THE TRAIN:

And the train rolls on,
And with every clickety clack,
Of the cars on the rails,
Another freedom is taken away,
One more commity is formed,
To regulate your life,
The train has been rolling through the world ever since man has began,
With every midnight run liberty and choice are somewhere crushed,
The train don't stop,
Although freedoms guardians sometimes do,
Somewhere a child is in slavery,
But the sensible man says,
What can "I do",
Nobody will listen,
It's all going to hell,
Anyway, what should I do,
The lines are drawn on the maps,
The towns are all in place,
And I must make legal tender,
Or loose everything,
All this stuff,
My things,
My prized pocessions,
What does it profit a man,
To speak for the murdered virgins,
Or those locked in our prisons,
Who never hurt anyone but themselves,
So the train rolls on,
Carrying your hopes for your children's freedom away,
Sometimes only a little here,
And a shadow there,
But they're always being freighted away.
