I'm thinking that I'm going to do a mixed media kind of thing for my bookmark :D I have already drawn a kind of 'map' of what I'd *like* to do but I'm not sure if it will work the way I want to :p I'm so excited to start but part of it has to wait until next week so I can buy some bits and pieces for it :D

2010-10-25 [pixish]: Well, I actually did most of mine digitally :p I've finished that part today (Still undecided on whether I want to laminate it or not...) I just wanted to add some other things to it as well :3

2010-10-25 [hanhepi]: i would have done a digital print, then laminate, but my printer is DOA. my next idea was to hand draw, but i'm too shakey lately for that ("um, yes Flisk, i swear that squiggle is a dragon!") , so i'm working with fabric arts.

i thought melting crayon into the fabric was a promising idea (and a great way to use some dead crayons!), but after experimentation, i still cant get enough crayon OUT of the fabric so as not to be drawing in the book when you use it. lol. not the type of book mark i wanted at all. (but the marks were pretty!!)

I actually did mine digitally, too. But I photomanipulated some things to make a pretty bookmark. (And I really hope Nioniel likes it. She is a photographer and I thought she would appreciate it. ^_^ )

Mine's digital too, bit of painting and photomanipulating. :) I don't have laminating tools, so I'll let it printed as well.

i'm still laboring over mine. :/ had 2 made, but i've managed to lose one i worked on for hours. just *poof* can't find it. :( maybe the dog ate it. i could just check their poop and send it anyway... lol.
