Stefan was walking down the street, his hands in his pockets. He was clothed in a white puffy sleeve blouse with a black vest with gold trimmings and buckles on it. He wore a pair of black pants to match his top, a pair of dog tags clanging on his chest. He ran one hand through his black wavy hair and headed down the street slowly, a slight frown on his face as he thought over a few things that happened in his life.

A soft tickling noise could be heard nearby where the male was walking down the street.

"Hm." He turned his head to look towards the noise, his eyes narrowing a bit. I wonder.

There was a soft blue glow coming from a bush nearby.

Stefan turned on his heel and headed over to the bush confidently, one hand pulling from it's sanctuary in his pocket and reaching forward to push a bit of the bush away.

The glow and noise came from a small faerie on the branch of the bush, she looked upset.

"Miss...?" Stefan asked softly, holding the branch away from her and crouching down to get better view of her.

She looked up and gasped softly, she shivered and began to crawl backward on the branch a bit

"No, please don't be scared, I'm not going to hurt you... Are you alright?"

There was a silvery liquid on her leg and on the branch a deep gash in her leg showed that it must be blood. She sat there still terrified, frozen in fear. Suddenly, the tiny figure wobbled and fell off the branch.

He reached in and caught her with his hand. Gently he pulled her out of the bush and headed for his house. He examined her with his soft eyes, a slight frown creasing his features. He walked into Stefan's Manor,shutting the door with his foot.

Serge walked out of the house and took in a deep breath, letting it out as a sort of sigh of contentment. "Ah.. You never can get tired of this Glimmer Air. So fresh, clean, homey... So, what say you, Nereid? Do you like it in Glimmer?"

"I do very much, Master. I'm not fond of the Abyss though..." Nereid shivered sitting on his shoulder

"Is that the place where you were attacked by those men with no life?" He asked, kissing her cheek softly.

Nereid blushed and shivered slightly. "Yes, master."

"I see.. I hope that is where she went..." He said quietly, almost as a thought as he tapped his chin.

"where who went?" Nereid kissed his jaw.

"Nobody important. So, tell me about yourself Nereid." He said, smiling a bit.

"There is nothing to tell, I'm pretty boring, Master." Nereid fluttered her wings.

"Tell me about your life, your adventures. Everybody has a story to tell, even the most boring of people."

"I was almost eaten by a merman once..." She shuddered softly and hugged herself.

"Well, you look good enough to eat if I do say so myself." Serge said, chuckling a bit and patting her on the head.

Nereid held his fingers to her nuzzling them

"You're so cute."

"and you are very handsome, Master." Nereid nuzzled his fingers more.

"Thank you."

Nereid blushed and smiled. "I'm very fond of you, Master..."
