Kyona grinned as she smiled at her brother who was glaring angrily at her. "You can't send me back..." she said in singsong.

"I know," Kaji said quietly. He shook his mess of blonde hair, "What am I going to do?"

Naoko tilted her head to the side as the blonde dragon boy and his sister came into view. "He's noble, right?"

"You're getting good at this," Sky patted Naoko's head.

"He probably can't fight, though," Tsuki remarked.

Naoko sighed, "You never know."

Kaji turned around and blushed. "Ah, you finally notice the pretty girl who has been staring at you," Kyona teased.

"She...she's amazing..." Kaji whispered.

Naoko took a ginger step toward Kaji, placing a firm hand on her whip that was as always coiled on her hip, "Care to show me what a dragon can do?" Naoko asked.

"Excuse me?" Kaji blinked.

"A playful fight?" Naoko offered.

"You want to fight me?" Kaji asked.

"She's said that twice, how many more times do you need her to repeat herself?" Kyona rolled her eyes.

"What is she doing?" Nagi took a quick step forward, stopping when Tsuki placed his arm in front of Nagi, "Tsuki..."

"She's testing her theory," Tsuki whispered.

"She had a theory?" Sky asked.

"She's been talking them out," Tsuki whispered as a smile met his face.

"You want to fight me, stopping when one of us has been disarmed?" Kaji asked.

Naoko nodded, "Yes."

Kaji drew his sword from the sheath that was on his obi. He brought it down quickly and blinked in confusion when she was gone quickly. He turned around and jumped, unfolding his wings and taking flight.

Naoko waited for Kaji to come back to the ground. As he charged at her with his sword, she tossed a ball of lightning at his sword, making him drop the electrified piece of metal, recoiling from the shock.

"I win," Naoko declared.

Kaji stared down at his sword in disbelief. He slowly brought his gaze up to Naoko, "You...you tricked me."

"What, did you really think I'd strike your hand with my whip?" Naoko asked with a laugh as she recoiled her whip.

"Well, yes," Kaji said as he started to follow Naoko. "You knew I'd anticipate that..." he said accusingly.

"Great, he's in love with the first person who can beat him," Kyona rolled her eyes and started after her brother.

"How'd it go?" Tsuki asked.

"We'll see," Naoko grinned.

"W-what's your name?" Kaji asked as he stopped before Sky and Nagi.

"Naoko," she said as she turned to wave goodbye to him.

"K-Kaji..." he stammered.

Sky shook her head, "That girl doesn't even realize the effect she has on people."

"What do you mean?" Nagi asked as he started after Naoko and Tsuki.

"Like the effect she has on you," Sky said quietly, playfully nudging Nagi.

Nagi blushed and glared at Sky, "You act like I can help it."

"Are you going to fill us in on your theory?" Sky asked as they settled around the fire.

"Well, if it works, you'll know," Naoko said with a smile.

"How come Tsuki gets to know?" Nagi pouted.

"Because I sleep talk," Naoko blushed.
