2011-04-25 [kians mummy]: you know what, elftown is more boring than it use to be, the council, guards and all the other assess don't give two flying fucks on the way they make other people for, they don't care when they hurt people, its ok for them to do name calling, its ok for them to be bent, but when you do it, they have a go or ban you, my fiance was banned for herrassment, ie: name calling.
you lot do not have a clue what to do on here, you rely on normal members for work, well guess what you bunch of assess, i'm not going to be active for long if all you are going to do is put people down, and upset them, just because you wish to abuse the power.
if you want to ban me then fine, but you are only banning me for this is the truth

No. You're entitled to your opinion, however the council and the guards do indeed care how normal members feel. That's why they dedicate so much of their free time to volunteering on this site. Name-calling and insulting normal members is not acceptable behaviour for Council members, as you are well aware of. Nor is abusing power or privs. And I am confident that none of the crew are guilty of that.
We rely on "normal members" for work in that we are ALL normal members. No one on Elftown gets paid.

2011-04-25 [Triola]: I probably shouldn't jump in to this, enough people have already, but I'll throw in my two cents and then consider myself a spectator. In my opinion, one of the things the volunteers of Elftown have in common is a love for the community, and the ability to take pleasure in everything offered here. Elftown is a wonderful place, even without an official position. There are people to meet, competitions to join, places to chat, and plenty of other things, I'm not even involved in half, and still I've been addicted for the last seven years (and boy, has it really been that long? o.O). Relax and enjoy :) You won't become crew before you do, and chances are, when you do, you won't care about being crew. And yes, that rhymed :3

It was pretty frilly though and gosh darn it, if it wasn't the cutest little dignity you ever saw when you put that bow on its fin. But two bows and it would spit acid in your Cheerios. Three and you got a raise and an extra footxfoot on your cubicle! Which, trust me, is a lot better than getting a handxhand for your cubicle. You get groped a lot.
