Appearance: A middle aged man, Lazarus has the air and grace of a man from the upper class and is also extremely well dressed as if on show. He is nearing 6ft in height and has a normal Glacies skin tone, a bit pale when compared to other countries. His features are strong with the classic broad nose and heavy eyes, coloured a foggy green, a sign of nobility. Lazarus' hair is short and swept back neatly in a kept and polished manner, at one point it used to be black but has now seemingly grayed and lost pigment.

Personality: Lazarus is a psychopath, in all its lack of colour. The mans heart know not an ounce of light and any blood that traveled through his body is now no doubt merely black tar. He is empty bare for the desire of power, wealth, pleasure and hatred. As a misanthropic man he is oddly charming with people, though this is usually just a ploy to earn their trust. Other beings are of know greater value than that of a hammer or saw, 'tools used to construct the future' he says. There is now level of depravity he wouldn't stoop to and in his demented mind he sees nothing wrong with harming men, women and children.

Weapons: The man has no need for weapons, his weapons are his vast numbers of body guards and drones that carry out his requests with ruthless efficiency. You will know a servant or worker of Lazarus' a mile off due to the permanent masks they wear, which vary depending on their jobs.

Magic: The organic modification is an enchantment upon his arm, though it's origins and nature are far from any magic still known today. Lazarus' right arm, up to the elbow, is blackened and grey like that of a corpse with mangled and brittle fingers at the end that could be compared to spider legs. When he gets you in his grasp with that hand there is no escape, he can then drain your life in order to extend his own.

Other: He is the villainous boss of the industrial kingdom in Lain, the capital city of Glacies. He came into power around 40 years ago when he joined forces with a number of the other upper class men and decided to start an industrialized revolution. Over the years Glacies has profited greatly from this expansion and is now considered one of the most technologically advanced places in Firstearth. However, as time past, slowly the other leaders began to die off one by one, eventually leave Lazarus as the sole dictator. What happens in Lain happens on at his whim and he is considered to be the most powerful man this side of the world.
