I'm a very big fan of both science fiction and fantasy. If I had to choose between the two, I'd keep a hold of fantasy. In my spare time, I usually write short stories to improve on my fiction writing skills.

My personal friends also write for a hobby, and we take the time to swap them, compare them, and do our best in giving a fair review of our stories (e.g How we can improve on our emotional/descriptive/balanced form of writing).

I've also set up two other accounts on both deviantART and Elfwood. I hope to get a great deal of constructive advice on my work, as I have set my hopes for being a journalist in the future.

Most of the science fiction I read on a daily basis is usually the more classic novels, with authors such as Robert A. Heinlein and Arthur C. Clarke being my favourites.

For fantasy, I usually read anything in the Forgotten Realms area. The Drizzt and Elminster series really appeal to me, at the moment.

Overall, I am a casual fantasy/science fiction writer, as I enjoy the idea of creating a private world I can escape into when the going gets tough.
