I am Shon Overton. I am a young lad from Tahoka High School and I'm going to college at SPC in Texas, in the town of Levelland. I enjoy VG's ranging from FPS, to RTS, to RPG, to classic Side Scrollers, to Fighters, basically anything but sports and racing... As for anime, hell if it's anime it's great. I also enjoy writing short novels, hoping to get some published some time. I enjoy using Adobe Photoshop to make images, preferrably backgrounds. I LOVE heavy metal, anything with loud guitars, base pedals, and screamers. Occasional violen and flute works to. I enjoy making short films and spoofs, and AMV's. I'm going to college currently to major in video game design.

THE GEARS OF WAR

On and on it rages forth,
The gears of war keep turning.
The blood of fallen soldiers flow,
Their bones piled up and burning.
Though we don't know why they wage this war,
They fight us with a lust to kill.
We will fight this endless war,
And we shall maim them still.
The screams can be heard as so many fall,
Yet many do not think of helping.
We do with them the same as we do the others,
Their bones piled up, more burning…
The dawn then rises,
The blood then glistens.
Everything goes quiet,
Everyone listens.
The only sound left around,
Is that of fires still burning.
No one dares to put out the fire,
For the battle is won, but the gears of war are ever turning.
