"Miyabi-san, Takashi-sama does love you. He's just a little.... preoccupied with business here. And uhhh... you're kinda digging your nails into my skin.." Khi cringed in pain.
Yura takes her hands for her to squeeze. Miyabi's fat tears rolled down her cheeks as she looked up at Khi. "please don't get my hopes up Khi-sama. He will never be the same. That was hard enough on it's own." She squeezes Yura's hands hard as she burys her head in Khi's cheast. "She's right love. Even if he still does love her he won't be able to show any affection for it will let his gaurd down and one or both hollows may come out."
'Poor Takashi-sama... It must tear him up that he can't love right now. I still think he could have cared more for her though.'Yura cringes from Miyabi squeezing so hard.
'I still love him but he does not love me. This is worse than a break up... It's worse then when he died. When he died at least I could attempt to move on. Now I am so lost. He is alive and I can't even...' Her thought ends abruptly as she passes out. Her last few tears that streak her cheeks quickly dry up. Yura notices the weak grip upon his hands and checks her temperature. "Khi, she has a really high fever!" Yura looks very worried.
Byakuya meets shinji and shiro in the training grounds. "Sir I am here as I was asked to be."
"Ah yes, I want you to try to kill Shiro. I want you to use everything you have and try and kill him."
Both Shiro and Byakuya are startled. Byakuya looks at Shinji and askes "But sir? Is he not your son? Has he done anything to deserve this?" Byakuya may have been stricktly a rule follower and done whatever he was ordered to, but he still couldn't give punishment for no reason.
"Yes, it was because of him that I was nearly killed now the punishment for the attempted murder of the high comander is death. Consider this an execution. But if he can survive then he is pardoned. Am I understood?" Shinji looked at the two men with a cold sternness.
"Yes sir!" Byakuya called out as he closed his eyes and slowly drew his sword.
"Hmn, Father what point are you trying to prove, I can take any of your captains with no problem." Shiro drew his leviathan but as he held it the sword turned into a normal katana, no longer black and decorated. "What? What is this? Its not my Leviathan!"
Shinji looked at Shiro as if her were a complete idiot. "Leviathan was borrowed from me, why do you think I was the soul of that sword and not the dragon? When I was returned Leviathan died. It is no longer attached to either of us. Now you have to find your own and I have to learn who my new soul slayer is. Idiot. Use your own strength for once to survive, stop turning to others." Shinji walked away to learn his new soul slayer and left Shiro to fight for his life against Byakuya.
"If you were strong enough to give a challenge to the High comander then I won't take it easy on you. Chire Senbonzakura!.
" Byakuya released his soul slayer. The blade turned into a thousand tiny razor thin blades that reflected light and looked like a storm of cherry blossom pettals swarming around him. Holding the hilt of the blade he also softly spoke the release, "Ban Kai. Senbonzakura Kageyoushi!" Hundreds of giant blades rose in two straight rows around him. He held out his hand and a sword was formed in his hand from the blades of senbonzakura. He was using 80% of his max making sure that his first strike would be his only. He attacked Shiro who was still confused and scared by the loss of his weapon.
His only chance of survival was to transform and he did becoming a hollow. He dodged the strike barely. He was slashed and began to bleed from his shoulder. In a panic he turned to run but Byakuya had the blades flying in the air ready to attack catching his arm. It tore the flesh to shreads and he began to quickstep away. Byakuya being the king of quickstep easily kept up. Shiro had no where to go and began to panic. Darkness sorrounded him and he was enveloped into an inner world. Before him stood what appeared to be a man in a black cloak and hood. It had a dark papal purple lining and was wearing white bandages around his hands. You are still running Shiro, from you hoillow, then your sensei, your father, and now your opponent. Stand Shiro, you know me I have been with you, open your eyes turn around and look fear in the eye, you will know I am there, NOW CALL ME AND DEFEND YOURSELF!" The figure disappeared and Byakua was there charging Shiro. Shiro Stood and held his hand out as if to defend. A bright light resulted from the colision and a Soul slayer rested in his hand blocking the attack from Byakuya. His soul slayer was being sliced through, Shiro noticed and jumped back to safty. He looked at his standard soul slayer and took a defensive stance. He released his full reatsu and called out the name of his soul slayer. "STAND AND FIGHT KUROIRYU!". His blade grew and split into two blades that were attached to a chain. he held each in his hand and stood ready for Byakuya.
"Hmn, It looks like this fight is useless. If we continue you will just release your bankai and you are far too inexperienced to controle that power of yours. I believe this was all I was required for. Now join your father, I have no time for these childish games." Byakuya sheathed his sword and walked away with his scarf blowing in the wind.
"Kuroiryu, huh. Looks like I will have to learn all there is to learn about you." Shiro held the blades in his hands then joined them back together and sealed his sword resheathing it. He turned and ran to catch up to his father.
Byakuya left the grounds and ran into Khi by the hospital carrying Miyabi."Sir, the young captain, what is wrong with her?" Khi informs him of the situation. Normally Byakuya would not care for the health of this commoner. Something about her though appealed to him. "Comander, If you don't mind, we can bring her to my estate and let the doctors of my family tend to her. It would be better than leaving her to the busy fouth division. She would be cared to round the clock." Byakua takes Miyabi and leads them to his mansion. 'There is something about you that is different, there is a kindness I haven't seen since her.' Remembering his first wife he took her to a rom and laid her down sending for the doctors to come. "Byakuya-sama, she is going to be fine we just need to take care of her." The doctor began to treat her and Byakuya sat there with Yura and Khi.
Yura sits nervuously biting his nails and watches Miyabi like a hawk. He notices her stirr. Miyabi's eyes flutter open and she gives a small groan from the light that hits her eyes. It's sunset and her head is pounding. "wha... what happened?" She asked groggily.
Byakuya walked over to her and held her shoulder making her lay back. "You had a high fever and were suffering malnutrition. You passed out. We brought you to my home and put you on an I.V. You should be doing fine if you just lay still." The saddened distant look of Byakuya's does not faulter. He looks as norman as ever yet he is showing concern for this commoner. Considering his history after his wife died towards the acceptance of commoners into his home he was acting strange.
Yura glanced at Khi noticing Byakuya's kindness towards Miyabi. Miyabi looks up at Byakuya and lies still she looks at the iv and groans. 'Needles.. why must I have needles??' "I can't be malnourished..." She acts like she's been eating yet her stomach growls lightly even as she says this.
"Baka. Don't talk to me like I am a fool. You may be eatting but clearly you aren't eatting enough. You are maybe eatting half a bowl of rice max. My doctors are no fools otherwise they shouldn't be here. Now I don't care if you want to kill yourself but you will not be doing so in my house. Do you understand me?" Byakuya shoots Myabi an intense and fierce glance.
Her eyes get huge "I never intended to kill my self..." She looks away from his blue gaze and looks very abashed. "I'm so sorry you guys. Thank you for you're concern sir." She attemps to get up. Feeling that she has been a large burden upon everyone she wanted to get out of there and not do so anymore.
