Robert Jordan is my favorite fantasy author. I have tried my hand at a few fantasy books, but have not, as of yet, been able to finish one. I have now turned my attention to fantasy short stories and writing contests, but I still plan on writing a full length book- perhaps a series- at some point. I want to be an author, although more than one person has told me I'm crazy. What can I say, passion can't be reasoned with.
