 THE SEMINARY GANG II
     ~Kenzi's Apocalypse~

*    I *

The story stats off a little under a year later (now 2006, most likely late-September, or very early October). A new addition to
the class has come in the form of Robert, Richard's younger brother. They, along with Jon, hurry in and enjoy another ordinary
fun-friday. Everything goes along normally, except for Kenzi who seems unusually contentious, uptight, and just plain moody.
At first no one takes a second thought to this (just Kenzi being her usual self), but towards the end everyone's just a little curious
why she is acting that way. As everyone leaves, Robert realizes that he left [his scriptures, papers, something important], and
takes the key to go and get it from the church quickly. Richard says to hurry, cause he's not going to wait up for him. Robert
hurries back and feels an unusual feeling around the building. The lights outside flicker and die, a gust of wind rushes by, and his
hairs stand on end....never before seen subatomic forces are at work. Robert reluctantly enters the building, and hears a loud
bang that shakes the primary room doors (which are closed). He waits a second, and then peaks in to see "the Door" open.
Real-Kenzi is standing right next to it, and is talking to someone on the other side that looks strangely like Kenzi, only taller and
different hair color. Real-Kenzi announces, "It's time..."
*       *
Meanwhile, Richard is still walking alone, and is beginning to wonder what the heck is taking Robert so long. After a short mental
battle he decides to go back and find out what's going on.
* *
We jump back and find Robert being held in Other-Kenzi's clutches, "Darth Vader-style". She wants to kill him right there on the
spot, or at least torture him; both physically and mentally. Real-Kenzi realizes that he has heard too much, but manages to
convince Other-Kenzi to just throw him somewhere in time where he won't cause any problems. Other-Kenzi smiles evily at
Robert and comments that his life has just been spared. She then turns, and casts him into the deep reaches of time.
* *
At that moment Richard had opened the primary room door and witnessed Robert being thrown back in time. Other-Kenzi makes
one last remark, but suddenly spots Richard watching them wide-eyed. Real-Kenzi looks back too, and sees Richard. Other-
Kenzi decides to take matters into her own hands, and jumps through the Event-Horizon of "the Door", plunging into Richard.
She claws him on the side of the face knocking him to the ground, actually saving Richard from the conceled knife in her other
hand. Richard trips her with his leg, and she is pulled back through the Event-Horizon. For some reason (yet unknown to the
reader), Other-Kenzi can't go back through to Real-Kenzi's time, and begins complaining that she had one chance to kill him, but
that chance is gone. Both Kenzis decide to make a run for it, and disappear through "the Door". As reality slowly comes back
together, Richard gets up and nurses the wound on his face.
* *
Meanwhile, Jon is walking down a hall in the school, Brian nearby grumbling about one thing or the other. Suddenly Jon is called
to the front desk over the intercom. Brian jokes that Jon's in trouble now, and leaves. Jon arrives at the front desk, and is told
he has a phone call from a Mr. Daw. Jon, quite puzzled, takes the phone and says hello. It is then that Richard announces who
he is, and says; "Jon...it finally happened. Get Brian and Kailtin...I'm inicating Protcole-8..." Jon gasps, acknolledges what he's
heard, and takes off down the hall. He quickly catches up with Brian and tells him that Richard has inicated Protcole-8. Brian
stands there perplexed and asks what the heck he's talking about. Jon slaps his forehead and says, "Time remote?" Brian thinks
for a second and then goes, "ohhhhhhh". They take off and find Kaitlin, and explain the situation. She too is shocked, and they
head off to meet Richard outside the church, who now has a large scar across his face. During this interlude it is explained to
the reader that in the event someone in the gang tried to steal the time remote or open "the Door", the others would unite to
stop that person from accomplishing their goal. There were various other Protcoles established to help protect the time-line, all
involved in the event of something happening to the remote, door, or other time properties. Back in story world, Richard ex-
plains what he saw; Kenzi talking to an alternate or future version of herself, and of course Robert being cast into the deep
reaches of time. After some debating and argument, it is settled that Kenzi is up to something, and that with help from the time
remote they can find out where she went (the remote can search out and find time disturbances before they affect the present
and future). They all hop into Kaitlin's car, and head to the mysterious location of the remote...

*    II *

The gang pull into a dark and quite storage unit on the outskirts of town (think Tree Top's storage unit), and go into a deep, dark
unit, where the remote is impressively locked up. The gang each have one of the five keys needed to unlock the remote (that
way one of the gang (say, Brian) couldn't steal the remote for their own personal use). However, in the event that one of them
goes rampent (like Kenzi), then each has been given a second key (coniciding with the next person, so that no matter who goes
rampent, they can always unlock the remote). After getting into the unit, unlocking the second door, unlocking it again, and then
unlocking the two locks on the titainium chest, they hold the time-remote up in glory. Upon activating it, a large disturbance
appears on the screen instantly. Oddly enough, it is about sixty years in the future. The gang are quite perplexed by this, but
decide it must be where she sent Robert. Richard sets the dials, and after a moment of truce pushes the button. There's a
bright flash of light, and the gang is whisped away...the next adventure just beginning...
* *
Upon appearing in the future, a large metal pillar about crushes the gang. Dodging it quickly, they look around and see that
they're in some major city that is in an apocalyptic state. Buildings are in semi-destroyed states, the sky is aglow from the raging
fires and dark plumes of smoke. Chaos runs rampent in the cities as citizens (instead of going all criminal and breaking into things)
are actaully running in the opposite direction of the gang. The gang is puzzled by this, and soon learn why: a massive armarment
of ground troops are headed down the street, spearheaded by a single Abrams Tank (aka, Modern Armor). The gang tries to
take off down an alley, but are told to freeze and slowly turn around. The turret of the tank lowers directly at Jon's face, and
pauses. The hatch opens, and Kenzi climbs out in guerilla atire (also, she has a viraty of weapons clipped about her, and a very
powerful (awesome) looking rifle that hasn't even been invented yet). It is then that the others realize the soldiers in Kenzi's
army are the very people they used to know (Jade, Thomas, Kimmy, Mark, Matt, ect). She smiles, and simply states that she
wants to take over the world (or is that not like Kenzi?). She orders them to be taken to a prisoneer camp, but too late, Richard
pushes a button on the remote, and after a bright flash of light the gang is gone. Kenzi screams (again), and orders them to be
pursued...
* *
The gang rematerialize in what appears to be a desert. They recooperate after the disturbing scene they'd just escaped, and
manage to get their senses back. It is then that Jon asks Richard where the heck he sent them. Richard explains that he just
pushed the same button before (which takes them to the nearest time disturbance), which means wherever they are now, some-
thing is happening that doesn't agree with the time-line. It is then that they notice a VERY large ban of people marching through
the desert in the distance. They catch up and discover it to be none other than Moses and the Israelites (yep, the millions upon
millions of Israelites) all marching out of Egypt. Jon (being the type of person to do this), strikes up a conversation with Moses
and asks if he's seen anyone "unusual" like them in his group. Moses replies yes, and says that there was an odd boy with
clothes like theirs that they found in the middle of the desert, and gave him water. They search the imediate group and find
Robert dressed up like an Arab. Upon seeing them he asks for some answers. It is then that Moses announces their close
proximity to Mt. Sianide (or however the heck you pronounce that).

*    III *

Sitting at the slopes of Mt. Idon'tknowhowtospellit, the gang explains their story of "the Door", their adventures in Book of
Mormon times, the discovery of the Time-Remotes, and their chaos and problems they caused to the Time-Line. They end by
explaining how after the explosion everything had been restored. They all agreed that they must never mess with time again,
and that in the event one of them did (like say, Kenzi), the others would unite to fight back. Robert marvels over the concept of
time travel, and is about ready to launch into a whole scientific analysis, when asked why Kenzi threw him back in time. Robert
simply states that he overheard everything she was planning, and when caught was thrown back here to keep his mouth shut.
The gang desperately wants to know what Robert knows, but before he can answer they are flanked by sniper shots (which,
oddly enough, are poorly aimed and don't even come close to their targets (heheheh, poken fun at the Dutch Boy)). Anyways,
the gang make their way around the mountain to draw the attention away from the Israelites, and head for the Red Sea. Jon
side steps for a second, but quickly joins up with the gang, holding a spear that he swiped from the Israelite Camp. It is then that
their mysterious attacker shows himself (the Dutch Boy). Jon breaks down right there and charges the Dutch Boy. Unable to re-
act quick enough the two tumble around, and Jon eventually stabs him with the spear, killing him right on the spot. Jon pants,
and then unloads him of all his weapons (which include the sniper rifle, a futuristic machine gun, several gernades, and his own
upgraded time-remote). The gang puzzles over this new remote, and realize too late that he wasn't alone. Jade suddenly decloaks
from behind (she had Active-Camaflouge in her millitary equipment), and grabs Robert. She pulls out her own time-remote
(identical to the Dutch Boy's), and instead of disappearing in a flash, fades away in light burst of electric green light (much cooler
to look at then the usual flash from jumping through time on a normal Time-Remote).
* *
Jade appears in some underground military facility, and takes Robert at gunpoint to Kenzi. Real-Kenzi and Other-Kenzi are in a
meeting room looking over some maps, which they close quickly as Robert is brought in. Jade asks what should be done with him,
to which Other-Kenzi responds by pulling out a Desert Eagle, aiming it right between his eyes. Real-Kenzi once again explains that
there's no need to kill him, and tells Jade to have him sent to Thomas' outpost. Other-Kenzi reluctantly puts away her gun, and
Jade escourts Robert away.
* *
Meanwhile, the gang freak out, now having lost their only way of finding out how Kenzi plans on taking over the world. Jon,
however, is quite perplexed by the new remote. The others take a look, and realize that it has a list of several outposts in time,
and even shows networks being used (i.e. it shows who and where they are, but only specific people). They look up Jade's
marker, and find that she just jumped again. It appears to be somewhere in Gemany, some time during WWII. Then, just as
quick as she had appeared there, she returned back to the future. Puzzled by her quick visit, Kaitlin suggests that she was
making a drop-off. When Brian asks what she could possibly be dropping off, Jon replies; "Robert...". With the time-disturbances
beginning to increase, the gang decides to take the Dutch Boy's advanced Time-Remote, and in a blink of electric green light
disappear...

*    IV *

The chapter starts off with a short interlude about Thomas Butler, explaining his connections to the gang, his friendship with Jon,
and even a short personal rant about how he decided to join Kenzi in taking over the world (hey, depressed guys do that kind of
stuff...well, just keep reading). It is also revealed that Thomas is currently holding the posistion of German General, and at the
personal aid of Hitler. Right now, however, he is at a P.O.W. camp, seeing that Robert is personally contained. It is then that
he notices a strange beeping sound. He searches through his desk and finds his time-remote, which announces that the Dutch
Boy has arrived in the nearby vacinity. Thomas is perplexed, and sets out to find him.
* *
The gang appear inside an empty German building, overlooking the P.O.W. camp. Brian freaks out, while the others try and re-
main calm. Jon decides to go on the offensive, and invade by force (he then cocks his gun, and aims it around for fun). Richard
suggests stealth, and asks how many bullets are still in the sniper rifle. After checking they are amazed to find that it still has
sixteen (future weapon...hehehe). Richard seveys the landscape, and sees about eight guard towers. If they can take them
out with the rifle, then that'll make a ground sweep much easier. Jon takes the rifle, and takes out the first guard successfully.
Due to it's extreme silence no one is alerted to its presence. Jon continues taking out the other towers, but on the fifth tower
accidently misses, and the alarm goes off. It's at that moment that Thomas pops in and is almost too shocked to say anything.
Jon smiles sheepishly, and says hello. Thomas whips out his own rifle and aims it at Jon. He questions them as to where the
Dutch Boy is, to which Jon replies how he's disappointed in Thomas for siding with the enemy. A war of words plays out between
the two, but ends quickly when Brian pulls the pin on his gerande by accident, and throws it at Thomas in an act of desperation.
Thomas ducks out of the room just as it explodes, demolishing the floor and dropping the gang to the floor one-story below.
The alarm is still going off, and german troops can be heard converging on the building. After nursing the bruises, the gang get
up and make for the exit. Richard spots Thomas' rifle that he'd dropped in the chaos, and picks it up for himself.They make it as
far as the front entrance before meeting german soldiers. Richard sprays their legs with his automatic (which has absouletly no
recoil), and they all fall. Jon pulls out the Dutch Boy's personal side arm, and the two work their way through the camp. While
Jon shoots to kill, Richard makes sure that he only disables them (hey, just cause you got a gun doesn't mean it has to be lethal).
The Germans go down pretty quick, but the camp is soon attacked by new forces (Kenzi's personal army). They use much more
advanced weapons (possibly some direct energy weapons?), and the gang have to take refuge. Nothing happens for a few
moments, and the gang decide to make a run for it. However, they walk straight into a trap, and are confronted by none other
than Danny. Upon seeing him, Richard states; "Why am I not surprised she got you?" Danny smiles, and targets Kaitlin first. He
fires his rifle, which fires a burst of bright yellow energy. Kaitlin is engulfed in what looks like a combination between yellow jello
and an energy bubble. The bubble explodes anticlamtically, and Kaitlin is no longer there. Jon gasps, but at that moment the
remaining three desolve in a flash of electric green light. Danny sceams, and tries shooting the ground where they once stood.
* *
The three appear in a forest of sorts, and solomonly realize their situation (remember, guys don't get emotional like girls in tense
situations. They just kinda get all quiet, and realize the depth and horror of the situation). Jon asks if Kaitlin is dead, to which
Richard replies he's not sure. He doesn't think so, but they need more information. At that moment a cannon blasts nearby, and
gun fire begins (rifle gun fire, not modern guns). The forest above them errupts in chaos, and the three duck for cover.
* *
The chapter ends with Real-Kenzi and Other-Kenzi having Kaitlin brought into meet with them.

*    V *

Jon, Richard, and Brian are running through the forest as gun fire errupts left and right. They note that the gun-fire isn't
machine-gun, and that they must be some time in the past. Jon asks where the heck Richard sent them, to which Richard replies
he just pushed the same button before, which sent them to Thomas. Brian concludes (oddly enough) that they must have been
sent to another one of Kenzi's little minions. Amazed at Brian's stroke of genius, the three continue to run eventually finding a
place to hide while the battle continues. While hiding, Richard discovers that they're some time during the Civil War. Jon counts
the places they've been, and begins to conclude that Kenzi has set out to screw up history majorly. Any critical or crucial point
in time she is changing. Richard disagrees, and states that she specificly said she wanted to take over the world. Screwing up
the time line wouldn't accomplish that, and would just make things worse. A spider web can catch quite a few bugs when weaved
just right, and in the right place. Screwing up the time line would be like tearing up that web...she is up to something "bigger".
The commotion dies down, and the three sneak out to investigate. They find a Confederate camp nearby, and make their way
towards the general's tent, where low and behold, they discover James (one of Kenzi's friends, right?). They spy in for awhile,
and after he dismisses his troops begins talking on his remote to someone else (the voice sounds familiar, but they don't know
who it is). James comments that he is done with his palminary on this zone, and concludes that it is a negative. The person on
the other end isn't surprised, and tells him to get his butt over with the others. They need as much help as possible, and then
they want him back to this period (civil war times). James grumbles about coming back here, but agrees to get over to where
they are. After disappearing, Richard checks his remote, and notices a large convergence in one specific time; Los Almos 1944.
Jon instantly jumps back to maintaining his story of Kenzi screwing up the time-line. Brian adds in that she is trying to stop the
discovery of the nuke (trying to act smart again, but failing...as usual). Richard says no, that Kenzi wouldn't just get rid of the
most powerful weapon inveted by man...she's up to something else there, and they need to find out quick. The three set in the
cordinates, and materialize away.
* *
Meanwhile, Kaitlin is being held by Real-Kenzi and Other-Kenzi. They try and tempt her with power, in the hopes of converting
her into their little crusade. Kaitlin is shocked by Kenzi, and tries to reverse of getting her to relaquish her power. Other-Kenzi
takes the stage, and exchanges a war of words with Kailtin. In the proccess we learn a little about Other-Kenzi; she's obviously
a disendent of Real-Kenzi, and they first met when Kenzi first came to the apocalypse. In fact, Other-Kenzi (now Future-Kenzi)
says that she is Real-Kenzi's great-grandchild. Apparently she was the daughter of the Kenzi that was present during the
creation of the Door. She continues to give a backdrop, giving the reader more information about Future-Kenzi, but remains very
allusive to their plans, and how it came to be. In the end, Kaitlin still refuses to join, and is taken to a prison cell where she won't
cause them further trouble. Now alone, Real and Future-Kenzi begin to realize the threat that the gang presents to them and
their plans. Future-Kenzi explains that as long as they're all together, they are dangerous, and that the only way to stop them
is to split them up. Real-Kenzi agrees...

*    VI *

The three left in the gang appear in the specified time, and their new remote begins going into a pre-automated system. The
next thing they know time is slowed down, and they remain invisible to the rest of the people going about their business at the
lab. Jon asks why the remote slowed time down automatically, to which Richard replies it is synked up with the others (i.e. there
are others in this time with time frozen too). As they begin moving about this becomes very clear; the facility is crawling with
Kenzi's personal army. They move around quietly, and only observe their doings. It soon becomes clear that everything they're
collecting would be used to build nuclear bombs (primative nuclear weapons, but still much more powerful than conventail
explosives). They manage to watch without incident, and (due to their quick speed and efficantcy with which they gather every-
thing) Kenzi's team soon leave with everything they've gathered. Richard manages to track them to some facility in Denver,
during the year 2063.
* *
The three quickly follow, and appear in what appears to be an underground proccessing plant. The teams unload their loads, and
are even joined by several other teams who bring in much more modern and even futuristic equipment. Another special feature
on their remote begins detecting high levels of radiation coming from the equipment and materials being brought in by Kenzi's
army. Richard checks it over, and sees the usual Uranium and Plutonium, plus several higher elements he'd never seen in nuclear
elements (Americium, Rutherfordium, E-115, ect). Then the remote detects some radio-isotopes never before seen...at least
never before seen in 2006. Richard horrifically fantasizes about the kind of horror and weapons that Kenzi must be trying to
construct. At that point, Brian's usual idocy and tendency to cause trouble alerts everyone to their presence. The three make a
run for it, and exit the under ground facility into a labrinth of tunnels that wind around Kenzi's fortress. Luckily, the remote is able
to help them avoid enemy troops (it can detect their remotes), and at one point they even pick up Kaitlin's signal. Confused, lost,
and dazed, the three attempt to find a away towards her, but are constantly being searched for, and all ways towards her
heavily guarded. Plus, they don't exactly have a layout of the building. Brian suggests using the ventalation shaft, and the three
take off on a more direct route towards Kailtin. However, things take a turn for the worst when several spider-like robots invade
the shaft and pursue the trio. Jon holds them off while Richard leads the way. Being overflanked, Jon finally uses a grenade to
stop the bots, but the explosion alerts soldiers to their presence. The three abandon the shaft, and after a thrilling chase-scene,
Brian is captured and lost from the group. Richard and Jon make it to Kaitlin's prisoner cell (which is inside a huge maze of storage
cages), and attempt to break her out. Jon is hit with a time-burst (by Kimmy), and thrown to an as-of-yet unknown point in time.
Richard manages to grab Kaitlin, and jumps back in time a few minutes. They appear somewhere inside Kenzi's base during the
skirmish by Past Jon, Richard, and Brian. In this time Richard explains to Kaitlin what the three have thoerized, and Kaitlin feels
him in on what she knows. It is decided that they need more information, so they sneak around and gather a stockpile of
weapons. They then meet back at the prison cell just as events play themselves out. Richard watches as Kimmy blasts Jon
somewhere in time, and gets an idea. After Past-Kaitlin and Richard disappear, the troops disperse, and Kimmy finds herself
alone. The two move quick, capture her, and make a jump in time...

*   VII *

The two appear in a ranch in the Black Hills, in the middle of the night. While taken their new prisoner up to a cabin, Richard
explains that he had a summer job here during 2006, and that it is pretty secluded from both time and space. Inside the cabin,
they interogate Kimmy, and get little or no information. Richard then realizes that Kimmy still has her time-remote, and explains
that there are two ways of getting the information they need; the easy way; she tells them what they want, or the fun way; he
knocks her out, takes the remote, and checks the records telling where and when they sent Jon. In the end they do use the
"fun way", and go through her time-remote records. It reveals the location of Jon, but has nothing on Brian, so they assume he
must still be back at Kenzi's base. The two take off, and head after Jon...
* *
They appear in the middle of ancient Rome, and find Jon in the middle of a guerilla war among the suburbs of Rome, still using his
modern rifle. They manage to rescue him, and quickly return to their place of orgin (now their base of operations; Hay Creek
Ranch, in the Black Hills). Jon explains that he tried to join the Romans, but forgot that he looked nothing like a Roman, both in
skin color and modern clothing. When they tried to arrest him and take his weapons he fought back, and well, then they got in
just as things were getting interesting. Kaitlin and Richard fill Jon in on the situation, and show him their prisoner, Kimmy. Upon
regaining consiousnes, Jon uses his own interogation, and is just plain mean to Kimmy until she finally lets up, and tells them
where Brian is, and even explains why the gan was subsiquently split up. Jon thanks her, and then knocks her out again. The
three talk, and decide that their only hope is to get Brian back if they are to survive (Note; Kimmy explains that Brian was sent
back to Kansas City, Missouri (some time between 1835 and 1845, but that will be decided later when we get the plot more
detailed). Basically, he has been thrown back into the middle of Church History).

*   VIII *

The story then shifts gears, and joins Brian who has just appeared in some old city, trying to figure out where the heck he is. As
he explores his new setting, he soon learns that he is in Kansas City, in the year (once again, some time between 1835 and 1845
which will be deterimend at a later time). Things begin to look down when he has no where to live, no money to buy food, and
not much of head to think in a situation like that (or maybe he does...don't know for sure). Eventually he wanders into a nearby
town of Independence and is taken in by a family. The details aren't taken into account from this point, but Brian lives with this
family for a little bit of time, but their almost two centeries in cultural differneces cause quite a bit of tension and humor (after all,
this is Brian trying to survive in the 19th century). At one point he hears about Mormon pursicution in the area, and out of
curiostiy goes to visit them. He succeeds only to realize the Mormon extinction order has been given, and ends up in the middle
of one of the famed shoot-outs. At the moment of truth, Richard, Jon, and Kaitlin appear and save the day using their modern
weapons. Of course they inatverntly change history, but Richard gravely explains that it doesn't matter any more at this point.
Kenzi has already changed quite a bit.

*    IX *

Back at Hay Creek Ranch (aka, the gang's base), the gang considers their options, while Richard looks over their old remote, their
new remote, and their prisoner's remote. Seeing as how they know absolutely nothing about Kenzi's plan, they don't know how
to stop her. She has an army of high school students, and wants them all hunted down. Richard also points out (again) that
simply just wrecking havoc with the time-line wouldn't help her take over the world. She has to be planning something specfic,
and Robert was the only one on their side that knew. Jon then suggests an assualt on her fortress. Hit hard 'em and hit 'em fast.
Take out as many as possible, and fix everything afterwards. Kaitlin argues that they would be killing the very people they used
to call friends. It is then that they notice Richard has said nothing. He is looking back and forth between the two remotes, and
through observation of the time jumps, notices that Danny isn't moving. He has been staying in one spot and one time, as though
doing nothing (the time in question is during the french-revolution). They slowly begin to deduce that he must be watching for
something, or watching someone, and that someone is most likely Robert. The four gather their supplies, and take off to rescue
him. But before leaving, they tacitcally plan an attack using all three remotes.
* *
Danny is sitting in some huge mansion in france, doing nothing really, making sure that Robert is still locked in the adjacent room.
He sits around quietly, feeling very bord, and even trying a few soccer moves using a french ball (for some french...sport thingy)
that he found lying around the mansion. The sound of the revolution can be heard in the background (muskets, yelling, and the
sound of pounding battering ram pounding on that one french fortress (I ain't no history buff). Out of the blue, Brian appears in
a flash of familiar light (he's using the old time-remote). Danny is caught off guard, and has to jump after his gun. Brian takes off
down one of the halls, and Danny follows, shooting the place up. Coming into a large open room, Danny is suddenly flanked by
two other shooters who turn out to be Jon and Richard. Danny has to take cover, and is being flanked by all three of them now.
He takes on the defensive, and has no chance to move back to his post of guarding Robert. He thinks it unusual that the three
attack him instead of trying to rescue Robert.
* *
Meanwhile, Kaitlin (using Kimmy's remote) appears inside Robert's locked room, grabs him before he even has a chance to say
anything, and disappear back through time.
* *
Jon and Richard recieve the green light signal on their remotes, and call out to Brian. Danny continues to hide from the shower of
bullets, when suddenly everything goes quiet. He briefly sees a flash of light, but then nothing. Acting quickly, he throws out a
grenade and then sprays the room with his own weapon fire. When he realizes the room is empty, his ego inflates with pride
thinking he defeated the enemy. However, a quick check on Robert leaves him paler than the very ghost Brian used to be...

*    X *

Real-Kenzi and Future-Kenzi get an urgent message from Jacie, who reports that Danny failed to keep Robert safe from being
rescued. Future-Kenzi remains calm long enough to ask if Danny is at the base. When Jacie reports yes, Future-Kenzi looses it
completely, and grabs the closet gun. Real-Kenzi follows her all the way to where Danny is waiting, trying frantically to convice
her not to kill Danny (they still need as many soldiers they can get). Future-Kenzi questions Real-Kenzi how she can possibly keep
someone as incompantant as Danny alive. His ego has thus prevented him from even doing something simple as keeping Robert
secluded, let alone split the gang up when he had the chance. The two arrive in the main chambers where Danny is waiting, and
Future-Kenzi up and about kills him. Using every last ounce of reason, Real-Kenzi manages to convince Future-Kenzi not to kill
him. Instead, Future-Kenzi kicks the crap out of Danny, and then sends him off to do some trival task. Real-Kenzi secretly questions
if her plan is flawed, and lets the hard truth settle in that there is the possibility of Future-Kenzi going out of control.
* *
The story jumps to the gang, who are back at Hay Creek Ranch (night) in their cabin with Kimmy still a prisoner. The story jumps in
mid-sentence (or beginning of a sentence) as Robert tells his story. When he had first stumbled upon the two, Real-Kenzi was
telling the Other-Kenzi (the gang still doesn't know all the details) that she had aquired some sort of device, and that the plan was
ready to move forward. Also, Real-Kenzi had finally worked out the details of the plan, and explained that their best option for world
domination was to change a key-point in history. Not just any key-point, but one that would truely bring about an apocalypse...the
Cuban Missile Crisis. Richard marvles at her ingenuity, and sheer evil genius. Robert continues; Real-Kenzi also seemed to have
deduced that by getting the Cold War to turn hot, then she would be able to take-over the world sooner. Jon asks what he means
by sooner, but Robert explains he's not sure. It almost sounds like the apocalypse had already happened (hence their Kenzi's first
unusual journey through time during the first seminary gang), and that this time they wanted to cause it sooner. By this point, every-
one is very confused, and realize that there is still more to this mystery than they originally thought. While they now know what Kenzi
is planning to do, they still don't know exactly how she's going to do it. It is then that a fifth character joins the group; the Dutch Boy.
After a short interlude where the Dutch Boy has to convince them he isn't a threat (and the gang realizing he's a ghost), he begins
his own story. Apparently, after Jon killed him and the gang made to use his time-remote, there was some unsual affect, and before
he could appear in such a dramatic form (much like Brian did), he was pulled along with them to the German time-line. There he
managed to rematerialize into ghost form, and started riding around through time with the others, trying to find the gang. Jon is very
suspicous of the Dutch Boy's intentions, but he insists that he has come to help them. He then feels in the very details Robert
couldn't answer. As they had speculated, there was originally an apocalypse, but it had been created by Future-Kenzi much further
ahead in time. She had done so using the very time-travel her parents (the future seminary gang) invented, but there were side-
affects. Instead of conquering the world, she only brought about the apocalypse. So, wouldn't you be surprised when Real-Kenzi
just happened to pop in, and have no idea what the heck she was doing in the apocalypse. Future-Kenzi took advantage of this, and
began corrupting her...more than she already was, ofcourse. At that point, Kenzi had no idea whether she would actually ever see
her time again, so there seemed to be no reason not to say yes. Real-Kenzi still had her fire-ring, and her old time-remote, so why
couldn't the two take over the world? When Jon came running by through his little time-warp, Kenzi decided to try and off him right
there, and end any problems he might cause. It didn't help matters though when Jon tried to kill her back, and sent her warping
through time straight to the Future-Seminary Gang's lab. There, she learned the truth of the entire saga, and began to question her
motives for helping Future-Kenzi. It was also there that Real-Kenzi realized how Future-Kenzi had been going about her attempts
for world domination. After the reality-shattering bomb, Kenzi thought the things she saw and did during the apocalypse wouldn't
come back to haunt her, and she practically forgot everything. Then Future-Kenzi slowly began contacting her. It started as
sablyminal messages, but then advanced to actaul visitations via "the Door". The old evil was re-awaken in Real-Kenzi, and the two
began planning world domination. However, Real-Kenzi was going to do this her way, and she would be the one taking over the
world. Future-Kenzi unusually let her go through with this, and acted merely as her partner. It seemed perfect, the two Kenzi's taking
over the world (what more could you ask for?). However, there was one catch. Future-Kenzi had screwed up her time-line pretty
badly, and that was why she needed Real-Kenzi's help so much. Future-Kenzi couldn't travel through time as freely, and was
restricted by the very laws of physics that were helping her to take over the world. That's probably why she let Real-Kenzi be the one
in charge. She was the only one who could move around and do what she wanted and needed to do (the Dutch Boy adds in
synnically, "but we all know who really is in charge..."). There was one last thing the two needed though. By putting everyone around
time (Kenzi's army), they were going to really screw up time, so they needed to get their hands on a nifty device known as a
"temporal shield". This would protect her base from time distortions, and would actually hold the frame of reality together after
being shattered dramatically. That way they could take over the world without the same affects Future-Kenzi suffered (i.e. they could
have their cake, and eat too). Getting one of these temporal shields was no easy thing, and had to be aquired by an unlikely future
member of the Seminary Gang; Robert's descendent. When she finally got it, the two inicated the plan, gathered together their army,
established a base of operations, and then began collecting the materials needed to start World War III, all through the exploitation
of the Cuban Missile Crisis. After this lengthy tale, the Gang is petrified. Richard once agains marvels at Kenzi's evil ingunity, and
unusual knack for planning world domination. It is decided right then and there that only thing to do is make an attack and stop her
before she can do anything further. But Jon still is distrustful of the Dutch Boy, and asks him how he got all this information. The
Dutch Boy smiles evily, and the cabin is suddenly flooded with automatic gun fire.

The gang hit the deck, and listen as various types of weapon fire rips the cabin to pieces. The Dutch Boy floats overhead (still being
in ghost form, nothing is happening to him during the attack). He then goes on to state that he met up with Jade, and the two
came up with a plan to ambush the gang on their own (in the event that any of the other's plans to get the gang didn't work). Kaitlin
comments that he has an unusual knack for monologging. The Dutch Boy then personally insults Jon, making some remark about
him and Jade. Jon looses it, and "attempts" to kill him again, only to have to duck as more gun fire flies through the windows and
walls (yeah, it's that strong). Everything suddenly goes quiet, and the gang sit up from the rubble. Kenzi's voice echos via
loudspeaker from somewhere outside, ording them to surrender. She then adds in that there is a neutrality field being run through
the area, preventing time jumps. Richard confirms it by holding up his two (new remotes; Kimmy's and the Dutch Boy's old one),
and showing their failure to operate. The Dutch Boy laughs triumphantly, and explains that it is a special feature of their new
technology (referring to the new remotes). Brian laughs back sarcastically (in the way that Brian is so famous for), holds up their old
time remote, and shouts, "WHAT NOW?!?!?!?" The cabin fills with a bright light, and everything goes quiet. Kenzi and her small
party of troops move in and storm the cabin, only to find Kimmy tied up in the shower, and a disembodied Dutch Boy floated nearby
in shock of their sheer luck.

Meanwhile, the gang reappear back at the storage unit where the adventure began. Jon praises Brian for his one stroke of genius,
and the gang slowly get their wits back. Having survived that, they all realize that it is time to assemble their own forces, and fight
back against Kenzi. They'll need some help, but both Richard and Jon have a few friends that can help...
