Instructions:
Pick up a heavy textbook, preferably math or science.
Hold in front of face.
Proceed to slam the book into your head until rendered unconscious.
When you wake up, repeat steps until sufficiantly brain-damaged.
Sure, there's no real point, but it makes me laugh.
