Alrighty then, no camera, but effective nonetheless.

2010-02-13 [Iruvielle]: Well, it's effective in the sense that, if someone sees "Love" written on your arm, and they question you about it.... well... great way to get the message through and pass it on! :)

If you DO get a chance to put pictures of it, put them up. :)

And, well... it's sort of a "whenever you want" type thing... but it usually goes by a certain date set... We can, as a group, decide on a date, if you want. :)

Like I had said on the group on facebook...
if it weren't for this event, I wouldn't know how many people actually DO care. I went through a WICKED bad depression where I did things I never thought someone like ME would do... Even considering some horrible things. But, then I found this organization/event... and well, it lifted my spirits. :)
Thanks to it I don't feel alone anymore!
So, I'm GLADLY supporting it, and trying to get people to support it also.

It's about an event/organization called "To Write Love on Her Arms"...
It's in support/dedicated to those who suffer from depression, suicidal thoughts and whatnot.
The writing of Love on one's arms is to show that people who are going through a REALLY rough patch, and who need someone to care and listen really DO have people who are there for them.
Does that make sense?

To Write Love On Her Arms Day is a day where anyone can write the words love on their arms, to support those who are fighting against depression and those who are trying to recovering. 2010-02-15 [Iruvielle]: First thing. [Rising Death Dragon]... DON'T try to force her to stop. That only makes them want to more. I know that feeling.
Instead, make sure she knows that IF she needs someone to talk to, that she can come to you. She can talk about it. If she says she doesn't want to, just say "That's alright, but remember I'm here whenever you need someone"... even if you're not always there, it helps to know someone IS there. :)
