- What are your hobbies?
Drawing. And more Drawing. And… well, that's about all I ever do. Besides role play, and stare into space and imagine the crazy worlds that spin around the sun that is my brain.
- How did you end up on Elftown?
It's Elfwood's fault. When I was a wee beastie, thirteen or so years old, all I ever wanted was an elfwood account, so I lurked about the place and saw elftown. Once I got an elfwood account, the next logical step in my mind was to join elftown and TADA!
- What do you like most about fantasy: writing, images, reading etc.
I love fantasy because it is an escape from this world. Life is, hey, I live in Maine, BORING. Corporations and technology do everything for us. We just sit around in our cars or on our couches, watching political garble and rolling our eyes at the world. Fantasy, scifi, ancient history… it puts humans (or humanoids) in situations and places that are so different and interesting it's the ultimate freedom. That is why I love it. That is also why I am always writing and drawing and amazed at fantasy art. However, I'm not a big reader, of fantasy especially. I know, GASP. It’s just fantasy tends to be cliché. Every one of them seems to be a D&D or Tolkien rip-off. I refuse to read fantasy with cliché fantasy races in them sooo there goes most of them. The minute some offers me a book and then adds it stars elves I slap it down. There are so many mythological creatures out there! Explore some new ones! Or, you know, make some up. That would really be awesome. Putting walls on fantasy is like keeping a wild animal in a cage half it's size. NOT COOL.
* How were the graphics/pictures made?
The ones I made, totally photoshop, baby. Some dividers are from
Elftown Graphics, and the others are awards made by [
Sunrose], [
Linderel] and [
Lothuriel].
* How often do you update it?
Lately, a lot. But only minor changes like replacing old images or adding new wikis. The basic format and writing tend to stay the same.
- What is it you do mostly on Elftown? (chat/build/wiki’s etc.)
Lemme see… I have no idea. I do a lot of random crap. Lately, I've been raping contests and pimping rps and making fun of emos. That and waving my art around and stalking my favorite artists. My favorite thing to do, though, is make stupid wikis that either hurt people's brains or make them more awesome. I hope to use this method to cleanse the human race.
* Is there a particular thing you like about Elftown, such as a specific wiki?
I love elftown for it's super elftownians. You know what I'm talking about. The badge laden artsy fartsy dynamic personalities that make me feel less alone in the world, and quite possibly a little less insane. It's hard being the lovable weird one that is befriended but not comprehended. As for wikis of doom? Anything made by [
Dil*] makes me cry happy tears.

My friends here have become like a family, my elftown house a true home in its own right. Sure I’ve had many ups and downs, but I feel truly accepted here. I’m surrounded by other creative people who understand me, something I don’t get a lot of in the real world. I am so grateful this place exists and a giant kudos to everyone who keeps it up and running. Though I have my pet peeves, I can’t imagine not visiting this place at least 40 times a week. Yes. I need a life. Duly noted.
- What is your message to all Elftowners?
Contribute. Make contests, write stories, make art, make role plays, be an active member. Enrich this place with your originality, creativity and imagination (originality mean lay off the fanart, people). Pump awesomeness into the veins of this place. And please encourage other writers, rpers, artists and fantasy enthusiasts here. Let's take elftown back! WOORT!
