"Yes it is Mercury. If a man thinks you're ugly, they're crazy." Ikigame smiled and placed his hands on the bed next to his legs.

Merc giggled."I'm not that pretty.Amber was waaayy prettier than me."She smiled.

"I wouldn't know." Ikigame replied in a low tone.

"Its okay."Merc hugged him.

Ikigame timidly placed his arm on her back, staring down at her again.

Mercury smiled evily.

A voice came from the shadows."If I didnt know any better,I'd say you were falling in love with Merc."Rose,another of Merc's clones,appeared.

Ikigame blushed from the gesture of the comment. "Rose.."

Rose appeared in Merc's outfit only blue."Merc.Didnt you learn you lesson last time you messed with Ikigame?"

"Nope."Merc giggled.

Ikigame recoiled from the remark, not liking to argue with girls all that much.

"Back off Rose.Your just mad cause Your boyfriend is clingy."

Rose growled."Bitch."She dissappeared.

"B-Boyfriend...She has a boyfriend?" He asked tiltin his head cutely.

"Ya.Some Hyuga boy."

"Hyuuga? Oh my..." Ikigame looked at Merc and sighed. "Do you like me Merc?"

"Of course I do.I mean,we have fought in the past but,who wouldnt like you?"She smiled as she took her headband off her forhead.

Ikigame stared at the headband and tilted his head again. "What are you doing?"

"I dont know."She tied it to her leg.

"Just trying to find the right place for it?" He asked. "That always happenes to me dear. You'll find the right place to put it I guess..." Ikigame added.

"Na.I like it on my head but sometimes,I put it different places."

Ikigame rubbed his back again, the throbbing returning once again. He turned his upper body around in a forced manner and let it crack, then the other way to crack it again. He winced from the slight pain to the left of his side, rubbing it again.

"Want another massage?"Merc asked,placing a hand on Ikigame's shoulder.

"That'd be nice Mercury." He said laying back down, his face turned to the side and his eyes closed as to not see the light of the candles.

Mercury started massaging him again,even more gently than before.

The warmth of Mercury's hands and the scents of the layer began to make him drift off a bit, only half conscience to feel the tention in his back begin to fade. Ikigame placed one of his gloved hands on Mercury's arm before drifting off completely.

"Just sleep...I'll be here until you wake..."Mercury smiled and put a blanket over him.

Akamru waddled over to Mercury, sniffing at her pants legs and wagging his tail quickly.

Merc smiled and picked up Akamaru."What is it,boy?"

He shifted his galnce to the slumbering Ikigame barking a few times.

"What?"Merc looked at Ikigame.

Akamaru's dog type senses picked up the movements in the dimmed light. A huge mass of scares that were surverely noticable. The looked to be writing of a snad ninja, but in what language, even Ikigame didn't know. They must only show up when he is sleeping, cause Mercury hadn't seen them.

Merc turned.She saw the writing."No..It cant be..."She stood up and looked at them closer.

Akamaru stopped wagging his tail and also began to examine the wrintings.

Kiba entered the layer, Carmen's hand in his. He stopped upon seeing Mercury and Akamaru towering over the shirtless man. "Merc...?"

Carmen's eyes widened."Merc...Thoses arent...?"

Mercury breathed heavily."They are..."

"What are they?" Kiba asked, taking akamaru gently from Mercury's arms.

"The way to bring Amber back..."

"Amber?" Kiba asked tilting his head.

From all the conversing between the three and and barking of the dog, Ikigame began to stur, the words fading slightly back into his back. His eyes fluttered a little as he moved his head to the other side, a slightl groan coming from his throat. He wanted to be able to sleep for atleast 10 minutes in peace.

"Im guna do it."Mercury said.

Carmen gasped."Merc?!Your not serious!?!?"

"What is one life of a murderer compared to the life of a great worrier?"

"Merc!?Its not worth it!"

Ikigame turned onto his back and opened his eyes, staring at the girls and boy standing around him. He had heard Mercury's words before his eyes flitted open. "This 'merderer'..has feelings jjust like you do. Or maybe they are just fake emotions, you know, like when you said you liked me..." He got off the bed quickly, grabbing his shirt and his trench running out of the layer, rubbing his eyes a few times before going out of veiw. Ikigame stopped about a half a mile off of the layer. He began to pulls his shirt over his warmed body, breathing a bit too heavy for his condition. After his shirt, he placed his Trench on over, the article of clothing filled with head plates of many different villages. He brought his hand up to his eyes and wiped some tears away. I really thought she liked me...I really thought she had gotten over me being a merderer...I guess I was deceived...again.. He reached down to his trench and began to rip head plates from the clothing, all but the sand village head plates that is. His body surged with anger, sadness, discust, deceite, and pain. He ached so bad to find that one sand village ninja who had turned Merc against him...for the second time. He grabbed the 20 head plates he tore from his trench and placed them in his trench coat pocket, not wanting just yet to give them all up.

Kiba looked at Mercury and sighed. "I think you just reuinded a good relationship. Mercury, if you need him to sleep, all you have to do is ask him to sleep for the words. I can't beleive I thought you changed... You still don't use your head and you alway lose the best things you have." With that said, Kiba walked out of the layer, Akamaru still in hand. He stopped short upon seeing Ikigame in a clearing a little ways off. He stayed hidden in a cluster of trees to see what Ikigame was doing.

Carmen thought for a moment."They didnt know you were guna kill yourself...Did they?"

Merc shook her head."I didnt think so...She walked out of the layer."Come on Carmen."

Carmen nodded."Right."She dissappeared into Merc's black gourd.

Mercury picked up the gourd adn placed it on her back.She sighed."Ikigame...I'm not letting you get away that easily..."She started to run.

Rose,Ikari,Kira,and Carmen appeared."Dont think we are guna sit in that gourd while you killed yourself."Rose smiled.

"But..."Mercury laughed."Come on.No use letting the good die young."I shouldn't have let hmi go... Merc ran.She saw Ikigame."Ikigame!!"

Carmen saw Kiba."Kiba!!!"

Ikigame whipped around, feeling kinda lighter from all the metal which was removed from his trecnh coat. He stared at the boy who was evesdropping for a while, then the clones whom were in front of Mercury.

Kiba looked back to see Carmen and the rest of the clones, followed by Mercury."Carmen..."

Carmen waved to Kiba."Kiba-kun!!!"

Mercury kept runnnig."Ikigame!!"

Rose smiled."Go get your men."Rose,Ikari adn Kira dissappeared.

Kiba smiled and pounced over to Carmen, nuzzling against her side.

Ikigame shut his eyes and sighed. "You want me dead..."

Carmen giggled adn nzuzzled Kiba's neck.

Mercury hugged Ikigame."I wasnt talking about you when I said that.."

"I do recall you saying 'Whats one life of a murderer for a great warrior?'. Last I recall, I'm the only murderer here." Ikigame said placing his hand on Mercury's head.

Kiba released Akamaru from his hands, who in turn barked and wagged his tail and Kiba and Carmen.

Carmen kissed Kiba.

"Then you dont really know me.."

"I guess not...But that could change." Ikigame said quietly.

Kiba blushed and looked around, to Mercury and Ikigame.

mercury smiled.

Carmen blunk.

Ikigame placed his hands on her sides and seperated her body from his. "I don't recall ever seeing you smile at me before..." He smiled and shut his eyes. "Tis nice."

"Not really...My smile normally brings death...Just like it did to Amber.."

"Nah.. Not all the times..Right?" Ikigame said lookking around suspiciously.

"I guess..."She sighed.

"Yay!" Ikigame took Mercury's hand and began to lead her back to the layer. "Mercury, I don't know much about you, tell me about yourself...That is if you don't mind."

Blinking and confused,Merc followed."Well...I dont know who my family was,I've known Gaara since we were kids,I like blood,I dont really know exactly who I am..Only that Im a monster.."

"Monsters are ugly, and you my dear are nothing of the sort." Ikigame said with a slight smile.

"I'm considered a monster because of the jutsu that will kill everyone if I ever use it.."

"Thats why Gaara is considered a monster as well, isn't it?" He asked, looking forward.

"No.Gaara is cosidered a monster because a demon was put in hmi...Although..Im different because..I am a demon.."

Ikigame rubbed his head with his free hand and sighed pathetically. "I'm so confused. Okay, Gaara is considered a monster because a demon inside him, you are considered a monster because you are a demon? Well, you're an awefully cute demon." He said smiling at her.

Merc giggled."Your sweet."

"Why thank you. also, you two can both control sand and the sand won't let you guys get hurt. You both carry a gourd full of sand and you both are from the sand village. Gaara has black around his eyes because sleeless nights, and you have black around you eyes because of eyeliner. I think I got some stuff figureed out about you two. But not a whole lot at that." Ikigame looked forward and noticed the layer. "Oh my, we got here fast."

"Well...Tell you the truth.Its not eyeliner.Its accually a tattoo I was born with.My entire clan had eyes like mine."Mercury smiled.

Ikigame smacked his own head gently. "Silly me." He entered the layer and sat down on the bed he once laid on.

Mercury sat with him.

Ikigame laid his head onMercury's shoulder and shut his eyes.

Mercury started to sing a lulaby."Hush now..My baby..Be still dont you cry..Sleep now..My heart is..With you..Oooo...Hush now..My baby...Be still dont you cry...I'll be here in your dreams..."

Ikigame opened one eye and stared at Mercury's face and moving lips. He face turning a light red hue, his ears flicking a few times.

Mercury stopped singing.She looked down at Ikigame and kissed his lips gently.

Face turning redder from the kiss, Ikigame shut his eyes and placed his hands on Mercury's sides.

Mercury wrapped her arms around Ikigame's shoulders and kept kissing him.

Ikigame moved himself closer to Mercury, moving his hands a just a couple more inches from her hips.

Merc scooted over to Ikigame and kissed him passionatly.

Kiba came waltzing in with Carmen behind him. He saw the two and blushed turning around. "Oh man, I'm gonna throw up." He said.

Ikigame heard the boy and looked over at him, breaking the kiss and licking his lips.

Merc meeped and fell backwards.

Carmen smirked."Merc you wolf."

Ikigame blinked a few times before helping Mercury up. "Silly girl."

Kiba turned back around and looked at Mercury. "Embarassed are we?"

Merc stood up and walked out of the layer,blushing madly.

Carmen giggled."Aw..Merc is so adorable when shes embarrassed."

Ikigame blinked and stood up slowly. He placed his hands behind his back and stared at the two other figures in the dimmed room. "Yes, she really is."

Kiba tapped his foot on the ground before gesturing for Ikigame to go after the girl.

He nodded and walkedout of the layer, going after Mercury. Wow, shoes on the other foot, usually girls are chasing after me. Ikigame thought to himself before placing his hand on Merc's shoulder.

Carmen linked arms with Kiba.

Mercury looked back and blushed at Ikigame.

Kiba smiled and stared at Carmen.

Carmen batted her eyes.

Ikigame chuckled. "Why are you so embarassed?"

"I dont know.."

Kiba smiled and kissed Carmen's cheek.

Carmen licked Kiba's nose.

Kiba chuckled and wiped the slober from his nose.

Carmen giggled

"Not nice." Kiba said with a smile.

Ikigame placed his hand on her cheek and smiled. "Lighten up a little Mercury."

"Sorry..."She blushed.

Ikigame shook his head. "No need to be sorry. Its not your fault that you get embarassed."

Merc hugged Ikigame.

Ikigame placed his hands around her form, one around her back and the other up by her neck.

Mercury blushed but wrapped her arms around his shoulders.

Ikigame began to rock side to side with Mercury in his arms.

Mercury leaned up adn kissed Ikigame.

Ikigame smiled and broke the kiss, letting out a purr from his throat.

Mercury smiled and blushed a deep crimson.

Little known to them..Someone was watching..

"Mercury. I am sorry for killing your fellow ninja from many years ago. Those are the main ones I killed, as you can see by my cloak. I remeoved all the head plates that weren't sand village ninja material. I'm sorry." Ikigame said slowly.

"Don't worry about it...No one really liked me anyway.."She smiled.

"But I'm sure Gaara did." Ikigame said quietly.

Mercury's voice got caught in her throat.She looked up at Ikigame."What do you know about me and Gaara?"

"I know you still love him...." Ikigame said losing his smile.

"My feelings for him can never be the same as his for me.."Merc turned away.

"I'm sorry." Ikigame said placing his hands on her shoulders.

"Dont be."Its not your fault Im a hated monster."

"You're not hated by everyone." Ikigame said tilting his head.

"Yes I am.."She held back her tears.

Ikigame bent his neck down and kissed her neck "No, you aren't."

Merc gasped lightly."Then who doesnt hate me?"

"Me, Kiba, Carmen, Rose, Kankuro and the other goons, Orochimaru sama, Akamaru. You may not know it, but a lot of people do like you, not as a lover but rather as a friend." Ikigame said quietly to her.

"Maybe..But...I dont know how they could like a freak.."She turned adn hugged Ikigame,crying into his shoulder.

"You're not a freak. You have no deformaties such as mine, or Orochimaru sama... We have visible deformalities, you don't. People don't know you to be a freak. They know me to be a freak because of my ears." Ikigame said cradling her against himself.

"I hide my self though.."Merc made some had signs and her human ears sifted into wolf ears,and a tail swayed back and forth.

"I still wouldn't call you a freak because wolve's are way cuter then cats." Ikigame said before he kissed Mercury's neck again.

Mercury giggled."They are not."

"They are too. Especially pups." Ikigame purred and laid his head on her shoulder.

"Kittens are waaayy cuter."

"No, wolf pups are." He chuckled.

"Kittens."Mercury grinned and tackled Ikigame,pinning him to the ground.

"No, wolves..." Ikigame said, not flipping over.

"I know a way to make you be quiet.."Mercury kissed Ikigame again.

Ikigame let out a muffled 'wolves' and smiled in the kiss.

Mercury meeps and kissed Ikigame's forhead.

Ikigame giggled and shut his eyes. "I giggle like a giddy school girl." He said.

"You giggle like a cat."

"Yes, well you're as pretty as a female wolf." Ikigame complimented.

Merc licked Ikigame's cheek.

Ikigame smiled and wiped his cheek of the slober. "Eww, you slober like a wolf too." He said in a playful voice.

"I know I do."Merc nuzzled him.

Ikigame's ears flicked upon hearing a cracking twig from the trees and bushes of the surrounding area. "Whos there?" He yelled sitting up a little.

Mercury was sittign on Ikigame's lap.She sniffed the air."Oh shit..."

Gaara walked out of the shadows.

"G-Gaara?" He said tilting his head slightly.

Gaara glared.

Mercury did a backflip into a tree.

Ikigame stood up and glared back at Gaara. "Why are you glaring at me, I did nothing to you."

"Merc get down here."Gaara commanded.

Mercury jumped down and stood next to Gaara."Yes sir.."

"...Mercury..." Ikigame said in disbeleif.

Mercury looked at Ikigame sadly.

Gaara slapped her."What did I say before?!"He yelled at her.

Mercury fell and cried.

"Gaara, don't ever touch a woman like that you sick bastard!" Ikigame yelled before going over to see if she was alright.

Mercury rubbed her eyes."Ikigame...Don't worry about me...Please.."

Gaara kicked her on her back adn stepped on her stomach."I told you not to run away like that again..."He trapped Ikigame in a sand coffin.

Ikigame remained calm and stared at Gaara. "And who are you to tell her what to do. I kill many more others just like you, thinking you can control others. You're nothing but helpless fools. You even let that pathetic nija Naruto and his over grown toad beat you and your demon." He turned his head from the figures and sighed.

"Be silent cat boy.Mercury is my slave.It was her repayment,so to say."Gaara said.

Mercury glared at Gaara."Let Ikigame go!"

Gaara threw a kunai at Merc's arm."Shutup."

"..Mercury..I thought you would never become his slave." Ikigame said before sinking into the sand coffin and coming out as water from the bottom of it. He had been doing a few hand signs in the coffin for this jutsu to work. He reappeared in his solid form and stared at Gaara. "I think its about time I add your head plate to my trench coat you scum." He said as he looked at Mercury's bloody arm and red face.

"Ikigame,dont do it...Its my fault I gave in.I'm the one thats a slave..I'm the one who deserves to be puished."

Gaara smirked. "Thats a good girl."

Ikigame looked away from the sad sight, making a discusted look. "Whatever." He turned from Gaara and Mercury and began to walk back to the layer.

"Im sorry.."Merc whispered.

Gaara pulled Merc up by her wounded arm."Your guna pay for this little 'vacation' of yours,when we get back to the house.

"Just don't talk to me Mercury." He said before disappearing into the trees as mist.

Merc pulled away from Gaara."Leave me alone Gaara...You made the only person that doesnt hate me...Hate me!!"She broke down crying.

Gaara kicked her."Fnie.Ill let you have a little mroe vacation time."He dissappeared.

Ikigame appeared beside her and helped her up. "I don't hate you Mercury, I'm just appauled that you would let him control you."

"I'm sorry..."Mercury sobbed."I just didnt want to die...I was only 9...I didnt know what else to do..."She looked up at him.Her eyes held fear.She looked pathetic.

"See, there is something wrong with that. You said you are a demon, and he has a demon in him....You could've fought back against him...Even at nine. I had to start fighting back against my parents when I was five." He sighed and hugged her close to him. "Please don't cry."

"But thats where Im different...I didnt know how to conrol myself..

"You can fight back against him now." Ikigame insisted.

"But I cant.."

"Why not?" ikigame said becoming a little more conserned.

"Because Im to weak."

Ikigame shook his head. "I won't beleive that." He said. "You are only weak because you tell yourself you are weak."

"I am weak though..."

Ikigame kissed her cheek and sighed.

"I'm sorry..."She hugged."I thought you didnt want me to talk to you."

"I was upset, still am upset." He reassured her. "But I would never wanna stop talking to you."

Mercury turned into her wolf form which was a black wolf with a white sand village symbol on her forehead.

"Mercury...?" He tilted his head not knowing why she changed.

This is my wolf form..."She turned nito a giant,blood red evil looking wolf."And this is my demon form.."

"I see." Ikigame said placing his arms in a crossed position across his chest.

Merc turned back into her human form."I look pathetic in this form..."

"No you don't Mercury." Ikigame smiled down at her. "You make an awesome warrior."

"I do?"She looked up.

"yes, you do." Ikigame said placing his hand on her head.

Merc smiled adn tackled him.

Ikigame meeped and laid on the ground helplessly. "Nuuu, the big bad wolf is gonna eat me." He joked.

"I am about to say something I never thought I'd say.."Mercury blushed.

Ikiegame noticed the blushe and immediately cocked his eyebrow. "What is it?"

"I..Love you..."She blushed.

Ikigame smiled and kissed Mercury softly on the lips. "I love you too Mercury."

Mercury meeped and blushed.

Lips curling int a small smile, Ikigame placed his hand on Mercury's cheek and began to caress her cheek with his thumb.

Mercury giggled and curled up to him."Myuu."

"Mercury, I won't let Gaara hurt you anymore." He said pulling her closer with his arm.

"He wont let you.."She sighed.

"I will protect you. I am the mist, I can't be contained by sand." Ikigame said looking up into the sky.

"Myuu."Mercury says cutely.

Ikigame meeped and looked down at her.

Merc growled playfully adn pinned Ikigame down.

"Oh noez...i'm gonna be eaten!" Ikigame exclaimed, but on the inside he was tensed up ready to spring at the sound of Gaara's voice. Where is he??? He thought to himself, but none of these emotions were shown on the outer complextion of his being.

Mercury giggled adn kissed Ikigame.

Eyes closing, Ikigame leaned his head up and kissed her back.

Merc closed her eyes but then opened them."Your worried about something.."

"Don't worry about it..." Ikigame said looking up at her.

"but I have to worry.."

"But its something I don't want you to worry about." He said purring a bit.

"I worry anyway."She smiled.

Ikigame smiled. "Okay." He placed his hands on her arms lightly and began to look around. "I'm worried about you...Gaara could kill you if you don't fight back. Thats what I'm worried about. I don't worry about my life when I fight, I am the water and mist itself...I cannot be contained by futile asttacks..." He fixed his gaze up and Mercury's face and smiled. "But, somehow...I was contained by you." He added.

Her face turning slightly red,Mercury smiled."You never need to worry about my life,Ikigame.I am sand.I dont really mean anything."

"But you mean something to me...And I don't say that to every girl I meet." Ikigame said truthfully.

"It wouldnt seem that way.Your cnostantly chased by girls.How popular are you?"

"Well, I'm well known I guess." Ikigame said drooping his ears. "I don't say that to every girl though."

Merc tilted her head adn smiled innocently.

Ikigame cocked an eyesbrow and stared at her. "Uh..."

She grinned evilly and started making handsigns.

Staring at the quick moving hands, Ikigame began to sit up. "Mercury, what are you doing?" He asked.

"Boar,ram,dragon,boar,rabbit,tiger,ram,boar,tiger."A giant sand rose came up from the ground.

He stared at the rose dumbfoundedly, then stared at Mercury.

Mercury giggled adn did the jutsu 3 more times until there were four roses.

"Mercury, what are you doing?" Ikigame looked at the four roses and suddenly smiled. "I have an idea." Making a few hand signs, the man made a sheet of water appear over the roses, dripping and falling from the sand. He made a few more, different hand signs and froze the water over the sand. The roses now looking like crystal plated sand roses.

The sand ninja smiled,amazed at the roses."They are beautiful."

Ikigame folded his hands and smiled. Hm...this is the first time in a long while that I haven't tried to seduce a girl... He thought to himself looking at Mercury innocently.

Mercury looked into Ikigame and got into the trance again."I never noticed how pretty your eyes were.."

Ikigame meeped and shook Mercury a little. "Mercury, snap out of it!!" He exclaimed.

Mercury blinked."Snap outa what?"

"The trance." He said with a whimper.

Merc was silent."Your eyes are really pretty."

Oh man, she must have a really deep hook in me. I'm usually trying to get the girls into my trances, not out. He thought before flicking some water on the girl's face.

The water didnt work,Merc kept smiling."Chii!"

"Mercury...." Ikigame said before tapping her cheek with his hand gently.

"Yes?" Mercury gazed at Ikigame.

"Please, come out of the trance..." Ikigame said one last time.

"Ikigame!"Merc clung to him

He looked down at the black head of the girls and placed his hand on her back, running his hand through her hair.

Mercury murred."Ikigame-kun...."

"Mercury, please...You're tempting me more then I've ever been tempted before. I don't want to do anything to you." Ikigame said.

Mercury murred again,nuzzling Ikigame's cheek.

Ikigame pulled Mercury from his chest and sighed. "Mercury, stop."

"But..but."Merc made a puppy face.

Ikigame shut his eyes slowly. "Please, stop."

"Whats wrong,Ikigame-kun?"

"I don't want to do anything to you, at least not when you're like this." Ikigame said.

"You tried to last time."A voice came from a tree.

Ikigame let out a low growl before openeing his eyes and looking around.

A girl with black straight hair,up to her ankles,a fluffy tail and cat ears,wearing black chani pants adn a corset, jumped down from the tree.

"Who are you?" Ikigame asked, moving Mercury behind himself.

Then cat girl smiled,showing her fangs.Her claws were sharp.In some ways she looking like Mercury."Take a guess.Who did Merc talk about,that was part cat?Maybe...Saved her life?"

Ikigame rolled his eyes and turned around." Like I care right now."

"Maybe a certain..Amber?Maybe she was guna sacrifice herself for me?"The girl grinned.

Not taking the girl as a major threat, Ikigame grabbed Mercury by the shoulders and began to lead her away.

Amber sighed.She granned Merc's arm adn flung her against a tree.

Merc fell and got up."Wha?Huh?What happened?"

"Mercury!" Ikigame exclaimed before running after her.

"Ugh..My head.."Mercury blunk."Ikigame?"She saw Amber."Oh my god.."

Ikigame helped the girl sit up and began to look at her head. "Are you okay?"

"Ya but...Amber?"

Amber smirked."In the flesh."

ikigame sighed

"Butbut."Merc studdered.

Amber sighed."I gottogo.Gaara needs me."She dissappears.

Merc looked at Ikigame."Your eyes are really pretty.."

"Mercury, enough. You know everytime you look into my eyes you become tranced. I don't like it." Ikigame said.

"Im not in a trance.Im just saying your eyes are pretty."

"Oh, then now its different. Thanks..." Ikigame said before hugging her.

She grinned."I feel like tempting you."She pinned him to the ground.

Ikigame yelped and looked up at her.

She murred and growled playfully.

Ikigame blushed and playfully patter her on the head.

Mercury gently bite Ikigame's neck.

Ikigame opened his eyes a bit wider, moving his neck against Mercury's teeth.

Grinning,Merc unexpectantly bit into Ikigame's neck.

Ikigame let out a small yelp, before flipping Mercury over, his neck begin pulled down with her teeth he ran his hands along the woman's sides.

Merc let go.She giggled and looked up.She kept her hair over ehr left eye but some of it moved out of the way.

Ikigame kissed mercury passionately, his hands coming up to here shoulders.

Closing her eyes,Mercury wrapped her arms around Ikigame's shoulders,kissing him back.

Ikigame let his tongue slip into her mouth, moving across her tongue slowly.

Mercury meeped and blushed madly.

Ikigame broke the kiss and slowly moved down to her neck, gigvine feather light kisses.

Mercury giggled."That tickles!"

Ikigame smiled and licked down a little lower on her neck.

Mercury breathed heavily and closed her eyes tightly.

Ikigame began to rub his hands up into her tube top and her fishnets. His tongue continued to go across her neck, lower and lower.

Mercury whimpered helplessly."Ikigame.."

Ikigame stopped licking her neck and looked up at her. "Mercury, are you unsure aboutthis?"

Carmen rolled her eyes."What was that about?"

"I have no idea..." Kiba said, thinking the worst and blushing.

Ikigame retained his position, but began to pull the shirt from Mercury's small frame.

Mercury blushed and closed her eyes tightly.

Kiba smiled and hugged Carmen. "Thank you.."

"No problem.I dont want Akamaru being trapped with those to love birds."

Kiba chuckled and sat down against the ice'd wall. "Well, I guess we must wait."

Carmen sat down and thought."What if shes not smart enough?"She thought loud.

Ikigame slid his fingers down her side, hooking them onto the pants belt loops. He began to pull them down slowly, smiling up at Mercury's red face.

Merc gasped lightly and looked up at Ikigame.Her hair was moved out of her eye,and her eye with the skull for a pupil was now visible.

Ikigame pulled her pants all the way down and stared at her half naked body. His eyes drifted to her skull eye, which kinda turned him on even more.

"Maybe we should try it again..."Mercury said in a soft voice.She smiled.

"I don't know..but..I think maybe we should.."

"You sure?"She asked,questionable.

"Yeah, I'm sure Mercury." He said.

"But I cant even beat Gaara.."

"Shilly shally dilly dally." Ikigame said with a slight smile. "You base strength off of muscle? No dear, never do that. You must base your strength on skill, mental stability. What I mean by that is, not cracking under pressure. Notice, I could beat gaara by using barely any attacking moves against him by wasting his chakra."

"But I grew up as a worrier ninja.Fighting is all I know how to do.."

"Well, I guess I'll have to train you then." Ikigame offered before sitting up slightly.

"But you're not a sand ninja."

"I won't train you in muscles and attack type moves. I will simply 'test you' if you will. I will set up a series of events that are used against you in most fights. Everytime you do something wrong you will start over from the beginning. Sound good?"

"I guess so."She said happily.

"We will start tomorrow." Ikigame said with a yawn. "I guess we better let Kiba and Carmen in so they don't have to sleep outside, huh?"

The sand ninja walked to the wall of ice,covering herself with the blanket since she was only in her underwear,and punched it.Shattering it to bits.

"HEY!!" Ikigame yelled with a whimper. "What am I gonna use to cover up with! I don't have your balnket!"

Kiba jumped up and hurried into the cave, his back a bit icy from the wall.

Carmen chased after Kiba.

Mercury threw the blanket to Ikigame."There."She wasn't self contious at all.

"Yeah, well, I'm pretty sure Kiba wouldn't look at your boobs, but he'd sure look at my parts." He said flipping over and covering up.

Kiba giggled upon seeing Ikigame in the bed, clothes spralled out around the area and him under a cover. "Sweating in your sleep Ikigame?" He said in a know-it-all sort of tone.

Merc rolled her eyes and lied down in a corner.

Mercury smiled and cuddled up to Ikigame

Ikigame purred and nuzzled Mercury's neck.

Kiba shrugged and lay on the bed, closing his eyes and sighing. "I'm tired."

Mercury murred and layed down,pulling Ikigame on top of herself.

Carmen cuddled up with Kiba.

Kiba placed his arm on her side and began to drift off.

Carmen also began to drift to sleep.

Mercury opened her eyes.

Ikigame had his head laid back and his ears folded down. A few muffled words coming from his lips.

The demon smiled and gently,tiptoed her way outside with out making a sound."Hmmm.."She smield at the forest adn walked to a lake.

Ikigame groaned upon having weight lifted from his arm. He opened his eyes and looked down. "Mercury?!??"

He turned his head and looked out of the layer. "Since it is not quite the crack of dawn yet, I'll let her relax in whichever way she pleases."

Ikigame pulled his pants on and walked out of the layer, walking around the forest looking for a spot for her to practice. He stopped at a clearing with rocks and sand in it. He smiled and began to craft some ice and mist around the feild. "Will she be expecting sand against her from a mist village ninja?" He asked himself with a smirk. He made a few hand signs and used a sand jutsu, the only one he knew. He smiled at his feild of play. "Its almost time to play cat and mouse." He said watching some mist drift into the sky.

Black sand came under Mercury,Lifting her from the ground.

A pitch of quicksand began to devour the blackened sand, slowly pulling Mercury in after.

"What the fuck!?!?"She growled and did a jutsu,making the sand spit her back out.

A large spray of water was sent at the girl as she was spit out, the water hardening as it hit her.

The demon hit the ground,growling words."Damnit..."She did some handsigns."Boar,horse,rat,tiger.Defense!"She was instantly covered in an orb of black sand

Speared peices of ice went flying at the orb, hitting but not breaking the barrier.

Mercury growled."What to do.."

"Use your head!" Ikigame called out to her.

"I didn't want to do this but.."She put down the barrier adn started making handsigns.

The spears came through and began to wizz past Mercury.

Mercury finished the hand signs and a giant void opened up,sucking in the spears and the mist.

Ikigame smiled and came out from the trees. "You say you're not strong enough to fight Gaara?"

She closed up the void."Yes."

"Geez you have some denial issues woman. "He said sarcastically.

She stuck her tongue out at him.

Ikigame smiled and licked her tongue.

Merc meeped adn giggled."Silly kitty."

"I know, but I'm your silly kitty." Ikigame retorted.

"Okay. Pretend as if I'm Gaara. Take your anger of Gaara out on me."

"Fine." Ikigame went back over to his clothes and put them on. "Whatever." He said before walking off.

Mercury stood there,shocked adn confused."Ikigame-kun.."She sniffled adn sat down,teary eyed.

Ikigame smiled half heartedly and sighed. "Youare new to that, not to fighting. There are certain things your body can take, and certain things your body has to get used to still. Understand?"

Mercury stared back.Her dull eyes sparkled slightly.

"Don't worry your pretty little head about it." Ikigame said reaching up and stroking her cheek lightly.

Mercury tackled Ikigame and cuddled up to him."I want my boy to handle anything.."

Ikigame chuckled and wrapped his arms around her frame. "You know I can."

"You can't handle me..Not when i'm depressed or in my demon state."Mercury smiled evilly.

"I could always try." He said, now a bit nervous.

"If I was like you,I would be so much smarter and I would be able to handle anything and I would be stronger and..."She sighed.

"Yes, but you'd also be curse with these damned marking from the white haired sand ninja." Ikigame said looking over at his left arm. "You'd also be labled a merdurer wherever you were to go."

"I am labled a murderer..I still am one...And atleast you don't have battle scars,reminding you that someone dear to you was lost.."

Ikigame placed his head 'pon Mercury's shoulder and sighed. "Yes I do...." He said quietly.
