I like to meet new people. I have a son, but no boyfriend, although my x and I are tying to work things out. Please don't ask me questions about him. And don't bad mouth me, him or my son. I may not be with my son's father at the moment but I still love and care about him. Those of you who don't heed my warning will be blocked. This is a promise, not a threat.

I do write some poetry. Two of my poems have been published so far.

(Strength)
You pick me up, when I fall down.
You give me the courage I need to speak.
Life will do everything to break you.
The world says, "You are weak"
Nothing can replace the meekness in me.
But you tell, "Get off your knees"
"You're grown up now speak your mind."
I'm a follower unlike you,
You say "Back off" I beg for mercy, for relief.
Mercy has forsaken, I must die standing.
Please show me how.
Give me instruction, give me direction.
I need to be strong, as long as you are near me.
Nothing can do me harm.
