I did this one after seeing 'The Number 23'. I circled every 23rd word (except for 'killing'), 
but it didn't quite work, so I altered it slightly. The page actually reads:

Science, conclusions, beliefs, minds,
had that picture and origins would be
much easier to the memory as without
each obliged killing.
