Summary

When the elv (v intentional) Adela Leafshanks falls into a rift in the space time continuum, she ends up aboard a 61st century battleship amongst a cast of barmy characters. And thus begins an epic galactical quest to unravel the Secrets and find the Key to the Door of Time and Things That Make Sense. Little does she know, but the existence of the Universe known as Kteria rests on the shoulders of these strange individuals, as the Elphin race battles against the Who-mins over the Sardonyx Pearl, an object capable of revealing the Secrets...
But with a crazy, philosophical elv called Aurion Mistytongue, a chakram wielding cat called Humble, an incompetent and lazy professor called Moramoram, a timid and gormless soldier called Zino and a ruthless and unnecessarily loud-mouthed sargeant called Xia, is Kteria in good hands?
Hardly.
