The Habibian Market



Here the wine flows like water, but the water is pricey. The poor steal food, usually without much (if any) consequence, and the rich buy whatever pleases them. Habibia is the second largest capital for prostitution, drugs, weapons, and other such illegalities--the largest black market in all of Atrophar. Anything you need to find can be found here, and if not one needs only find the right man and carry the right amount of gold.
