woke up.

"Hey roomie, you awake?" Alex asked as he sat up and yawned.

"Yes." Alan said not opening his eyes.

"You know that's kind of creepy." Alex said looking over at Alan.

"Oh, sorry." Alan said opening his eyes and looking over at Alex.

"It's ok.... I'll be right back." Alex said heading for the bathroom.

Loki could hear Annabell taking a shower.

'Oh, Anna's taking a shower.' Loki thought as he got out of bed.

The shower turned off. "Hey Loki..You awake?" Anna asked her tone seemed sad.

"Yeah, I'm awake." Loki called out as he made his bed. "Is something wrong?"

"Oh...No not really..was just thinking,..that's all." Anna replied opening the door.

"You sure, you seem kind of sad." Loki said.

"You never met my mom did you?" Anna asked but it was more of a statement.

"No, I didn't." Loki said.

"That's what I was thinking about... And my brother." Anna said before adding. "I don't think anyone told you about him..."

Alex came back from the bathroom to see Alan who had changed and was sitting on the bed.

"You ready to get some breakfast?" Alan asked smiling.

"Yeah." Alex said smiling as he headed for the door with Alan right behind him.

"No, they didn't... What was he like?" Loki asked sitting on the bed and petting Snowball.

"Actually, you guys are a lot alike but he was a fighter not a healer." Anna said giving him a slight smile.

"Really? So what'd he look like?" Loki asked as he looked at Anna.

Anna walked over to her coat and took a picture out."Here, it's a picture of the whole family... Even your parents!" She said happily.

Loki took the picture and looked at it, "Wow, my mom looks so pretty."

"Yeah she really was." Anna smiled seating beside him.

"Your mom was really pretty too." Loki said smiling.

"Thanks...haha most the time people confused her for a feminine man!" Anna laughed.

"Really? Why?" Loki asked looking back at the picture.

"Well she didn't really have much of a upper chest, her uniform looked more like a mans...she gave people stern looks alot of the time,...And she was a really strong person hehe." Anna's eyes filled with pride and a huge smile came back to her face.

"Well I think she was really pretty." Loki said smiling.

"She was...Oh wow we better go get something to eat." Anna said glancing at the watch on her wrist.

"Yeah, Snowball is getting hungry." Loki said as Snowball meowed loudly.

"Haha okay what dinning room do ya want...I don't really care myself." Anna said pull her boots on.

"What dining rooms are open?" Loki asked.

"The grill, sweet haven, and the normal to-be-expected breakfast."

Snowball meowed loudly when Anna said 'the grill', "Well I think Snowball has chosen." Loki said chuckling.

"All right." Anna replied opening the door.

Loki smiled as he followed Anna.

On their way to the kitchen Annabell notice the breakfast rush, and ran with Loki to beat the rush to the kitchen. "Wahoo we won! Now lets get our food before they get here."

Loki chuckled, "Alright."

"What do ya have Rob?" Anna asked the cook, A sandy blond haired guy, about 6'2 he was pretty muscular.

"We have steak and eggs, grilled shrimp and pike, steak stir-fry, grilled chicken, chicken stir-fry, & shrimp stir-fry...we would have had more but a few of the other cooks where sick." Rob replied.

"That all sounds really good." Loki said with a smile.

"Steak stir-fry for me... Oh by the way, Loki, they have big servings."Anna said.

"Me and Snowball share so that's fine, I'll take the grilled chicken." Loki said.

"Alrighty." Rob replied handing both of them their orders.

"Thank you." Loki said with a smile and a bow.

"No problem." Rob replied.

"Well let's find a seat." Anna said heading over to a large table.

Loki nodded as he and Snowball followed Anna to a table.

"This table looks big enough..." Anna said sitting down.

"Yeah." Loki said nodding as he sat down next to Anna.

The doors opened a bunch of people pilled in.

Loki looked over at the door.

"Loki!!" Meko & Maniko called coming over holding their trays. "How are you guys?" Meko asked.

"Oh hey guys. I'm fine." Anna replied.

"Hi Meko, hi Maniko." Loki said smiling and waving as Snowball jumped up on the table next to Loki.

"Can we seat with you guys?" Meko asked.

"This isn't school... Of course ya can." Anna replied.

"Yeah, we don't mind." Loki said feeding some chicken to Snowball who happily ate it.

Meko & Maniko sat down. "*Sigh* Man this week has been busy." Maniko said.

Jace opened the doors for the recruits to file in. "Aw." He groaned. "Looks like we gotta wait in line..."

"I don't mind." Alex said chuckling.

"Neither do I." Alan said.

"Whoa!" Jack said looking around.

Yuki's eyes widdened as he hide behind Jack. "Too many people..."

Jace spotted Anabell, Loki, and the twins and kneeled down to Yuki's height again. "Tell ya what. Why doncha tell me what you like, and you can go sit with Ana and her cousin while we wait in line. Sound good?"

"Thank you... Umm steak... Veggies... I don't like sweets though." Yuki replied.

"Got it." Jace nodded. "C'mon, let's getcha a seat."

Yuki nodded as he followed Jace. "I would hold your hand too Jace..but then Mr.Glares would fall."

Jace chuckled warmly. "Well we can't have that." He placed a hand gently on Yuki's shoulder. "Hey, Ana! Loki!" He completely ignored the twins' existance. "Do ya mind keepin' an eye on this one while we get breakfast for everyone? He doesn't like crowds."

"No problem, Jace. Don't worry Yuki you'll get used to it after a while." Anna replied.

"Thanks, Ana." Jace gave her a huge grin before heading back to the others.

"Hi there, I'm Loki, and this is Snowball" Loki said with a friendly smile as Snowball meowed.

"Oh nice to meet... You Loki... I'm uh Yuki....I are names are to close...call me hmm Numori..Ack! I mean uhh Caxtin!" Yuki said seating down.

Loki chuckled, "Alright Caxtin then."

"Haha why dont you want to be called by your name?"Anna asked.

Yuki let go of Jack's hand so Jack could get something to eat. "Oh you need a name to, Loki....I got it! Ikol is your new name!"

"Ikol?" Loki repeated curiously.

Jack smiled and hugged Yuki before going back to the line.

"It's your name backwards... But it doesn't sound anything like that name!" Yuki replied happily.

Loki chuckled, "Alright, that's kind of cool."

"What's wronge with the name, Loki?" Anna asked.

"It is to close to Luki, of course." Yuki in a chillingly calm voice.

"Who's Luki?" Loki asked curiously.

"Ummmph... *sigh* I wanted to ask about him anyway and you would of asked me how I know him so.._{He's my father.}"

"Your father?" Loki repeated.

"Yes." Yuki replied before adding. "Have you ever had any run ins with him?"

"No...but there are so many people that we dont have the names of..so it is possible."Anna replied.

"Steak sounds nice right about now," Will said as he got into line, "even though I could go for some grilled deer meat."

"Chill out dad I'm sure you'll get the chance to hunt some deer sometime soon, but for now just stick with the food here please," Sam said to his dad as he got into line behind him.

"Actually, there's never any guaruntee that what people catch themselves is safe to eat." Jace said as he stepped into line himself. "The government has farms with wide open fields and gun turrets at every corner that they get food from. There might be one with deer a little farther south, though."

"I used to hunt a lot with my dad as a kid," Will said to Jace. "I also picked up how to make swords from him."

"Really?" Jace raised an eyebrow at Will. "The most my dad ever taught me was how to pronounce 'bandana'."

"All I can say is in the time that I grew up in family mattered. I had taught myself to use the swords though as a way to protect myself," Will said with a small smile. "My sister is the only full blooded werewolf left in my family. I saved her from going through what me and my twin brother went through for 10 years."

Jace blinked at Will before turning back to the line with a sad smile. "Guess times were different."

Will let out a sigh as he stood in line. "If you do happen to come across my brother while on a mission don't try and take him on by yourself," Will said to Jace.

Jace gave a non-committal grunt in reply.

"Welcome! We have Steak & eggs steak, grilled shrimp and pike, steak stir-fry, grilled chicken, chicken stir-fry, & shrimp stir-fry...we would have had more but some of the cooks couldn't show." Rob stated.

"Is that even breakfast food?" Raven whispered.

"It is here!" Jace said with a wolfish grin. "Is the steak an' eggs t-bone steak, or what?"

"We have have it with T-bone." Rob replied before turning to Raven. "Lil lady, here in the army you need stuff like this for breakfast."

"I think I'll try the steak stir-fry," Will said looking at the food.

"I think I'll have the same as my dad," Sam said standing beside his aunt.

"T-bone an' eggs for me, and a seperate plate a steak stir-fry." Jace said.

"Alright." Rob replied giving Sam & Will their plates then went and got Jace his.

"Shrimp & Pike for me."Raven stated.

"Thank you," Will said as he took his plate and went to where Yuki and the others were.

Sam nods and takes the food and goes and sits by his dad.

Jace took his and Yuki's plates then looked back at Alan, Alex and Jack. "Order up, pups!"

"I'll take grilled chicken." Alan said.

"I'll have the T-bone steak and eggs." Alex said smiling.

"I'll take chicken stir-fry." Jack said.

"Alright." Rob replied quickly getting them there orders.

"Thank you." Alex, Jack and Alan said in unison then looked at each other.

"Well that was... Weird." Alex said chuckling.

"It was." Alan agreed nodding.

"It was like we had one mind, but three mouths." Jack said laughing.

Yuki looked over from the table. "Umm did you guys hear that?"

"Hear what?" Loki asked curiously.

"It sounded like a bunch of people saying thank you." Yuki replied.

"Yeah, I think it was them." Loki said looking over to Alex, Alan and Jack.

"JAAAACK!! COME OOOON!" Yuki called patting the chair beside him.

Jack chuckled as he came over and sat next to Yuki with his food.

"Here ya are." Jace put the plate of steak stir-fry in front of Yuki and sat down. "Eat up."

"Thank you." Yuki replied as he started eating.

"Oh you're..so cute hehe." Anna remarked to Yuki.

"NO I'M NOT!!! BOYS AREN'T SUPPOSE TO BE CUTE!!" Yuki Said shooting up from the table.

Loki looked at Yuki, "Calm down Yuki, she didn't mean anything by it... Girls tend to think all children are cute."

Alex just blinked as he sat down on Jack's other side.

'Yuki's a boy?!' Alan thought completely shocked as he sat down.

'And this whole time I thought Yuki was a girl.' Jack thought to himself a little surprised.

"*sigh* I know... But everyone I meet thinks I'm a girl... And cute... My sister told me to accept it and get a sex change... Grr I wish people would realize." Yuki replied sitting back and started eating while making a pouty face.

Jace scoffed. "Like it matters. So long as you can fend for yourself and protect what you care about, gender shouldn't be an issue. Besides," he grinned wolfishly at Yuki, "if people underestimate ya for it, it becomes an advantage."

"Annabell thinks every child is cute whether they're male or female." Loki said.

"Well that is true Jace, but it can be quite annoying." Jack said with a nod.

Yuki smiled and hugged Jack, then went over to Jace and hugged him. "When I get older I won't look like a girl... Because I'll train everyday and get strong... And cut my hair!"

"That's the spirit... Just don't over work yourself." Anna said.

"Don't worry about that, Ana." Jace said. "When the pup gets old enough, I'll train him myself!" (Cue horrified looks from anyone who knows his training regimen.)

"We can spar in our spare time when you're older too." Jack said smiling.

"Umm ma..maybe he wants to be a gunner hehaha." Anabell said looking worried and starting some nervous laughter.

Jace shrugged as he cut his steak. "His choice. But it's best the pup knows at least some hand-to-hand in case someone catches him off-guard."

"Umm I know some hand-to-hand...I really like it!" Yuki said not knowing what he's getting himself into.

"Well, Jace is kind of rough so Yuki should wait til maybe 17 or 18 to work with Jace..." Alex said looking at Yuki.

"Well maybe the minimum time to wait is til he's 15." Alan said looking a little nervous.

Jack raised an eyebrow as he watched Alan absently rub his head.

Jace shoved a bite of steak into his mouth. "My brother and I started brawlin' against teens when I was 'bout ten. It's all 'bout transitioning so ya don't get yourself killed in the first spar." He turned to Yuki. "How old are ya, pup?"

"I'm eight... Out in the world there are vampire, werewolf, etc that will be older then me and they won't go lightly....so I don't want you as my teacher to go light on me either." Yuki replied.

Jace let out a bark of laughter. "You're gonna do just fine around here, pup!" He grinned wolfishly at Yuki. "Keep up that attitude and you'll have nothin' to worry about."

Alex smiled, "Yeah, just don't push him too hard ok?"

"And don't push yourself too hard Yuki." Jack said.

"I wont." Yuki said with a smile.

"Umm let's stick with the-here-and-now for the time being." Anna looking slightly worried but not as worried as before.

"Right." Jace nodded. "After we get the paperwork done, he should probably go with Hana and the kids. At least while everyone else is training, working, or on missions."

"How is Hana?" Loki asked curiously.

"She's been doing well.... I really think she should get someone to help her though..." Anna replied.

"Maybe I can help her out." Loki suggested.

"Maybe...but then again Betty might want your help too." Anna said.

"Well we can always ask her." Loki said.

*Thump* "AHH!! MANIKO! WAKE UP!!" Meko cried shaking Maniko who had fallen from here chair. "Wha?... Oh, did I fall asleep?" Maniko asked rubbing her eyes.

"I know a little hand to hand combat, but I only use it if I get disarmed." Will said to Jace and Anna. "Now if Yuki wants to be a swordsman Sam and I can teach him."

"Thanks guys.... Uhhh are you okay Maniko?" Yuki replied looking at Maniko who was still being shaken by Meko.

"Yeah I'm okay...*yawn* just not a morning person." Maniko replied.

"Did you not get enough sleep last night?" Jack asked curiously looking at Maniko.

"Oh she has that thing where you can't sleep at night." Meko replied letting go of Maniko.

"What thing would that be?" Sam asked the twins.

"I think it's called 'insomnia'." Jace supplied off-handedly between bites of his steak.

Will makes a small rose out of flames and slowly has it to rotate in the palm of his hand. "Insomnia huh, try drinking some warm milk before you go to bed," Will said as he glanced at the twins.

"I tried that so much that I hate milk." Maniko replied, then her eyes shifted to the fire rose. "Cool."

"Oh this is nothing. I can add other things around the rose too." Will said as a couple of fire butterflies appeared fluttering around the rose.

"I have insomnia too." Alan said.

"It sucks doesn't it?" Maniko asked then turned to Anabell and Jace. "I'm guessing you guys have it too.." She then looked over at Meko who was about to touch the fire butterflies. "..Meko don't touch that."

"Nah, as long as I'm in the facility, falling asleep is easy for me." Jace said disinterestedly.

"Yeah, and that milk thing wouldn't work for me... I'm lactose intolerant." Alan said.

"Yeah, I don't really have much problems getting to sleep either." Anna replied.

"Yeah, the milk thing isn't for everyone." Will said as he let the fire rose and butterflies disappear. "If everyone is done shouldn't we go and get the paperwork done?"

"*Sigh* If we must." Maniko replied. "If we don't get back to the office soon Iris will have are heads." Meko told her sister as she got up.

Jack chuckled. "This Iris must be scary."

Jace snorted at he finished off his egg. "Woman's wound tighter than my wristwatch."

"Really?" Alan questioned as pushed his empty tray away.

"Jeez, glad I didn't meet her." Alex said finishing his drink.

"Interesting." Jack said thinking.

"We may still run into her at some point," Sam said as he stood up.

"You ok sis, you've been awful quite since you got your food." Will said to Raven.

"Yeah I'm fine, just only like you... I spend time eating in a kitchen."Raven teased.

"Ok you have a point there." Will said smirking.

Yuki stared off at a different table. "That lady looks too young to have so many kids."

"Oh that's Hana, she runs the Daycare... Those aren't her kids." Anna laughed.

"She takes care of all of those kids by herself?" Jack asked.

"*sigh* Yep...and I don't think she'd have it any other way." Anna replied.

"So she loves kids that much huh?" Jack said smiling.

"Yeah, and kids love her." Loki said with a smile as Snowball meowed.

"Hollo!" Hana hummed as she came up.

"Oh hello." Sam said to Hana.

"Hi Hana." Loki said smiling at her as Snowball meowed.

"Hello miss, I'm Alan." Alan said shyly with a small wave.

"And I'm Alex." Alex said with a smile.

"Hello there, I'm Jack." Jack said with a smile.

"I guess you walked over 'cause ya noticed the new pup." Jace gestured at Yuki. "We still need ta get his paperwork filled out first, though."

"Well actually Jack could fill the paperwork out for him." Anna said with a smirk. "After all... They did tell me they where brothers."

"Well we did say we were brothers, but we just met recently so I don't really know much about his past and if there is anything about his past that you need I won't be able to fill that part out." Jack said glancing at Yuki.

"I don't want to hang out with a bunch of dumb kids any way.... They will just annoy me." Yuki said getting up.

"Oh, I'm sure you'll find they are a lot nicer and more interesting then you think!" Hana said clapping her hands together.

"If you don't want to be with Hana I guess you could hang with Raven if she doesn't mind it Yuki." Will said to Yuki.

"That's okay, Will."Yuki replied with a smile.

"Hmm I hope you'll think about it, Yuki. I have to go it was nice meeting you Alex, Alan, Will, Jack and Yuki." Hana said she turned to go back to her table.

"It was nice meeting you too." Jack said with a smile as he watched her go.

"Don't get a crush on her." Yuki teased Jack.

"WHAT?! I don't have a crush on her." Jack said turning to Yuki with an attempt at a stern look.

"Heehee I think you might have one on her already." Alex said with a smirk.

"No I don't." Jack said glaring at Alex.

"It was nice to meet you too." Sam said to Hana.

"Whether or not Jack likes her you shouldn't make fun of him." Alan said giving Alex and Yuki stern looks.

"Agreed." Jace said. "Now, if everyone's done eating and introducing themselves," he turned and gave the clerk twins a blank look, "are you two planning on working anytime soon?"

"Huh wha?" Maniko clearly had started to fall asleep again.

"Come on sis lets get going." Meko said as she dragged her sister off.

Alex chuckled as he watched Meko and Maniko walk away.

"That'd be our cue." Jace picked up his tray as he stood. "Clean up an' let's get movin', pups."

"Right," Sam and Will said at the same time as they both got their trays.

Jack looked over at Fuyu as she shouted, he chuckled as he stood up and waved over at her before picking up his tray.

"Is she talking to all of us?" Alan asked before waving just to be safe.

"We all might as well wave at them just to be safe." Alex said standing up with a shrug as he waved over at them before grabbing his tray.

"*Sigh*...You had to wave." Yuki whispered then waved at Fuyu without looking as he grabbed his tray.

"Alright, then. Everybody ready? Good." Jace started leading them out the door to the clerk desk.

"Even us?" Alex asked referring to himself and Alan.

Jace scanned the tables in the dining room. "*sigh* Since David isn't here, it looks like it. C'mon."

Will notices the kids waving and gives a short wave before walking out of the door.

"WELCOME!" Meko chimed. "Umm...sis we have visitors."

"Huh?! Oh Welcome newbies...paperwork here grab the papers and get to work." Maniko said before setting her head back on the desk.

"Alright." Jack said chuckling as he grabbed some paperwork and handed some to Yuki who couldn't reach the desk.

Will chuckles as he grabs some papers and starts to fill them out.

"This seems easy enough." Sam said as he started to fill out his paper work.

Yuki's eyes widened and his left eyebrow twitched a bit. "Aghh... I don't know if my parents had any health problems... I don't think my dad did... but Haniko said mom was weak...."

"Well just fill out what you do know." Jack said looking up from filling out his own paperwork.

"Okay." Yuki replied going back to his paperwork.

Jack chuckled as he went back to doing his paperwork.

"How do you normally get through the day Maniko?" Loki asked curiously.

"Coffeeeee.<3" Maniko replied looking like she just said a heavenly thing.

"Oh, but Betty said you need to cut down on your caffeine." Meko added causing Maniko to drop back down on the desk.

"Try an apple." Jace said from where he was looking bored. "I heard that green-haired girl babble about it last week. Somethin' 'bout them being more effective at waking people up then coffee."

"I've heard that too, it works for me a lot." Alan said with a slight nod.

Alex walked over to Maniko, "You know, what Betty doesn't know won't hurt her."

"That's horrible Alex!" Loki said giving him a stern look, he turned his look on Jack as he chuckled.

Will finished his paper work and looks over at Raven. "Need any help sis?" Will asked as he put his paper work on the counter.

"I'm fine."Raven replied finishing her paperwork.

Maniko looked up at Alex. "Your right, Alex!" She got up and ran over to a coffee maker before getting tackled by Meko.

Alex chuckled, "Well I guess that's one way to stop her."

Jack shook his head as he put his finished paperwork down on the desk.

"Don't be so rough Meko!" Loki said looking worried while Alan just sighed.

"Grrrrr Meko get off me." Maniko growled.

"Okay..BUT we have paperwork..so no coffee!"Meko said rushing over to the paperwork.

"Are they always like this?" Sam asked as he laid his finished paperwork on the desk.

"Only in the mornings." Jace said. "They're a different kind of disruptive when they're both awake."

Maniko gave a chuckle. then turned and whispered to Meko so only people paying attention could hear. "I just noticed how many cute guys are here...and only one other female. hehehe."

Jack chuckled as he heard Maniko's statement, but said nothing.

Will heard what the twins said and chuckled. "Sorry to disappoint you but I have a girlfriend, but my son is single." Will said to the twins.

Sam just sighed and leaned against the wall, "Now my dad is trying to get me a girlfriend." Sam muttered to himself.

"The paperwork will be done in less than ten minutes." Jace leveled an icy stare at the clerk twins. "Tomorrow's a holiday. You can do whatever you want then."

"Booo! Your no fun sometimes *sigh* Meko here's the paperwork." Maniko replied passing the Paperwork to Meko who was blushing as she glanced at Alex.

Alex smiled when he saw Meko looking at him and winked at her.

Jack chuckled as he saw Alex wink at Meko.

Jace clapped a hand on Alex's shoulder. "Tomorrow, pup. Today you focus on training."

Yuki sighed looking down at his paperwork then handed it to Jace. "I think I'm done... I filled it out the best I could."

Alex looked at Jace, "Alright." He said with a nod.

Jack just chuckled, "I think someone has a thing for Alex."

Jace took Yuki's papers and gave him a wolfish grin. "That's all anyone's askin'." He gave Alex a nod and rolled his eyes at Jack before handing the papers to the clerks.

"AWWW! Yuki your drawings are adorable!" Meko declared making Yuki turn beet red then he went behind Jack.

"So where to next Jace," Will said as he glanced at Sam. "Geez Sam lighten up a bit."

Sam just shrugged at his father's comment.

"Well, Anabell found ya, but that doesn't necessarily mean she'll train ya..." Jace grimaced. "Heck, for all I know, most of ya are plenty strong enough to be officers already. Guess you'll just have to come to the training grounds to let off some steam and show what you can do while I train those pups." He jerked a thumb at Alex and Alan. "'Cept you." He looked at Yuki. "Kids your age aren't allowed on the training grounds..."

"He can't just watch us from the sidelines?" Alex asked curiously.

Jace shook his head. "People have been known to miss their targets or get too caught up in a spar. Fifteen and over is the cut-off point."

Yuki looked crushed for a moment before before shaking his head. "N..no there has to be a way...or I wont be able to train until I'm fifteen!"

Anna who had been watching from the door walked over. "Sorry Yuki...it's too dangerous, you'll have to wait."

"I guess Yuki gets to be with my sister then unless Raven plans to go to the training grounds too." Will said looking at his sister.

Jace raised an eyebrow at Yuki. "Now who said anything about not being able to train?" The wolfish grin stretched across his face again. "Training grounds is the open field where people go to town on dummies an' each other, but if we just dumped teens in there the moment they were old enough without any prior training they'd be flattened! Most kids here know how to judo flip a man twice their size by age ten," he kneeled down to Yuki's height with a wink, "but between you, me, I think you can beat that number if ya spend enough time in the sparring room."

Yuki got a devilish grin. "Ready when you are."

"*Sigh* try not to over do it, Yuki." Anna with a smile.

Jack chuckled and knelt down next to Yuki, "You're very eager aren't you?"

Raven suddenly felt a cold, numb feeling seeping through her skin.

"Hehe I can't wait to learn...I want to protect people...and stop my dad some day." Yuki replied.

What..the I..I can't move...I can't even talk.. what is happening?!!" Raven thought as her vision started blurring.

The moment Aspen gained control of Raven's body, she turned a mirror on the clerk's desk to inspect Raven's face. "Hm... Not bad," said Raven's voice. Aspen flipped some of Raven's hair over her shoulder. "Hair's a bit dull, though..."

"Dad, is it just me or is there something odd about the look of aunt Raven's eyes?" Sam said looking at his aunt.

"What do you mean Sam?" Will said as he blacked at Raven. "Are you ok sis?"

Aspen tilted the mirror to look at Sam's reflection in it. "I take it you're the nephew." She put the mirror down and had Raven's body turn to face Will. "And you. No question who you are. Spitting image of that mix-breed mutt."

"What's going on?" Jack asked looking at Raven curiously.

"Yeah, what is she talking about?" Alex asked looking at Raven.

"Uh... Miss Raven?" Loki questioned looking a bit scared.

"I think she's possessed." Alan said.

"Hmmm I'm getting rather hungry I might be able to suck out your soul alone...then again if I get Raven's soul too..it wont really matter...I don't really know...hehehaha I win either way." Yuki Stated his face resembling Luki's pleased face.

"How do you know my brother, and what happened to my sister?" Will asked as a hand dropped to the handle of his sword.

"Yuki don't please, let my dad handle this and if I have to I'll shock my aunt to knock her out." Sam said as lightning started to arc between his fingers on both hands.

"Injuring the body only does just that." Aspen said. "I can't feel a thing~ Also, as long as I'm in her body, her soul would be devoured as well as my own." She turned to Will with a smile on Raven's features. "As for your questions: Your sister's just fine. She didn't really put up much of a fight really. As for your brother, I really don't know him that well. All I know is that he'll be at District Twelve in about three days." Raven's face pouted slightly and gave an innocent expression. "It really doesn't sound like he's up to much good... But he mentioned some family that might try to stop him..."

"Well, aren't you helpful." Jace sneered. "But if you're doing this as a good samaritan, why did you take over her body?"

Aspen had Raven's hand point blatantly at Yuki. "Do you really think I'm going to risk getting eaten before I get a word in edgewise?"

"You tell him I'll meet him there and this time I will make sure that he won't leave there alive," Will said as he made a fist.

"Your not going alone Dad. I'll be there to back you up." Sam said to his dad.

"Really?" Raven's eyes blinked at Will. "You wouldn't rather try to catch him by surprise?"

"If you know where he is then tell me otherwise I'll wait and face him in three days," Will said to the ghost.

"Feh. You make it sound like he knows you're going to be there." Aspen muttered. "And he's travelling too much right now. I only know where he's planning to go."

Will sighs and leans back against the wall. "He does know that I'll show up because I won't let the people that lives there be hurt by him," Will said as a sad look comes across his face. "He pulled this same stunt the first time we had it out. He doesn't care who he hurts as long as it gets me to come to him."

...So much for that plan. I'm getting bored. Aspen thought. "Whatever. At least you'll be able to show up a little sooner than he thinks."

"Yeah you right about that," Will said before looking at Jace and the others. "What about the rest of you? If my brother brings people with him, Sam and I could use the backup."

"Well I don't mind helping out." Jack said with a smile.

"Neither do I." Alex said with a nod.

"Well I suppose it would be alright." Alan said thinking.

"Well you'll probably need a healer, so I'll help." Loki said with a friendly smile.

Jace scowled. "Since your brother works with Fern, now, some of the facilities soldiers will have to go with you. But I'm not sure if the trainees should go along." He gave Alex, Alan, and Jack a calculating look before turning to Anabell. "What do you think, Ana?"

Anna looked a little upset. "It depends on the trainees skill....... Alex can probably go since he lived in district twelve and knows fairly well... But then again this seems way to dangerous... *sigh* Ferns no fool, she knows what to expect, so I don't think I can allow you to go after your brother....I'm sorry."

Raven's face scowled and for once Aspen's true voice was heard. "Since when was little red in charge of the big, bad military men, huh?"

Alex's face paled as he thought of his two 'little brothers' and their mom, "But I have friends and family there... Well people who are like family."

Anna looked down for a bit. "_{Damn it}.......*sigh* I....will talk to my father...that's the most I can do...but don't expect the answer to change."

"Thanks for at least saying you'll ask him." Alex said with a smile.

Anna nodded before turning to "Raven" face turning a bit stern. "Why are you telling us this?"

"I'm dead, not heartless." Aspen's rasp softened. "I had family, once, too."

"What happened to them?" Alan asked curiously.

"What all people do." Raven's shoulders shrugged. "They grew up and lived their own lives... My grandson's the age I was, now."

"Dean's no fool either and if I don't show one of two things are bound to happen. The first one is District Twelve would be destroyed or the second one is he will come here looking for me." Will said to Anna.

Anna turned to a bittersweet smile. "Then I need to go talk to my father now...hopefully we can get to the district twelve early enough to evacuate those who wish to listen to us."

Aspen left Raven's body, nearly grinning.

Raven fall back against the wall and held her head. "Owwwww~"

"Better get your sister to Betty..to be on the safe side." Anna said as she left the room.

"Jace, which way is the training grounds?" Will said to Jace as he looked at his sister. "Raven when you feel up to it we need to talk."

"Come on aunt Raven, let's go get you checked out." Sam said as he walked over to her.

"Yeah... My head hurts a little but that's it...I don't really remember much of what you guys said..." Raven replied.

"That's because you were possessed." Alan said simply.

"Dean's challenged me to a fight in three days Raven," Will said with a hint of anger in his voice. "And this may be the one to end it between him and me."

"I see....I'm sorry I let my guard down."Raven replied.

"Ummm....I'm really sorry I WASN'T REALLY GOING TO EAT YOU!!!" Yuki said tearing.

"It's ok Yuki, we know you were just trying to scare the ghost out of her." Jack said.

Will takes a deep breath and slowly lets it out. "Don't worry about sis, I'm just glad that your ok." Will said walking over to Raven. "Sam I'll take Raven to Betty while you go with Jace."

"That sounds more like it." Sam said as he stepped to the side. "Maybe I can work on my sword fighting a little."

"How can I not worry my two brothers are going to dook-it-out, and lets not forget the last time you two had a big fight!" Raven replied.

"What happened?" Alan asked curiously.

"I had to stop him from destroying a few buildings and we ended up using the same attack on each other, which opened up a portal to limbo and resulted in me and him being here 300 years into the future." Will said to Alan.

"300 hundred years?!" Alan repeated shocked.

Meko interrupted. "Hmmm the clothes you wear seem a bit older style then 300 years ago... Sis get out from under the desk."

"Ghosts are scary!! I'M NOT COMING OUT..FOR ALL I KNOW THE GHOST COULD STILL BE HERE!!" Maniko protested.

"Y'know," Jace said off-handedly, "ghosts can go through things. Like doors...walls...desks." He knocked lightly at the desk to illustrate his point.

"Ahhhh! maybe it didn't see me!XI" Maniko said covering her head as she got out from under the table.

"When the fight took place it was 2012." Will said to Alan. "And yes my actual age would be 324 years old but I'm not an old man."

"Whoa!" Alan said awestruck.

"Aw, don't worry if it tries to possess you I'll get in the way so it'll possess me instead." Alex said trying to make Maniko feel better.

"WE COULDN'T ASK YOU TO DO THAT!! And that would mean YOU would get possessed!" Meko protested.

"I don't mind as long as you two are safe." Alex said with a wink.

Jace raised an eyebrow at Alex. "Thought I said ta save it for tomorrow, Casanova."

"I'd probably get hit by the ghost first Alex." Sam said with a smirk.

"Oh, is that so?" Alex said with a raised eyebrow and a smirk. "Want to test that theory?"

"Yes I do," Sam said to Alex.

"This might be interesting," Will said to Raven.

"Well then we will, on the training ground." Alex said with a smile.

"I feel fine now... I think I want to see this." Raven said with a smile.

"Well, I guess that'd be as good a warm-up as any." Jace grinned wolfishly. "Since all four a you pups are vampire, werewolf, or both, I guess a twelve-lap sprint 'round the training grounds should only take 'bout a half-hour or so."

"Can I do the sprint too.. That's not fighting so it should be fine, right?!"Yuki asked almost jumping up and down.

Jack chuckled, "Well that is true, it's not fighting."

Jace's grin faded. "Pup, the reason the training grounds is off-limits has nothing to do with you fighting. You can do that in the sparring room. The training grounds is dangerous, even for adults. And running around, you're likely to get caught in someone's crossfire." He turned back to Alex, Alan, Jack, and Sam. "Which reminds me, ya might wanna keep an eye out in case ya gotta dodge."

"Umm we could watch Yuki." Maniko said before Meko interrupted. "No we can't we're on shift and we will be moving around so much that we couldn't really watch Yuki that well."

"Yeah, we got it." Alex said excitedly.

"Dodge?" Alan repeated curiously.

"Alright, I pay attention to my surroundings." Jack said with a nod.

"I can watch him." Loki said from the doorway.

"Sorry Ikol." Yuki said quietly.

"Hey Dad why don't you and Raven join us and make it more interesting?" Sam said to his dad and aunt.

"Ok Sam I'm in. What about it sis, you want to show Sam how we used to have fun?" Will said to Raven.

"Sorry for what?" Loki asked curiously.

"That you have to watch me." Yuki replied.

"I don't mind watching you, besides I don't have anything else to do." Loki said with a smile.

"We'll have to go easy on them." Raven said happily.

"Ok for the first six laps I will, but after that I'm cutting loose with the speed." Will said to Raven.

"I heard that dad, and I'll out run you and aunt Raven at the same time." Sam said to his dad and aunt.

"BettyBettyBettyBettyBetty!" Yue practically crashed through the clinic doors with a pile of papers.

"Hmmm what is it? Another wonderful find?" Betty asked a warm smile crossing her face at the sight of the papers.

Yue's face was flushed as she tried to catch her breath. "I-I did the recruits first." She grinned at Betty. "The hybrids are truly fascinating and the soul-sucker and Jace's new brother are both have high-quality genetics." Suddenly her face went pale. "But that zombie sample..."

Betty's eyes widened as she reached for the paperwork. "I know it wasn't going to be good......"

Yue took a deep breath. "The average zombie, aside from decomposition, the growth and reproduction of cells just stops. That's what makes them undead. It's a failure of cellular respiration, yes?" She nodded to herself before continuing without Betty's answer. "These blood samples...even if the specimen they came from was alive, they should have been dead because they were removed from the body, but they were still... going. In fact, they were reproducing at an abnormally fast rate even for living blood cells within the average human body." She twisted her ring. "I can't tell for sure, but theoretically, they should be able to heal." Yue gave Betty a shaky smile. "The good news is, if their cells are reproducing that quickly, it should sap a lot of energy out of their system in a short amount of time."

"This..is not good. Great job Yue, I'll go report this." Betty replied taking the paperwork.

Yue whimpered a little as she handed Betty the reports. "I wish I could help..."

"You already help out plenty." Betty replied patting Yue's shoulder before heading out.

Siven had woken up sometime during the night and was now curled up asleep at the foot of David's bed.

"Huh? When did she get there?" David asked himself before going over and softly shaking her, to wake her up.

Siven rolled over and opened her eyes, "Morning brother." She said sleepily.

"Wh..wait..Your here..which means..I wasn't dreaming...HAHAHA I WASN'T DREAMING!! I HAVE A FAMILY!!" David yelled jumping up out of bed running a bit around the room, then running back and hugging her.

Siven giggled, "Yes, you have a family." She said hugging him back.

"I've got to tell everyone... Wait I need to get dressed in day cloths first... AND I HAVE SO MUCH TO SHOW YOU... Oh but I have to help train Alex and Alan." David was half babbling to himself and half babbling to her.

Siven giggled, "Are you alright brother?"

"I'm perfectly fine... Wait no... I FEEL GREAT!!" David replied.

"Well I'm glad." Siven said still giggling.

David gave a goofy smile to Siven. "Well we should get something to eat."

"Alright." Siven said smiling as she got up and slipped on the shoes Anna gave her.

David opened the door."Do you like sweets or grills?"

"OH! I love sweets!" Siven said happily her eyes seeming to sparkle in delight.

"Haha okay, follow me then." David chuckled before adding. "I wander if Edda would whip something off the menu, up for you?"

"Who's Edda?" Siven asked curiously as her tail flicked behind her.

"She one of the cooks..she's sweet but pretty shy." David replied.

"Oh? Why is she shy?" Siven asked curiously.

"Don't know....she just is, and I don't really want to ask."

"Oh, well let's get going then, I want some sweets!" Siven said skipping towards the door.

David smiled as he followed.

Yue stood in line and eyed the pastries in particular. "Hey, Edda? What's that one?" She pointed at the platter about three feet from her.

"Why would he get mad?" Siven asked curiously as she looked at all of the desserts.

"Ahh it's a long chain of stories....Oh hey Yue." David was trying to change the subject.

"Hello Yue, David. Oh that is our eclairs." Edda replied.

"What's an eclair?" Siven asked curiously looking at the desserts.

Yue stared curiously at David before a look of recognition passed over her face. "Oh, yeah! You're the guy that's around Jace all the time! The one that tackled me last month." She turned to Siven with a grin. "It's a delicious cream cake filled with Edda's most heavenly custard and smothered in dark chocolate~" Yue turned back to Edda. "I'll have two~ And a plate of the poppy seed snail rolls please~"

"Alright." Edda smiled as she got them. "I... I wouldn't call the eclairs that good." She added blushing.

"Umm uh yeah I...I'm still really sorry about that." David said looking down and blushing from embarrassment.

"Mah. No problem." Yue grinned at David. "It's not often I get visitors, so that was a little bit of entertainment, as far as I'm concerned." She blinked at Edda. "Of course they are! I only ever come here to eat because of the pastries and custard~"

"They do look really good, I don't know what to pick! What do you recommend brother?" Siven asked looking at David with a cute little smile.

"Umm the eclairs are good... Gosh most the food is really good... The tortt and the tarts..." David replied he seemed to be racking his mind for more.

"Should I get one of each?" Siven asked curiously.

"You can." David replied then turned to Yue. "OH Yue this is my little sister Siven, Siven this is Yue um Yue work in the lab."

"Hi, Siven." Yue chirped. "You probably should have one of everything if you've never eaten here before." She leaned towards Siven's ear. "But between you and me, the egg custard is best~~"

Siven smiled, "Thanks, it's nice to meet you Yue." She then turned to Edda, "I'll have one of everything."

Edda's eyes widened a bit and a smile went across her face. "Okay!" She replied grabbing two trays.

Siven smiled happily her tail flicking as she watched Edda fill the trays.

"Here you guys go, I'll have yours in a sec, David." Edda replied handing the three trays over.

"Awesome!" Siven said her tail flicking as she looked at all of the desserts.

"Here you go David." Edda replied.

Yue took her tray. "Thank you, Edda~" She chimed.

"Your welcome." Edda said before turning to Siven. "Umm it is nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too Miss Edda." Siven said smiling happily. "Hey brother, can you help me carry the trays?"

"Sure." David replied taking the tray.

"Thanks!" Siven said taking the other trays.

Yue smiled at the siblings. "I take it you've only recently met? You both seem to be testing the waters, so to speak."

"Uhh...*sigh* I guess it is pretty easy to tell huh." David said looking away.

Siven smiled, "We found each other again after a few years."

"Aw~ How sweet!" Yue chirped before turning to David. "But not really. I'm no good at telling these things, truth be told. It's just that since I work in the blood labs, I'm better at matching names to paperwork than names to faces, and your paperwork has always been: 'Family--Unknown'." She grinned cheerfully at David. "I just took a shot in the dark. Honestly, I'm surprised it worked~"

"Oh right...Ugh I have to fill out more papers that the Twins will just claim got lost." David pouted heading to a table.

Yue blinked. "Really? I keep getting multiple copies of files, but they all arrive just fine. And nothing I've sent out has been reported as missing, either."

"Aghh I know they are just doing it to keep me around." David said slightly annoyed.

"Oh." Yue's eyes widened. "Yes, I've heard that the males here find them as exasperating as Betty occasionally... And much worse the rest of the time."

"What twins?" Siven asked curiously as she followed Yue and David to a table.

"*sigh* The clerk twins, Meko & Maniko, Maniko is probably the worse between the two of them." David replied.

"How so?" Siven asked curiously.

"Maniko is the leader she also is way more flirty....although..never mind." David said.

Yue blinked. "Although what?"

Siven cocked her head to the side curiously.

"I dont know it...seems like there is something off about Meko..that's all." David replied.

"Oh." Yue responded. "I haven't spoken to them much, so I wouldn't know..."

Since Siven didn't know the twins she began to eat her sweets.

"Do you like the food?" David cutting is waffle.

"Yes, it's delicious." Siven said smiling as she ate her sweets.

"Glad to hear that." David replied then turned to Yue. "Yue you're an alien, right?"

"Yep!" Yue chirped before popping another snail roll into her mouth.

"An Alien? Cool!" Siven said smiling at Yue.

Yue smiled at Siven. "Thank you. But I was raised here, so I don't really know where my parents came from."

"So that's way your hair is such an interesting color." David whispered to himself.

Yue blinked and played with the end of one of her ponytails a little. "...Huh. Yeah, I guess it is."

"I like your hair." Siven said with a smile. "Can I touch it?"

"Uh..." Yue twisted her ring around her finger nervously. "If you want to?"

Siven smiled happily as she touched one of Yue's ponytails, "It's so soft!"

"Thank you!" Yue chirped, not used to having people touch her hair, but grateful for the compliment nonetheless.

"You're welcome." Siven said smiling as she let go of Yue's hair and returned to her desserts.

David smiled at the interaction. "Hmm *sigh* guess I'll be done with training soon...And that means more paperwork."

Yue blinked at David. "Oh. Weren't you going to graduate last year?"

David twitched a bit. "Oh well..um.. I guess I need more hand-to-hand training."

"Well I suppose that makes sense..." Yue tapped a finger on her chin. "Your supervisor is the best in hand-to-hand combat, right? He probably wanted to make sure you were in top form."

A boy with white hair and ice blue eyes panted trying to catch his breath as he stopped in front of the facility, he had ran a long time from fear of the zombies. 'I hope Loshya and Seth are ok...' He thought before he passed out from exhaustion, the dagger in his hand hitting the ground before he did.

Zane woke up to hearing a woman talking. "I'm just glad you weren't at lunch." A young woman with short black haired said. "They bring me my meals a lot of the... Oh wakie wakie sweetie!" A older woman said looking kindly down at him.

Zane looked up at the woman, "Huh? Wha-what happened?" He asked a bit dazed.

"I found you passed out in front of the facility...I take it you don't remember what happened." The younger woman said.

Zane blinked, "Actually I was running away from zombies, I kind of ran a little too far I guess." He said his face turning slightly red.

"I see.... That explains why you passed out." The older woman said.

"Yeah, my friends told me to run while they fought them." Zane said a little worried.

"I'm sure your friends will be alright. I'm Betty what is your name?" Betty asked.

"I'm Zane." Zane said standing up a little unsteadily.

The younger woman helped steady him. "Maybe you should sit down a bit longer."

"Now that I think about it, I haven't eaten since lunch time yesterday." Zane said thinking. "I probably need to eat."

"I'll take you to a kitchen then. What type of food do you like?" The young woman asked.

"What kind of food do you have?" Zane asked curiously looking at the woman.

"Um normal breakfast food...more sweet breakfasts, Oh and the wood-grilled breakfast..I think..it has been a while since I had breakfast actually." The younger woman replied.

"Sweets?!" Zane repeated happily with a sparkle in his eyes.

"Okay looks like we have a winner, follow me... Oh, see ya Betty." The young woman said.

"Don't forget to tell him your name!" Betty called back.

Zane happily followed the woman.

"Oh ya...my names Debbie." Debbie said still leading the way.

"Nice to meet you Debbie." Zane said smiling as he followed her.

"Nice to meet you too." Debbie said opening the kitchen door.

Zane smiled as he followed Debbie into the kitchen.

"Okay get in line and pick what ya like." Debbie said she seemed kinda bored.

"Alright." Zane said as he got in line.

There was a bunch of sweets on the counter. "Wh..what would..you um like?"Edda asked.

"Wow, it all looks so good. What do you recommend?" Zane asked looking up at Edda and smiling.

"Umm well the funnel cake has been really popular recently and the eclairs...Oh and the cream pie!" Edda replied.

"Hmm... Well I'll take some of each then please." Zane said still smiling at Edda.

"Okay." Edda replied happily getting him his food.

"Thank you. By the way my name is Zane." Zane said smiling happily.

"Oh... Oh I'm uh Edda. Oh uh nice to meet you!" Edda said with a bow causing her to hit her head. "Ouchie! Uhh I'm okay. heehee" she said embarrassed.

"Are you alright?" Zane asked touching her head. "You have a bump on your head."

"Oh I..I'll b-be fine don't worry." Edda replied with a smile.

"You should at least ice it." Zane said, not noticing that his hand was getting colder as he said it.

"Uhh your... Hand got colder?" Edda said.

"OH! I... I'm sorry." Zane said pulling his hand away and blushing slightly pink.

"Oh..It's okay..It actully felt kinda..nice."Edda replied.

"Hey Zane your holding up the line!" Debbie called.

"Oh, right... Sorry." Zane said his face turning redder as he grabbed his tray. "Later." He said to Edda before leaving.

"I have to get back to work so... Hmm lets see if David... I think that's his name... um will take care of you." Debbie said heading over to a table with a man and two girls at it.

Zane nodded as he followed Debbie to said table.

"Hey! David isn't it? Can you take care of Zane here?" Debbie asked.

Siven looked up at Debbie and Zane, "Hello, I'm Siven." She said happily as she waved.

"It's nice to meet you Siven, like Debbie said, I'm Zane." Zane said smiling at Siven.

"Hi Zane, I'm Yue!" The green-haired girl chirped.

"Nice to meet you Yue." Zane said with a smile.

"Umm okay what needs to be done." David asked Debbie.

"Betty already checked his health and all that.... But that's it, Oh you also have to find out if he wants to work here and how old he is." Debbie replied.

"Sounds like you didn't do much... I mean!... I'll take care of it!" David replied then turned to Zane. "I'm David... And I guess I'll be showing you around."

"Nice to meet you David, by the way I'm eighteen." Zane said smiling as he sat down next to Siven.

"Eighteen?! You look more like you're twelve!" Siven said shocked as she looked Zane over.

"I suck at guessing age..I thought you where thirteen or so." David replied as Debbie left.

"You have very unique coloring..." Yue said. "Are you an alien, too?"

"No, I'm not an alien." Zane said looking over at Yue.

"Hmm what are you then?" David asked curiously.

"I'm an ice demon." Zane said eating some of his dessert, "This is really good."

"Ice demon?" Yue chirped, quickly getting back into workaholic mode. "Has Betty taken your blood samples, yet?"

"No, I kind of collapsed outside from exhaustion and not eating so Debbie brought me here to eat." Zane said.

"How did you get that band aid then?" David asked motioning with his fork to a band aid on Zane's arm.

"What?!" Zane said looking at his arm and rubbing it. "I-I don't know..."

Siven looked closer at the band aid, "I think Betty must've snuck some blood while you were unconscious."

"That means I have a new blood sample to work with!" Yue yelled suddenly, rising from her chair despite the fact that her plate was half-full. "First the hybrids, now my first other demon sample to compare them with~"

"Umm Yue... You should get done eating first." David said looking up at her as he started eating.

"Yeah, you still have food on your plate." Siven said looking from Yue's plate and up at Yue.

Yue blinked at her plate. "Oh... Betty would want me to finish eating first." She sat down with a sigh and began one of the eclairs.

Siven smiled happily as Yue continued to eat.

"*Sigh* Work means alot to you huh?" David asked.

Yue shrugged. "It's what I'm good at. I'm not exactly a combat officer..."

"True.... Hmm now that I think about it... There are a lot of jobs here... Some this place doesn't seem like a government facility." David said looking around.

"Of course not~" Yue chirped. "What with the world falling apart around us and cannibals at all sides, every safe place available is like an entire city of it's own.~"

"Yeah... guess I kinda forget how bad some areas are... But sometimes you kinda... Have to forget in order to move forward." David said looking out in to space.

"Is it really that bad here?" Zane asked curiously.

"Oh..uh.. only some areas..but most aren't to bad...." David replied.

"It's safe here." Yue said to Zane with a warm smile.

"This is the first time I've been to the 'human' world." Zane said.

"Hehehe sorry we aren't better hosts." David said as he took a bite of his waffle.

"Wow! That makes David one of your first humans!" Yue chirped before turning to David with big eyes. "What an honor~"

"You're a human? Well you don't seem evil at all." Zane said looking David over.

"What makes you think humans are evil?" Siven asked curiously?

"My mom said all humans are evil and will stab you in the back." Zane said.

"Haha we aren't that bad.... Siven was human once too and our mom was nice... Yeah... Our mom was nice and protected us." David said beginning to space out.

"David?" Yue asked. "Are you ok?"

Siven blinked, "Brother?"

David swallowed hard then shook his head. "I'm fine...guess I just had..a flash-back."

"Are you sure you're alright?" Siven asked placing her hand on his.

"Yeah.... So Zane did you bring anything with you when you came here?" David asked.

"Just what I'm wearing, I wasn't really thinking when I came here..." Zane said.

"That's alright. People show up with nothing but the clothes on their backs all the time." Yue chirped.

David looked over at Siven when Yue said that. "We can get you guys more stuff after the paperwork."

"Paperwork?" Zane repeated curiously.

"Yeah, you and Siven are new here so there is some paper work and a test or two from Betty... Normal stuff."
David replied.

"Oh, alright then." Zane said going back to eating his food.

"So what's the paper work?" Siven asked curiously as she finished her food.

"Paperwork is the backbone of the government's unity!" Yue cheered. "If properly filled out it lets the higher-ups know how much space, food, and supplies are necessary for every facility. Family and personal history tells medical professionals such as Betty who would require what care due to allergies, past injuries and genetic predispositions. In the military, paperwork lets us know who we can trust and what they are capable of!" Yue's fist landed in her palm as she ended her little monologue with a grin.

"Whoa, that's a lot of information." Zane said blinking.

"What do you think the 'higher ups' will say when they find out Zane is a demon?" Siven asked curiously.

Yue smiled. "I'm sure he'll do just fine." She turned to Zane. "The government is known to accept nearly every species: humans, werewolves, blood- and soul-oriented vampires, pretty much everything but zombies! _{And that's more to do with their lack of mental capabilities to process anything other than what is or isn't edible than any sort of discrimination...}"

"Well have they every met a demon?" Siven asked.

"Zombies are pretty scary." Zane said.

"I don't think we have any demons yet.... in fact we just found out recently that gates where opening up...and yeah Zombies can be pretty scary."

"I had to run from them and leave my two friends behind." Zane said.

"Did they move fast?" Yue chirped.

"Yeah, they came out of no where and I was told to run... So I did and I didn't look back." Zane said.

"Oh how scary!" Siven said looking concerned.

"Could they heal?" Yue pressed.

David patted Zane's shoulder. "I'm sure your friends will be okay."

"I don't know, I didn't stick around to find out." Zane said to Yue before looking at David. "I'm sure."

Yue took a bite of her eclair. "Do you have any combat skills?"

"I use my demon powers when I fight." Zane said as he finished his food.

"Hmmm that will be tricky to train....Well if we're done here...*Sigh* then we should probably get to paperwork and mental check-ups...whatever Betty calls it." David said as he grabs his plate.

"Psychological testing." Yue chirped.

"YAY! We're gonna get tested!" Siven said giggling as she grabbed her plate and stood up.

"Yeah, I'm done." Zane said standing as he grabbed his plate.

Yue finished off her food before a thought struck her. "Hey, David? If you and Betty are the ones who found Siven and Zane, who's going to be their supervising officers?"

"Hmmm well I might be Zane's... since I'm going to graduate soon... But I can't be Siven's supervisor." David replied putting the tray on the dirty dish shelf as he opened the door.

"Why not?" Siven asked with a pout as she set her tray on the shelf on top of David's.

"I'm your brother...they wouldn't let me." David replied.

Yue scrunched her face in confusion. "Then who's supervising those two werewolves..."

"That's not fair!" Siven said pouting as she followed David out the door. "OH! Can Jace be my supervisor?"

"So where are we going?" Zane asked from beside Siven.

"Alex and Alan are being trained by Jace and I.... Jace might be able to train you Siven. We're going to Betty, we can't do any paperwork until the "Psychological testing" is done." David explained before adding. "I've been around Jace too much... He's made me become a straight-to-the-point guy."

"Someone volunteering to be trained by Jace~" Yue chimed. "Well, that's not something you hear every day..."

"Why's that, is Jace a bad guy or something?" Zane asked curiously looking at Yue.

"Haha Jace? No he's great! ..Oh er his training is...um kinda hard though..hehe." David said rubbing his chest as if remembering something.

"Oh, so he's really strong then?" Zane said with intrigue.

"He's the government's top hand-to-hand expert!" Yue chirped.

"He's awesome in combat! To be with him in a battle is...hahaha impossible to describe with words!!" David said excitedly.

"Wow, now I really want to meet him." Zane said smiling.

"He really is a nice guy." Siven said smiling as her tail flicked.

"Lets hurry up then! He might be at the training grounds." David said opening the door to the clinic.

"Alright." Zane said smiling as he followed David into the clinic.

Siven smiled happily as she skipped into the clinic.

"Oh welcome back Zane." Betty said warmly.

"Did you take my blood while I was unconscious?" Zane asked flatly.

"Hello Miss Betty!" Siven said smiling at the woman.

"Well you did pass out and we had to find out if there was more reasons then just lack of sleep... So I took a blood sample." Betty explained.

"Does that mean you have a sample for me to run?" Yue chirped.

"I guess it does Miss Yue!" Siven said smiling as her tail flicked happily.

Betty smiled as she help up the blood sample.

Zane groaned as he looked at his blood sample in Betty's hand.

"Should I wait for you to have Siven's sample for me, too?" Yue asked Betty.

"It will just be a sec, Yue. Siven please sit down and straighten your arm."Betty said happily.

"Alright!" Siven said happily sitting in a chair and straighten her arm.

Betty smiled as she went to draw the blood. "You will feel a slight prick..but that's it."

"I don't mind." Siven said happily as she smiled at Betty.

Betty quickly got the blood."I didn't know if you where like your brother..speaking of which..GET OUT OF THAT CORNER!" Betty demanded David who was facing a corner by the door.

"No I'm not going to look!! Those needles are scary and I know you'll stab me with one!"

"It's because you don't hold still for you monthly check up so it feels like I'm stabbing you." Betty replied.

Suddenly a gate like portal appeared on the ceiling, two boys fell from it and then it disappeared.

"OW! What the hell just happened?!" A boy with purple hair asked as he fixed his glasses and quickly got off of the other boy. "Logan! Are you alright?!" He asked offering his hand to the other boy.

"Yeah, yeah I'm fine, but it didn't help that your fat ass landed on me Gabriel." Logan replied as he too fixed his glasses before taking Gabriel's hand.

"Who are you two?" Siven asked as she looked at the boys that just fell from the ceiling.

David had spun around when he heard the thud. "What the?! Was that one of those gates?!" He asked looking at the ceiling then back to Logan & Gabriel.

Yue looked up. "I don't think so... If they were demons, they would have been going in the other direction, right?"

"Um I don't think it works like that." David said keeping his eyes on the two young men.

"DEMONS?! We're not demons, we're angels!" Gabriel and Logan said in unison both looking very offended.

"Oh~ So that's why the gate was in the ceiling, not the floor!" Yue chirped and grinned at the boys. "I'm Yue. What are your names?"

"I'm Gabriel." Gabriel, the boy with purple hair said as he took the other boy's hand.

"And I'm Logan." Logan, the boy with blue hair said as he held Gabriel's hand in his.

David's eye's twitched a bit. "A...Angels...ughhhh what next."

"Do you have a problem with us?!" Gabriel and Logan said in unison as they glared at David.

Zane backed up into a corner not wanting to be noticed by the angel twins.

"What's wrong with angel's, brother, I thought they were supposed to be good." Siven said looking from the twins to David.

"I'm sure he didn't mean it like that." Yue stepped between David and the angels. "The past two days have been rather hectic for him. Demons, angels, and non-human hybrids aren't extremely common here, and lately we've been seeing all three~"

"Yeah I'm sorry I didn't mean it like that....I do some of the training here and..*sigh* I don't really know how to train most the people that have been popping up lately." David explained.

"Oh! Demons and hybrids?!" Logan said looking thoughtful as he turned to his brother. "What kind of hybrids do you think she means brother?"

"No idea, maybe demon hybrids or something... I want to meet a demon though, I've never met one before." Gabriel said looking back at his brother just as thoughtful.

"Well there's a demon over there." Siven said pointing at Zane who was in a dark corner trying to hide.

"Hmm... He's quite small isn't he Gabriel?" Logan said looking Zane over.

"Yes he is, I thought demons would be taller... Guess I was wrong." Gabriel said with a shrug not noticing the vein throbbing in annoyance on Zane's forehead.

"Out of curiousity, just how far 'up' did you come from?" Yue asked the angels.

Logan and Gabriel turned to look at Yue and both seemed to think about something for a moment.

"We have no clue." Logan said with a shrug.

"None whatsoever." Gabriel added along with his own shrug.

"Zane meant to come through the gate.... Did you guys mean to came here too?" David asked.

"No, I was pushed into the gate and Gabriel fell in when he tried to grab me." Logan said.

"Don't worry brother, those boys will pay for pushing you." Gabriel said grabbing his brother and hugging him.

"You mean it?" Logan asked as he looked into his brother's eyes lovingly.

"Yes, every word." Gabriel said nodding and smiling.

"I love you brother." Logan said as he placed his head on Gabriel's chest and smiled.

"And I love you." Gabriel said holding Logan close.

"Aw, how cute!" Siven said smiling as her tail flicked happily.

Zane just rolled his eyes in annoyance.

Yue twisted her ring around her finger. "Well, you two seem to be close."

Davids eye twitched as he covered Siven's eyes... "What the h*** Are you guys doing?!! That's more then just brotherly love!"

"What do you mean?" Gabriel and Logan asked looking innocent.

David's eye continued to twitch. "I love my sister...but I don't do that sorta show."

"Well, didn't you just meet your sister?" Yue kept twisting her ring as she laughed nervously. "I mean, I'm not really an expert or anything..."

"I... I did... but still." David said uncovering Siven's eyes.

"Why'd you cover my eyes?" Siven asked curiously.

"It's not like we kissed in front of you, we were just hugging." Gabriel said rolling his eyes.

"Unless you want us to kiss." Logan said with a mischievous grin.

"PLEASE DON'T!!" David said looking away face slightly red.

"DON'T!" Zane said at the same time as David as he turned to face the wall.

Gabriel and Logan burst out laughing, "Oh my gosh! You should see your faces!" They said in unison between laughter.

Yue blinked, obviously confused, and leaned over to whisper in Betty's ear. "What's kissing and why is it bad?"

Betty had been taking pictures with a non-flash camera. "Oh Kissing is this." Betty handed Yue a picture of two people kissing. "Parents and grandparents may kiss there children and grand children, but lovers also kiss." She explained.

The alien blinked at the picture. "Oh! You mean osculating! I remember that from the book my mom used to read to me when I was little, The Biochemical Processes of Psychology~" Yue furrowed her brow in concentration before reciting: "'When two humanoid creatures touch lips, the sensitive skin cells found there test their individual chemical compositions. If their genetics are compatible, they are likely to experience a "spark" of sorts generating and indicating arousal in both specimens.' Did I get that right?"

"Yes, that's correct." Betty replied as David blinked at Yue's explanation.

Gabriel and Logan turned around and were speaking very lowly so no one else could hear.

"You're like a walking encyclopedia or something." Zane said looking at Yue before looking curiously at Gabriel and Logan.

Yue grinned at Zane. "Thank you~"

"Oh, you're welcome." Zane said smiling awkwardly at Yue.

David just smiled. "Your an interesting one, Yue."

"Oh. Thank you?" Yue smiled at David.

"Excuse us, but we forgot to ask..." Gabriel started as he turned around.

"Where are we?" Logan finished as he too turned around.

"Oh yeah... Welcome to the West government facility." David said warmly.

"Government facility?" Gabriel and Logan repeated looking at each other confused.

"Ummm *Sigh* How to explain what government is." David said to himself.

"Traditionally speaking, a government is a system by which a population of people create and enforce laws." Yue chirped. "...But that changed over a century ago... Our country--if you can even call it that anymore--has accidently infected itself. Dead walking the streets, families abandoning each other, people eating their own kind... Nowadays the government is more of a safe haven for people who are willing to help others than a political authority."

"Thanks Yue...Uhh some areas aren't that bad..." David said.

"Whoa! That sounds really awful." Gabriel said with wide eyes.

"Yeah, it does... Are we safe here?" Logan asked as he grabbed Gabriel's hand.

"Oh yeah..you guys are probably in the safest place in all of America!"David stated with a smile.

"Are you sure?" Logan asked seeming a bit nervous.

"Don't worry Logan, I'll keep you safe." Gabriel said squeezing Logan's hand gently.

"Hmm you two will be perfectly safe here... But I'll need a blood sample from you two." Betty hummed as David quickly spun around so he wouldn't have to see the needle.

"A blood sample?" Logan repeated timidly as he hid behind Gabriel who stood in a protective manner.

"Why do you need a blood sample?" Gabriel asked curiously.

"Well your blood might be like Yue's... Which would be bad if we didn't know, Yue would you like to explain how your blood works?" Betty said.

"Oh! Uh..." Yue twisted her ring around her finger nervously. "My parents come from a planet which has the major characteristics of being massively volcanic and having a highly acidic atmosphere. Because of this, my species has evolved to be fire-proof, acid-proof, and immune to most things that would be highly toxic to most earthlings... But our blood reflects that. It is acidic, highly toxic, and at best can cause severe chemical burns on human skin. At worst, it can melt the flesh right off a vampire's bones. Hydration and adrenaline seem to be key factors, and combined with the fact that I have horrible aim and practically no reflexes, I'm pretty much less than useless on a battlefield... But I digress," Yue smiled nervously at the angels, "blood work is necessary for all newcomers here at the facility. Not only is it the only way we can absolutely ensure that you are as healthy as possible, but it gives us a genetic signature that our security system digitizes and uses to let you through to where ever you need to go without letting random people wander around where it might be dangerous or classified."

"Very good Yue!!" Betty said clapping at Yue's explanation.

"Whoa, that's really cool actually." Zane said looking at Yue.

"Oh, I guess that makes sense, but do you need samples of both of our blood? Logan doesn't really like sharp objects." Gabriel said as Logan buried his face in Gabriel's face.

"Even twin's blood isn't completely alike." Betty said.

"Plus being born genetically identical isn't the same thing as having the same chemical compostitions in the long run. Even with you two growing up together, one of you might have been more susceptible to environmental factors. Blood changes with time." Yue chimed.

Gabriel sighed and turned to face Logan, "Looks like just this once you'll have to."

"B-But..." Logan mumbled as he buried his face in Gabriel's chest instead.

"Don't worry, I'll be right here... And I'll give you a special something later ok?" Gabriel said with a smile.

"Promise?" Logan said looking up at Gabriel.

"Promise." Gabriel said with a nod.

"Alright." Logan said glancing at Betty.

Betty smiled, "Don't worry I'll make sure it doesn't hurt." Betty said as she got the needle.

"O-Ok..." Logan said eyeing the needle in Betty's hand nervously.

Betty wiped some liquid on Logan's arm before drawing the blood which didn't hurt. "There."

Logan gave her an uneasy smile and relaxed a bit before taking Gabriel's hand and resting his head on his shoulder.

"You were so brave." Gabriel said with a smile as he squeezed Logan's hand gently.

"Wish David was Brave like that." Betty teased.

"Hey don't bring me into this!!" David spinning around.

"Don't be upset brother." Siven said giggling.

"Well at least your blood wasn't taken while you were passed out." Zane said rubbing his arm absentmindedly.

"As David could tell you, most people in the facility have their blood drawn once a month so we can keep tabs on their medical needs." Yue chimed. "It's standard procedure. I myself have blood drawn once a week! In fact, since I live and work down in the blood labs anyways, I usually do it myself." She shrugged.

Betty smiled as she turned to Gabriel. "Your turn!"

"Alright." Gabriel said with a nod.

Betty quickly drew the blood. "There you go."

"Thanks." Gabriel said with a smile.

"Did it hurt?" Logan asked.

"Nope, it didn't." Gabriel said smiling. "So now what happens?"

"Well, Betty still needs to finish your check-up and then David will probably take you to get your paperwork done..." Yue checked her watch, "but I've got to take the blood samples down to the lab, now. I'm supposed to meet someone from Weapons Development down there in a few minutes."

"Alright, here you go." Betty replied handing over the four blood samples.

"Thank you." Yue took the samples before bowing slightly to the new-comers. "It was nice meeting all of you." She turned to David with a chuckle. "Good luck~"

"So, what else do you need to do?" Gabriel asked as he looked at Betty.

"I'm going to hook you up to this and ask you a few questions." Betty replied clearing off a chair.

"Does it do anything? It doesn't cause pain does it?" Logan asked nervously.

"No, no, no pain, it simply reads Hmm lets say brain waves." Betty said happily.

"Oh, ok then... Who goes first?" Logan asked curiously.

"I could go first I guess." Zane said.

"Aw, but I want to go first!" Siven said pouting.

"Going in the order of who arrived first, Siven, Zane, Logan, then Gabriel."Betty said.

"YAY! I GO FIRST!" Siven said sticking her tongue out at Zane as she went to the chair.

Zane rolled his eyes, 'Girls are so troublesome sometimes'

"But we arrived at the same time." Logan said slightly confused.

David sighed. "Siven... never mind."

"Yes but Gabriel fell on top of you..which means he came after you did." Betty said as as she placed two tentacle like things to Siven's temples, then began to ask questions.

"I guess that's true." Logan said after thinking about it for a bit.

"Don't worry, I'm sure you'll be fine." Gabriel said holding Logan's hand.

Zane watched as Siven was interrogated by Betty.

"Okay your done, sweet heart." Betty said.

"Thank you Betty." Siven said as she pulled the things off her head gently. "Your turn!" She said pushing Zane into the chair.

"Hey! Be careful!" Zane said as he fell into the chair with an 'oof'.

"You alright?" Betty asked before putting the weird things on him.

"Yeah, but still." Zane said glaring at Siven who just giggled and skipped over to stand next to David.

"No pushing." David said to Siven as Betty started asking Zane questions.

"Aw, I'm sorry." Siven said pouting slightly.

"Okay your done, hun." Betty said as she took the things off Zane.

"Thanks." Zane said as he got out of the chair and Logan took his place.

Betty quickly hooked him up and asked him questions too.

Logan answered her questions as Gabriel watched.

"Good, good. We're all done." Betty replied happily.

Logan nodded as he got up after Betty removed the things from his head so Gabriel could take his place.

Betty put everything in place and began the questioning.

"I remember that test...ick those things felt sooo weird." David whispered.

"They did feel weird." Logan said rubbing his head.

"Okay you can take the silly "thingys" off you now." Betty said to Gabriel.

Gabriel chuckled as he took them off and got up out of the chair.

"Line up for check up! I'll make it quick!" Betty hummed.

"Do you do that from who arrived first too?" Zane asked as Siven got in front of him and tried to start a line.

Logan and Gabriel exchanged looks before getting behind Zane.

"No real order need just need to do physical exam on you guys!" Betty replied as she started looking over Siven.

"Oh, alright then." Zane said as Betty looked over Siven.

Logan and Gabriel snickered to themselves about something.

"What?" David asked as Betty moved on to Zane.

"Oh nothing." Gabriel and Logan said giving David an innocent smile.

David gave them one less glance before turning back to watch Betty 'Better be nothing...Man... They're too many boys in here... NO! I'LL PROTECT SIVEN!'

Siven's tail flicked as she watched Betty exam Zane.

Betty quickly finished up Zane's exam and moved on to Logan.

Zane sighed glad that his exam was over as he went to stand in the corner.

Gabriel watched a little uneasy while Betty examined Logan.

"So far all of you seem rather healthy!" Betty sang as she finished up Logan.

"That's good!" Siven said smiling as her tail flicked happily.

"So is it my turn now?" Gabriel asked curiously.

"Yep." Betty replied.

"Alright." Gabriel said as he walked over to Betty.

Betty quickly did his physical. "Hmm everything checks out."

"That's good." Gabriel said walking over to Logan who looked a bit upset. "What's wrong Logan?"

"Nothing." Logan said looking away.

"Something's wrong otherwise you wouldn't look so sad." Gabriel said with a raised brow.

"Maybe he's jealous." Siven suggested giggling.

"Jealous, jealous of who?" Gabriel asked curiously.

_"Betty." Logan mumbled.

"Why?" Gabriel asked.

"Because I want to be the only one that examines you." Logan said looking at Gabriel with tears in his eyes.

"Oh! I'm sorry Logan, I had no idea!" Gabriel said hugging Logan close.

David jumped up from the chair he was in. "Lets get to the paperwork!"

"You're so jumpy brother." Siven said with a giggle.

"Yeah, I agree... Let's get to the paperwork." Zane said with a nod feeling uncomfortable.

"Umm I..It's good to be on guard..." David replied blushing slightly as he opened the door.

Siven giggled, "Are you sure it's not because you're uncomfortable with Logan and Gabriel's affection?"

"Huh? What'd we do?" Gabriel and Logan asked in unison.

"Lets just get going!" David stated.

Siven giggled as she skipped through the door.

Gabriel and Logan chuckled as they followed Siven.

Zane sighed, "This should be interesting..."

David shut the door behind them and took the lead again. "Meko & Maniko will be happy." he said as they got closer.

"Why's that?" Siven asked curiously.

"They're about to have four guys walk into their mits" David replied.

"Oh, are they boy crazy?" Siven asked curiously.

"Should I be worried?" Zane asked uneasily.

"Zane, probably... Maniko is the worst on the "boy crazy" thought."David replied before opening the door. 'I feel cold all of a sudden.'

"WHAT THE H*** IS IT NOW!! O.O Oh uhh it's you...what can I do for you?"Maniko said sitting back down behind the desk.

Siven skipped into the door, "Are you ok?" She asked looking at her worriedly.

Zane hesitated when he heard Maniko shout, "I think I'll do my paperwork later."

"Aw, don't be intimidated." Gabriel and Logan said in unison as they pushed Zane into the room.

David blinked. "Yeah you okay...Where's Meko?"

"*sigh* sorry for yelling....Meko and...and I had..a..a..a fight." Maniko replied seeming a bit in shock at the end as if it just hit her.

"Oh how awful, is Meko your sister?" Siven asked.

"Yeah, she's my twin.... We've never fought before.... I don't even know where she ran off to. *sigh* Sorry Um here is the papers you'll need to fill out." Maniko replied grabbing a stack of papers and placing them on the desk.

"Thank you." Siven said skipping over and grabbing the papers.

"Thank you miss." Gabriel and Logan said in unison as they grabbed the papers they needed.

Zane avoided eye contact as he grabbed the papers.

"Hey you guys are pret!...ughh never mind.." Maniko began the sentence with a wink and ended with her head on the desk.

"I'll go get you some coffee, Maniko." David said as he left the room.

"Are you having caffeine withdrawals?" Siven asked curiously as she filled out her paperwork.

"No, I'm having Sister withdrawal...But I like coffee and it helps make me happy." Maniko replied.

"I couldn't imagine being away from Gabriel." Logan said as he abandoned his paperwork and threw his arms around Gabriel and hugging him tightly.

"And I couldn't imagine being away from you either Logan." Gabriel said as he hugged Logan just as tightly.

"Promise you'll never leave me Gabriel." Logan said resting his head against Gabriel's chest.

"I promise, as long as you promise never to leave me either." Gabriel said lifting Logan's head so he could look into his eyes.

Zane kept his head down and focused on his paperwork.

"Oh god!" Maniko had jumped up and was hugging the wall. "You... You two... It's beautiful... ALL RIGHT I DON'T CARE ABOUT WORK I'VE GOTTA FIND MY SISTER!!" she said before running past David, who just opened the door, and out the door.

Logan and Gabriel smiled triumphantly.

"That was genius guys." Siven said giggling as her tail flicked happily.

"That was your plan?" Zane said looking up in disbelief.

David smirked as he sat down the coffee and began to clap. "Bravo!"

"So you're not freaked out this time?" Gabriel and Logan asked in unison with identical smirks.

"Nope!" David replied before adding. "Now everyone..back to your paper work."

Siven giggled as she went back to her paperwork.

Zane sighed as he put his finished paperwork on the desk.

Gabriel and Logan were still smirking as they went back to their paperwork.

"Uhh... Who's going to take care of the paperwork now?" David asked himself.

"We could always wait till they make up and get back." Siven said.

A purple-haired woman walked in through the door behind the desk, wiping off her glasses with a cloth. "Meko, Maniko, the commander needs those--" She put her glasses on and stopped. "...Where'd they go?"

"Umm Maniko went to get Meko." David replied.

Iris gave David a blank look. "...Meko has the day off. Maniko has no excuse for leaving her post."

"Family business... Ish stuff." David replied. 'Iris scares me....I should just shut up...'

"They had a fight and Maniko felt bad so she went to make up with her." Siven said as she put her finished paperwork on the desk with Zane's.

"Yeah, and family is the most important thing in our opinion." Gabriel and Logan said in unison as they too finished their paperwork.

"Family is really important." Zane said with a nod.

Iris muttered something under her breath. "You four are new? Is your paperwork filled out?"

"All done ma'am." Siven said smiling as her tail flicked and the others nodded.

"Then hand them over." Iris said as she sat at the desk.

"Here you are." David replied as he handed over the papers.

Siven smiled as she flicked her tail happily.

"Hm." Iris scanned through the papers. "...Who's going to supervise?"

"I can be Zane, Logan, and Gabriel's....but I'm not sure who would be right for Siven." David replied as he looked over at Siven.

Iris looked up at David. "When did you graduate? That's not in your paperwork..." She started digging through drawers for documents.

"Umm in two days, Ma'am, but I figured they wouldn't be fully accepted for another three days." David replied shrinking just slightly.

Iris slammed shut the drawer and looked at David over the top of her glasses. "Protocol states that the supervising officer must be a fully registered soldier at the time of their trainees' arrival."

"Uhh...Right, sorry Ma'am." David replied. 'There has to be a loop hole!'

Siven took David's hand sensing that he was uncomfortable.

Zane blinked when, for a split second he thought he felt a gate to the underworld open but then it was gone.

"Huh what's up Zane?" David noticing the look he gave.

"Nothing, I thought I felt something... But it was only for a second." Zane said with a shrug.

"Yes, well, I'm sure you all have tours to take and rooms to choose and whatnot, so..." Iris promptly started filing away and making copies of papers, ignoring the others completely.

David sat down still holding Siven's hand. "What if I got one of the higher ups to allow me to be their supervisor?"

"Would that work?" Siven asked curiously.

Iris scoffed. "Even if you had graduated, the first year as an officer is probationary: You'd be deemed to inexperienced to supervise. To override it would require a written recommendation from a veteran officer and the consent of at least three councilmen."

"hehe That means I still have a chance!" David said happily as he got up.

Siven giggled as she got up too, "YAY!"

"Well since the paperwork's being filed lets show ya the rooms." David said leading the way.

"Alright." Siven said with a smile.

"Sounds good." Zane said with a smile.

"As long as we can get a room together Let's go." Gabriel and Logan said in unison.

David lead them out and down a hall. "Alright do you want pretty view or your own fridge?"

"Hmm... Are there two beds in every room?" Gabriel asked.

"At least." David replied.

"We want a room with a view." Gabriel and Logan said in unison.

"I want one with a view, I'm my own personal fridge." Zane said.

"I want a room with a view too!" Siven said with a smile.

"Yay! that means everyone will be close! Okay this way then, doors that are opened are completely empty, but there probably aren't many empty rooms left." David said.

"Alright then." Gabriel and Logan said as they followed David.

Siven smiled, "YAY!" She called as he skipped down the hall holding David's hand.

"That's cool, but no one is going to come to my room in the dead of night." Zane said as he glanced at Gabriel and Logan uneasily.

"I doubt anyone will unless it's a surprise party, emergency, or the unlikely case of a prank." David said before turning to Siven. "Umm I won't be able to show you to your room... Or Debbie will kill me."

Gabriel and Logan smirked at the word prank and gave each other a look which made Zane even more uneasy.

"Aw, but you're my brother." Siven said pouting.

"I know but some girls walk to the rooms in only a towel! So yeah, guys aren't really allowed." David replied looking back at the boys as if to say 'don't even think about it'.

"No fair!" Siven said pouting.

"Don't look at us." Gabriel and Logan sang with smirks.

"Yeah, there's only one girl I'm interested in." Zane said absentmindedly touching the dark brown ribbon tied to his arm.

"You have a girlfriend?" David asked Zane with a smile.

"Well, not exactly... It's complicated." Zane said looking down.

"How is it complicated?" Siven asked curiously looking at Zane.

"I fell for my best friend... But her father forbid her from seeing me because I'm half human." Zane said still looking down.

"THAT'S AWFUL!" Siven said leaving David's side and hugging Zane with tears in her eyes.

"She's right it is!" Gabriel and Logan said in unison with tears in their eyes as they too hugged him.

Zane's eye widened in surprise as he was hugged.

David walked over and smiled at Zane. "Fate is a funny thing... I'm sure you'll see her again."

"Yeah, maybe." Zane said with a nod as Gabriel and Logan released him, but Siven refused to.

"Siven, your going to cut off his breathing." David said putting a hand on Siven's shoulder.

"But he's crying." Siven said not letting go.

Zane blinked and touched his face and felt the wetness from tears he didn't even know had fallen.

"Cake...lets get some cake." David said with a smile as he changed direction.

"Cake?" Zane repeated as Siven released him from the hug.

"Yes! Cake makes everything better." Siven said smiling as she took Zane's hand and pulled him along.

"Mmm Cake." Gabriel and Logan said as they followed David.

"I get to have cake!" David sang before answering Zane. "Don't worry it's a really good, sweet, snack!"

"But isn't too much sugar bad for a person?" Zane asked curiously.

David stopped the almost hop he was doing. "Na... No... Of course too much of anything would be harmful... But cake is fine!"

"Ok, if you're sure." Zane said looking skeptical.

David's smile got bigger as he opened the doors to the kitchen. "Here we are. This kitchen mainly has sweets."

"Then this will be our favorite kitchen." Gabriel and Logan said in unison.

"We came here for breakfast." Zane said rolling his eyes.

"YAY! I get to see Edda again!" Siven said happily.

"Hello, Edda have any cakes made yet?" David asked Edda smiling.

"Yes, it just got done. Hope you all like Strawberry short cake!" Edda sang as she did a quick spin in her maid outfit. "Oh Betty made this dress for me!"

"You look so cute! Think she'd make me one too?" Siven asked as she looked Edda over.

"Hello again Edda." Zane said with a smile.

"Hello there Edda." Gabriel and Logan said in unison as the bowed in greeting.

"I'm Gabriel." Gabriel said with a smile.

"And I'm Logan." Logan said with the same smile.

"Oh nice to meet you, I'm ... Oh wait you already know... hehe. I'm sure Betty would make you one, Siven." Edda said happily but seemed a bit embarrassed.

"You really do look cute in that dress." Gabriel said with a smile and a wink.

"Yes, really cute." Logan agreed with a wink of his own.

"Oh...Um thank you...hehe >////>" Siven said looking away and blushing. "Oh yes you wanted cake...I could make another type if you like?"

"We like strawberry short cake, we think it's heavenly." Gabriel and Logan said in unison with equal smiles.

Siven giggled, "I think I'll ask Betty to make me a maid dress too."

Zane rolled his eyes at Gabriel and Logan's heavenly comment.

"Okay... Hmm I don't know if it's really 'Heavenly' though." Edda said as she brought out the cake.

"If you made it I'm sure it is." Gabriel said with a wink.

"Yeah because you're an angel." Logan said with a wink of his own.

Edda blushed. "Oh um thank you very much."

David grabbed the cake. "Thank you Edda...you two behave."

"We're just being nice." Gabriel and Logan said innocently.

Zane rolled his eyes, "Sure you are."

Siven smiled, "CAKE!"

David set the cake down before sitting down himself. "I'm surprised she didn't see your brotherly lo....I wont jinx her."

Gabriel and Logan chuckled as they sat down.

"It'll probably happen sometime." Zane said sitting down.

"What do you think Jace would do if he saw it?" Siven asked curiously as she sat beside David.

David looked a bit worried. "....I..I've been good." He shook his head and returned to normal. "Okay dig in!"

"You ok brother?" Siven asked worriedly.

Zane blinked but just ate his cake.

"Here Logan." Gabriel said with a smile as he fed a piece of cake to Logan.

"It's so good Gabriel, here, you try some." Logan said smiling as he fed a piece to Gabriel.

"I'm fine please don;t tell Jace!... Oh I mean... umm This cake is really good isn't it?!" David said smiling.

"Umm sorry to butt-in but..... You haven't had any cake David." Edda said as she cleaned a near by table.

Siven giggled, "I won't tell."

David smiled and gave her a piece before getting his own.

Siven smiled as she ate the cake, "Yummy!"

"Yum, yum!" David said as he ate.

Zane smiled as he finished his cake, "It was delicious."

"It was." Gabriel and Logan said as they fed each other the last piece of their cake.

"Thank you Edda!! Your wonderful! Oh.... Did you hear that?... I heard that! I'm going to check it out! I love you!" David said as he took off.

"Oh no! not again someone better go after him!" Edda said looking worried.

Siven giggled, "Here we go again." She said as she took off after him.

"Again?" Zane asked as he ran after Siven and David.

Gabriel and Logan smirked, "Fun time." They said as they ran after them.

"I'm in the mood to train! OH HIYA! OH BYE YA!!" David said as he ran past a confused cook.

'Oh good lord he's acting like he's drunk!' Zane thought as he ran after him.

"Brother! Where are you going?" Siven asked with a giggle.

"Having fun!!.....WAHHHHH!! JACE YOU BIG DUMMY YOU DIDN'T COME TO GET ME TODAY!!" David whined as he made a sharp turn. "OH WAIT YOUR PROBABLY SLEEPING IN AGAIN!!"

"DAVID! STOP!" Zane said as he ran after him.

"David!" Siven said running after him again.

"What should we do Gabriel?" Logan asked curiously.

"We should stop him." Gabriel said with a nod.

David ran and jumped kicked a door. "WAKE UP YOU BIG DUMMY!!!"

"Jace already..left." a passing by soldier stated.

"Oh... Okay thank you!" <b>David replied as he took off again just as Zane, Gabriel, Logan, & Siven were about to catch him.

Gabriel and Logan smirked as they made themselves invisible to humans and flew over to David and grabbed him.

"Whoa! Where'd Gabriel and Logan go?" Zane asked looking around.

"Hahaha look Siven!! I'VE LEARNED HOW TO FLY!!" David called happily.(Some times I wander on his intelligence >.>)

Siven giggled, "I don't think you're flying."

"That is the weirdest thing I've ever seen..." Zane said. _{"And I'm from hell."} He mumbled.

Gabriel smiled and gave Logan a look which he understood and they began flying with David down the hall.

"HAHA TO THE TRAINING GROUNDS, AWAY!! Oh take note Siven, if you ever learn to fly you have to say AWAY at the end of every sentence! AWAY!!!" David said as happy as can be.

"Where's the training grounds at David?" Siven asked curiously as she followed.

Zane sighed as he followed them.

"Right....Left! David was calling directions until finally he said. "Oh there it is...I'M GOING TO SEE MY DUMMY!!

Gabriel and Logan suppressed chuckled as they set David down in front of the doors to the training grounds.

David quickly ran through the doors.

Hana/Momo/Sean/Alamar/Fuyu:

Momo smiled happily as she followed Hana to Rob's kitchen swinging hers and Alamar's hands.

Alamar smiled as he followed Hana, he didn't seem to mind that Momo was swinging his arm.

Fuyu started chewing on the ribbon out of boredom, causing Sean to promptly drop his section of it and put his hands in his pockets.

"Ack!! Uhh Fuyu please don't chew on the ribbon." Hana said looking at the ribbon.

Fuyu blinked innocently before spitting the ribbon out. "Sorry..."

Sean made a gagging motion behind Fuyu's back.

"It's alright... So does anyone want to order themselves?!" Hana asked as she stopped in front of Rob's counter.

"I just want grilled chicken." Momo said smiling happily.

"And I want chicken stir-fry." Alamar said.

"Scrambled eggs!!!" Fuyu cheered.

"Something edible." Sean quipped.

"Alright...Um I'm sorry but we don't have scrambled eggs today, Fuyu." Rob replied.

Fuyu blinked at Rob. "...But I don't like yolks."

Alamar rolled his eyes at Fuyu.

"Haha We don't have eggs today we do have chicken, chicken stir-fry, steak stir-fry, shrimp, shrimp and pike, & Shrimp stir-fry." Rob replied.

"Shrimp stir-fry." Fuyu said with a nod.

"I'll have the grilled chicken."Hana said.

"Alright." Rob replied handing the kids their plates then Hana hers.

"Okay choose a table, Sean!" Hana cheered.

With a grin, Sean scurried off to find a table that was just one seat short and pulled a free one from the next table and sat in it.

Momo smiled as she walked over to the table with Alamar and sat down.

Hana smiled as she put her plate down. "Hmm I wonder..." She said as she gazed over at another table filled with people.

"What is it Miss Hana?" Momo asked as she looked up at Hana.

"Hmmm maybe a playmate! Wait here.... Sean's in charge while I'm gone." Hana said making her way to the other table.

"Alright." Momo said happily eating her grilled chicken.

Alamar just shrugged as he ate his chicken stir-fry.

Fuyu hummed as she busily picked out the vegetables from her stir-fry and put it on Sean's plate.

"What are you doing?" Sean hissed.

"I don't like vegetables."

"Then don't order the stir-fry."

"But I like stir-fry. I just don't like the vegetables."

"Well, don't give them to me! Just poke around them or something."

"But if I don't remove them, I'll get them mixed up and I might miss some shrimp."

Sean's eye twitched heavily.

"If you want you can give them to me, I love vegetables." Momo said smiling as she ate her chicken.

Sean scraped Fuyu's vegetables from his plate to Momo's, muttering a small _{"thank you"}.

Momo smiled and happily ate the vegetables Sean gave her.

Alamar glared at Sean momentarily before eating again.

Sean shrugged at Alamar and gave him a "sorry, but what did you want me to do?" look.

Alamar just ate his food and ignored the look.

"What do you think Miss Hana is talking about over there?" Momo asked curiously as she looked over at the other table.

"She said something about a new play-mate. Maybe she meant that boy over there?" Fuyu peered in the same direction Momo did.

"Doesn't look like a boy. It's a girl." Sean scoffed.

"Nuh-uh~ I know a boy when I see one."

"I think it's a boy, a very pretty boy!" Momo said smiling and waving over at Yuki and the others happily.

"Hehe glad to see you already taking a liking to Yuki....but he might not be a play-mate...he doesn't seem interested." Hana said with a bit of a pout at the end.

"Aw, why not?" Momo asked curiously.

Sean's eyes bugged. "HE?!"

"Ha-ha! I was right~" Fuyu stuck her tongue out at Sean.

"Now, now it isn't nice to judge people based on their looks... But I think Yuki is the type who would rather be around adults." Hana stated.

"I was right too, I knew he was a boy!" Momo said smiling.

"I think they're a bit rude, Momo was waving at them and they didn't wave back." Alamar said glaring at their table.

"Maybe they didn't notice." Fuyu stood up on her chair and took a deep breath. "HEY! SHE'S WAVING AT YOU! WAVE BACK!"

Sean pulled his hat over his face and said: "If anyone asks, we don't know her."

Momo giggled happily as Fuyu got some of the people to wave at her, "Thanks Fuyu."

Hana smiled as she sat down and started eating. "Oh look even Yuki waved!"

Fuyu grinned and sat back down. "Welcome~"

Sean just tried to bury himself deeper into his hat.

Momo giggled at Sean's discomfort as she went back to eating her chicken.

Alamar just rolled his eyes and shook his head.

Hana patted Sean's head. "Heehee it's okay."

Sean made a muffled sound from under his hat.

Momo giggled, "Are you ok Sean?"

An eye poked out from under Sean's hat. "Are they still looking over here?"

"They already left." Fuyu said.

"Yeah, they all went bye bye." Momo said with a cute little giggle.

'So cute!' Alamar thought as he smiled at Momo's statement.

"So what are we doing today Miss Hana?" Momo asked curiously.

"Hmmm I'm thinking Painting today." Hana replied with a smile.

"I love when we paint! It's so much fun!" Momo said happily as she kicked her feet under the table.

"I like painting too." Alamar said honestly.

"Do we have to?" Fuyu whined. "It took forever for the paint to wash out of my hair last time..."

"Then use a paintbrush this time." Sean said.

"Yeah... don't want to do that again...I could get other craft supplies for those who don't want to do painting." Hana replied.

"What kind of crafts?" Momo asked curiously.

"Hmm maybe making bird houses for the nature lab..but you'll have to be very careful." Hana replied.

"Why?" Momo asked cocking her head to the side curiously.

"Because we'll probably be using glue or something and glue is really sticking and messy." Alamar said smiling as Momo made and 'Oh' face.

Sean paled at the mention of glue. "...I-I'll stick to painting..._please."

"Are you ok Sean?" Alamar asked noticing his face pale.

"I'm fine." A bit of Sean's color returned, but he readjusted his hat to make sure it was firmly in place.

"Well lets get done here real quick..so we can get to the fun!" Hana as she finished her food

"I'm all done!" Momo said happily showing that her plate was empty.

"I'm done too." Alamar said as he ate the last of his chicken stir-fry.

Fuyu and Sean shoved their empty plates a little farther in front of them.

"Let's go then!" Hana said getting up and passing the ribbon.

Momo smiled as she got up and took the ribbon.

Alamar nodded and grabbed the ribbon right behind Momo.

Fuyu took another part of the ribbon and Sean took the very end of it.

Hana quickly grabbed the trays and put them away before leaving with the children.

Momo and Alamar happily followed Hana from the diner and back to the daycare.

Charlie:

Charlie entered the clinic, "Hey Betty!" He called out looking around.

"CHARLIE!!!" Betty called running over and hugging him then pinched his cheek before he could protect them.

Charlie groaned and rubbed his cheek as soon as she let go, "Yue wanted me to deliver these files to you." He said holding them out for her.

Betty let go of him and took the file "Hmmm lets see.... I see.. I wonder if this is a good thing?" She muttered to herself before looking to Charles. "Thank you sweetie! Now why haven't you come to visit?"

"I've been working." Charlie said as he yawned slightly.

"Have you been sleeping?" Betty asked.

"Not much, a few hours here and there." Charlie said as he yawned again.

"Grr you know how I feel about that! Come sleep here." Betty said going over to a bed and fluffed it's pillows.

"While that does sound tempting, I probably should get back to the lab." Charlie said inching towards the door.

Betty shot Charles a glare. "Sleep, here, now!"

"Alright, maybe just a quick nap." Charlie said as he went over to the bed.

Betty smiled as she handed Charlie some blankets.

"Thanks." Charlie said as he took the blankets, laid down on the bed and covered up.

"Calm down Raven that's the last time we are going to see that ghost." Dean said to Raven once they was inside. "But she did have a point. You really should wear less blue."

Raven shot Dean a look."Betty can you do anything?!"

"My lord! Get him on here... I'm going to need you three to leave... Kyo and bring your sister and get in here!" Betty seemed to be on top of thing she had her gloves and was injecting something into Will's arm as a red haired boy came in with a blond girl.

Karin gave Will one last look before she did as Betty said and left the room.

"Sorry I said anything." Dean said leaning on the wall outside of the clinic. "I never did think Will would ever shoot his flame gun inside of a building." 'D*** idiot.'

"I hope Ciel and the others made it back ok," Dean said as he looked into the clinic as Betty was working on Will. "Do you think Will is going to pull through this time, Raven?"

"Of course he will." Ciel answered for Raven as he came down the hall with Chris.

"How did your brother and sister take the news, Ciel?" Dean asked as he resumed leaning against the wall.

"They...don't really understand." Ciel said looking down slightly.

"Me, Raven, and Will know what it is like to loose family members, so if you ever want to talk, we are here for you," Dean said to Ciel. "I guess I should go check on Meko. Do you know where she is Ciel?"

Karin looked at Ciel, "They're just kids, it's hard for children to understand things like death."

"She's putting my sibs to bed.... You're right, Karin.... I... just hope they... Never mind." Ciel replied shaking his head.

"What is it?" Karin asked looking at Ciel curiously.

Dean pokes his head into the clinic to check on Will, "Umm Betty, is Will going to be ok?" Dean asked as he saw the metal rod lying on a table beside Will.

"He'll be fine...but would he want to keep the metal?" Betty asked giving the metal a curious glance.

Charlie slowly woke up and groaned as he sat up, 'What's with all this noise?' He thought as he got up and saw all of the people in the waiting room. "What's going on?"

"Knowing him he might." Dean said looking at the piece of metal. "He does know how to make swords and knives from metal."

Karin looked over at Charlie, "My brother got hurt and Betty's helping him."

"Oh, what happened?" Charlie asked with a slight yawn.

"We were trying to rescue Ciel's parents and got in a fight with demons, my brother had to destroy the building and got a metal rod stuck in his side." Karin said.

"Ouch!" Charlie said with a pained look on his face.

"He should be waking up in a bit." Betty said giving a sigh as she looked at the metal rod.

"We'll be in the back if you need us." The red headed boy stated as he walked to a door.

"Not me I'm taking a shower!" A blond girl in a bloody typical nurse uniform said heading to leave.

"So he's going to be ok then?" Karin asked as she looked from Betty to Will lying on the bed.

"Yes....Hmmm I haven't done any test on you..." Betty said puzzled.

"She's my sister... Her and Dean just got here." Raven explained.

"Tests?" Karin repeated confused.

"It's just to make sure that your ok, Aunt Karin," Sam said as he walked up and shifted to his human form. "Betty is just going to ask you a few questions and take some blood."

"That doesn't sound too bad." Dean said as he pulled two files from his jacket and held them out for Betty and noticed his mom and dad behind Sam. "I hope these will help you to understand a little more on how Will and I got this way. It's good to see you again mom and dad."

"Dean, I'm glad that you and Karin were there for Will and that the both of you are ok." John said to Dean.

Karin turned to Sam and the others, "Oh, those kinds of tests. Hi mom, hi dad." She said seeing her parents.

"Hello Dean, hello Karin." Lucy said with a smile as she hugged her children.

Alan stood quietly beside Sam not wanting to interrupt the family reunion.

Ciel peeked in to see how Will was."Oh... Hi Alan."

"Oh, hello again Ciel." Alan said turning to him and smiling.

Will wakes up and looks at everyone. "What's everyone looking at? You all know it's going to take more than a bunch of demons and a building to take me out." Will said as he noticed his parents standing there. "Hey mom and dad. How long have you been here?"

"We haven't been here long Will, and happy birthday to both you and Dean." John said to Will with a relieved smile.

"Yes, we arrived shortly before you woke up. Happy Birthday Will and you too Dean." Lucy said smiling and she kissed them both on the cheek.

Ciel took that as his cue to leave. He gently grabbed Alan's arm and pulled him out too. "We don't want to interrupt..."

Alan blinked but followed Ciel out.

"Thanks mom, I'm probably on my former bosses hit list right about now." Dean said with a sigh. "But I couldn't let Will fight those demon's alone. Betty I'll go first with the tests to show Chris that he has nothing to worry about."

"I was surprised that you came down to the underworld, Dean, but after Ciel took up for you I'm glad that you did come." Will said to Dean before looking over at Raven. "Sorry I came back hurt again, Raven."

"Your former boss?" Lucy repeated.

"Do you need me to help you out Betty?" Charlie asked.

"Hmm Perhaps you can do the test on Karin, John, or Lucy." Betty replied as she motioned Dean over to a table.

Dean follows Betty and sits down on the table. "I was still angry with Will at the time that I joined up with a werewolf named Fern." Dean said with a sigh. "I'm not proud of myself for joining her, but I had to get Karin away from there so she could meet Will. Raven, could you tell mom what Fern was planning and Chris you need to hear this."

"I'll go." Karin said looking at Charlie.

Charlie nodded and led Karin to a table.

Raven quickly filled their parents in.(Sorry actually explaining..again would take to long.)

"At least you got Karin away from that, Dean." Will said as he slowly sat up. "And it was eleven years ago today that we last fought on the same side, and we all remember what happened that day."

"Will, please don't bring that day up. It was my fault that it happened and I let you take the blame for it." Dean said as he removed his jacket. "I told Karin about what happened and how you had me to get Raven out of the village. Mom, dad I'm sorry that my actions caused your deaths that day."

"It's ok Dean. I'm not mad at you for what happened." John said to Dean. "You got your sister away from the fight like Will said and you came back to help. I couldn't be more prouder of you son."

"I'm proud of you too Dean." Lucy said smiling.

Charlie finished taking Karin's blood and began asking her the standard questions.

Betty started the tests on Dean.

Charlie finished up with Karin, "All done."

Karin smiled, "Thanks."

"Hey Raven, could you help me to the waiting area? I want to see where Sam went," Will said as he slowly stood up.

"Okay...but I'm still..Okay fine I'm not really mad with you...I just wish you'd be careful." Raven replied helping Will up.

"Wh..What are you doing?! You just got a metal rod outta your chest and you want to get up?!!" Betty said.

"I'll be fine Betty, besides I've survived worse than this," Will said as he started for the door. "I'll try to be more careful Raven."

"Karin, go with Will and Raven and make sure Will doesn't do anything he's not supposed to do," Dean said as he watched Will walk to the door.

"Or do you want to stay in there with em?" Ciel asked not turning around.

"I don't want to interfere in their family reunion." Alan said still following Ciel. "I'm Alan by the way."

"Oh... Yeah I left before introductions were made... I'm Ciel." Ciel replied looking back at Alan with a smile.

"Nice to meet you Ciel." Alan said smiling.

"So who'd you came to the facility with?" Ciel asked.

"Anabell found me while she was delivering food to people. I jumped out of a window and landed in front of her just as she was passing by." Alan said.

"Wow.... Nice way to meet someone." Ciel joked.

"Is Will okay?" Meko asked as she came up to them in a blood and dirt stained shirt.

"Yeah, well I hate being cooped up and an inn keeper found me first and asked me to stay and I couldn't exactly say no." Alan said before turning to Meko, "Hi Meko... Why are you covered in blood?!"

"My dad's going to be ok Meko." Sam said as he stepped outside. "I still can't believe he took out a building from the inside."

"I'm glad... It did seem a little overboard...." Meko replied before turning to Alan. "Oh... Umm don't worry... Most of it isn't even mine!"

"Oh, well that's a relief." Alan said with a smile.

"I probably would have done the same thing he did." Sam said as he leaned against the wall.

"Really... Hmm but look at how he got injured..... You two should be more careful.." Meko said giving a worried look to the clinic then a some what stern look to Sam.

"Yeah your right about that." Sam said with a sigh. "My mom never did like my dad fighting. She was always worried that someone stronger would come around and beat him if not kill him."

"I know I would be... I hope your mother's okay." Meko said as Anabell walked up.

"Hows is he?" Anabell asked.

"Well it looks like they got the rod out." Alan said.

"Miss Anna. Can you please send Jack over to the Daycare." A voice said from over Anabell's walkie-talkie.

Jack had just walked up with Alex and Zane when the walkie-talkie went off.

Gabriel and Logan walked up shortly after them, "This place it huge."

"Hehe... I know... I still get lost sometimes..." Meko said.

"Where's the daycare?" Jack asked.

"Here's a map." Meko handed a map to Jack. "Sorry... It's hand made...hehe."

"Thanks Meko, wish me luck." Jack said as he disappeared.

Alex cleared his throat, "Hey there Meko." He said leaning against the wall.

"he..Hello Alex."Meko replied with a shy smile.

"MMEEEKKKKOOO!!!!" Maniko yelled as she ran up and hugged Meko. "Oh my god you're bleeding! What happened?!!!"

Alex groaned at the sudden interruption.

"It's not her blood." Alan said.

Jace smirked as he walked into the room. "Yeah, you'll get used ta that, pup." He muttered to Alex as he passed him.

"Yeah only some of it is mine." Meko replied.

"Meko...you're not supposed to fight.." Maniko said looking a bit nervous.

"I'll be fine Anabell, besides I've survived worse than this." Will said as he started for the door. "I'll try to be more careful Raven."

"Karin, go with Will and Raven and make sure Will doesn't do anything he's not suppose to do." Dean said as he watched Will walk to the door.

Karin nodded as she followed Will and Raven.

"You're not hurt any where are you?" Alex asked looking at Meko ignoring what Jace had said.

"Look it's the muscly guy again!" Gabriel said with a grin.

"Muscly?" Alan repeated blinking.

Jace twitched. "For cryin' out loud, pups. I wear the necklace to draw less attention ta myself, but you're not helping."

Gabriel and Logan snickered, "We've got a very effective way of drawing less attention to ourselves."

"I'm okay..Will let me use his first aid kit."Meko replied before turning to Jace. "Muscly guy? well yeah...of course he is..Jace is the top hand-to-hand fighter."

Gabriel and Logan chuckled.

"Now why is everyone just standing here for, I thought all of you was at the training grounds." Will said as he walked out into the waiting area. "I'm glad you got back ok Meko."

"We were, but something went kind of haywire with that training circle thing." Zane said.

"Someone removed wires an' parts from it before David went on." Jace snarled, a dark air surrounding him. "Least, that's what the techie told me."

The was a loud shattering sound as the light fixtures in the hall shattered.

"What's going on?!" Zane asked.

"Gabriel!" Logan said startled holding onto his brother.

"Cover your heads an' make sure ya don't get cut on anythin'!" Jace barked, ducking his head to avoid the glass shards.

Ciel quickly made a shield of ice above everyone. "H... How'd that happen?"
