Ai walks through the snowy roads of Glacial Peaks in search of something. She stops in front of what looks like a cafe. As she walks in she bumps into someone causing her to fall on her butt. "Ow! Excuse you!" She growls. She looks up to see an unfimilar face.

"I'm sorry miss..." Thanatos held out his hand for Ai, he smiles softly at her

"Th-Thank you..." She smiles, taking his hand. "It was really my fualt! I wasn't paying attention...I'm sorry for the rude attitdue..." She lowered her eyes.

"It's ok miss...Are you headed somewhere?" Thanatos looked at her

"Yes..." She sighs heavily. Her eyes began to tear up. "I've been seperated from my little sister long ago...and I haven't a clue where to find her..." She looks up to Thanatos who looked back with saddness in her eyes. "I just don't know where to start-I have nothing that leads to her nor a signal that told me she's been here..." Ai slumps down to the ground as her fingers played in the snow. "What am I to do...What am I to do...?"

"Sadness doesn't suit such a beautiful face, I and my dog will help you serch for your little sister." Thanatos held out a hand to help her back up from the snow. "Be not afraid I will not harm you..."

Ai smile slowly came upon Ai's face then fades away,snatching her hand back. Thanatos' eyes widen from Ai's actions. "I don't know if I could trust you..." Her icy blue eyes met with his who is a reflection of her own. A feeling of srecurity filled her as she placed her hand into Thanatos'. She giggles uncontrolably. "Shall we get started then!"

Thanatos smiled softly as he helped her up out of the snow. "Yes, Let's, which way shall we go miss?" Thanatos looked to the north then the south.

Ai closed her eyes, her ears twitched witht the wind. She then slowly turns to the north. "My senses tell me to head in that direction..." She smiled up at him. "I never thought I would find a conrade while I'm at search! Thanks for the help!"

Kira yawns from a waking from a long nap. "Good morning to myself!" She smiled which only faded away. "Hmmm...I wonder..." She looked up at the clear blue sky. "If Ai is around here or at least alive somewhere...?"

"It's my pleasure miss Ai..." Thanatos bowed slightly, his ice horns shimmered slightly in the cold sun, it was odd that Thantos's breath wasn't seen in the cold air of the peaks. "Let's head that way then shall we?"

Ai smiled with a titled of her head. They followed the road of nothing but complete ice. Ai nearly slipped when Thanatos caught her by the arm. She blushed slightly. "Sorry...just a little slippery..."

Thanatos pulled her to her feet holding her against his chest. "Are you ok Miss Ai?" He nuzzled her.

Ai's whole face turned red. "I'm-I'm fine!" She tries to stand on her own but falls again. Her face is beat red as Thanatos held a hand out to her again.

Thanatos scooped her up into his arms carrying her bridal style. He leaped high into the air landing on the next peak hopping the direction Ai told him to go to.

Ai blushed as he jumped in the cool air. But her mind wasn't on Thanatos or how close he is to her, it was on her little sister who she hasn't seen for two to four years. She hopes that her sister is alive and well. Ai manage to look up at Thanatos who had all his attention on the path ahead. She then looks beside her where his faithful conpamion beside him, running to keep up. It glanced at her causing her to jump a little. "I thought it was a wolf at first but now I can see that it's a dog..." she thought. "Good..." She let out a sigh of relife.

Thanatos was sleek and slender and his leaps were graceful and beautiful so much so they would put the most graceful animal to shame. He landed on a clif and looked around, Ai still in his arms

Ai's face was cherry red. "Um...You could put me down now..." She looked up at him. "Believe she's pretty close..." Thanatos smiles placing her back on her feet. "She should be just over this clif."

"Can you jump it?" Thanatos looked at her, his ears twitched slightly.

Ai sighs slightly looking how far of a jump it was. "Hehe...No problem..." She giggled nervously. Fear gripped her soul as the memory of her first time with her dad up in the glacial peaks before the attack. She fell from the top of the mountain and now, she's remain scaried of hightis. Ai looks up at Thanatos who was giving her the "go on look". She swallows hard and takes a step back.

Thanatos smiled kindly and scooped her back up into his arms. "I'll take you, tis not a problem...." Thasntos leapt gracefully to the next cliff landing softly in the snow, then sat Ai down. "Do you see her Miss Ai?"

Ai looked around the snowy place to see a brown puff ball sticking out like a sore thumb. She runs over lightly breaking the snowy path. "Kira...?" She whispers. A brown haired, green eyed kitsune looked up at her.

"Ai...?" She tilted her head to the side. Ai's icy blue eyes glittered with tears. "Ai!" Kira jumps into her arms.

"Kira..." Ai hugs her back. "You're alive!" Kira nods looking over her sister's shoulders to see Thanatos standing there.

"WHO'S THAT!?" Kira points and screams.

Thanatos blinks and smiles kindly stroking his companions's ears gently

"This is Thanatos." Ai introduced her to him. "He's the one who helped me find you!" Kira looked at him as if he were the mid evil man who destoryed a whole village. "Kira...What's the matter...?"

"It's nothing..." Kira shook her head. "It's just since that awful day...I can't seem to take the liking of anyone outside of our own pack." she headed off to a little ice cave where a small fire danced in the wind. Ai sighs looking over at Thanatos.

"Sorry about my sister's behavior...She's just not use to newcomers..." Ai went to follow but was stoped by Thanatos' pet. Ai smiles. "I love to play but...my sister-"

My companion and I shall take our leave now miss Ai, I'm glad to have helped you find your sister..." Thanatos turned and walked to the edge of the clif ready to leap from it.

"Wait!" Ai ran after him. She grabs hold of his arm. Her face burns with blush as he looks down at her. "I'm sorry! I just wanted to tell you that I would like you to stay-but if you have to be somewhere then that's fine..." She lowered her eyes. "And i like to see you again..."

"no, I have no where important to be, so I will stay..." Thanatos turned around and looked at Ai. "Miss, may I ask; why do you wish me to stay?"

"No reason!" Ai jumps back, blushing cherry red. "Umm...maybe...you, Kira, and I could become a great friends-" She stubbles back> "I mean who would like to be stuck in Glacial Peacks without a man around-I mean!" Ai stops running towards Kira who was putting a pan on the open fire.

Thanatos blinked and watched her run away. "She's strange isn't she my friend?" He said to his dog

Kira looks up from the fire as Ai catches her breath. "What's wrong with you?"

"Nothing!" Ai jumps. "Why would anything be wrong?!"

"I dunno...You seem like you've been through something that was forbidden..." Kira sighs. Ai stood there frozen. "You know if you like that Thanatos guy, you should just tell him."

"Dwha!!!?? I-I don't! How do you figure that I like him like that?!" Ai got all into Kira's face. A smirk came onto her face sending chills down Ai's spin. "What...?"

"Do you usually blush when it snows or is it because Thanatos is around?" Ai's face became redder.

"Yeah right! I have other things to worry about than some guy I just met!" Ai looked over her shoulder watching Thanatos and his pet play fatch with a ice sikle.

"Axis! Come on boy give me the ice sicle!" Axis growls playfull and bounces around, Axis drops the ice in the snow. "Well now we've lost it, not that I can not make more though...Come now let's rest..." Thanatos pat Axis's head and smiled

Ai blushed as she watched him and Axis walk up. She turns her attention quickly to the fire. Kira giggles as Axis jumps on her licking her checks. Ai watches with a warm smile. "So cute! I've forgotten how much Kira loved Kitsune at home..." She sighs. "Sometimes I wish I could turn back time to give her back her life..."

"I've made a simialr wish many times in my life Miss Ai..." Thanatos placed his hand on Ai's shoulder looking at Axis and Kira. "The important thing to do is move on and hope you can change what you need to..."

Ai blushes slightly. "Yeah...I guess I have to look foward..." She placed her hand over his.

Thanatos smiled and kissed the top od Ai's head then walked to Kira and helped her cook.

Ai sihgs, standing up. Her icy blue eyes met with the cold sun. "Mmmm...What a day..."

"Ai!"Kira called. "Come and eat silly Snow-Shoe!!" Ai smiles heading over to them.

"Coming!!" She giggles.

Thanatos sat in the snow next to Kira and stroked Axis's fur softly. He smiled at Ai as she sat down.

Ai smiles back with a shrug. Kira hands her a bowl of food.

"Here! By the looks of it you haven't eaten in a good two weeks." Kira sighs, lowering her head.

Thanatos draws in the snow looking down at the picture, his finger didn't even touch the snow but the snow moved.

Ai's and Kira's eyes widen. "How did you do that?!" Kira asked pointing.

"Ice manipulation, snow is another form of ice..." Thanatos made a rose out of ice out of thin air and handed it to Ai after he kissed it turning it blue.

Ai blushes taking the rose into her hands. "Thank you..." Kira giggles.

"See I told you-" Ai quickly covers her little sister's mouth before anything was heard.

"You keep it down you!" Ai whispers. "It's not the time to say things like that! We just met!!"

"Yeah but the love demon nipped you on the butt!" She smiles. Ai bumps her head with her hand. Kira went silent for a moment causing Ai to get a little sceared.

"Kira! Are you okay..?" She shook her gently. Kira slowly opened her big emrald green eyes.

"Sis...What's going on...?" She looked around. "Why does my head hurt and-Who is that?!" She points at Thanatos again.

"Easy memory loss? Interesting..." Thanatos looked at Kira.

Kira took two steps back holding Ai close. "D-don't you come near me!"

"Kira...It's ok. Thanatos is our friend." Ai tries to calm her down. Kira shakes her head.

"But I don't remeber anything about him and meeting..." She lowered her eyes. Ai places a hand on her head.

"It's alright...You can't remember because of the slight bump you recived years ago..." Ai hugged her. "It's okay...Everythings going to be ok..." Kira cries into her sister's arms until she fell asleep. Ai stroked Kira's hair as she slubbered in her lap. "Poor...Kira...I wonder how many times she had hit her head before we found her...?" She looked up at Thanatos. "I hate to even think about it!" She bit her lip so hard causing it to bleed.

"Don't think about it miss Ai, As I said we can not change what has already happened..." Thanatos moved an knelt in front of Ai taking her face in his hands. "But we can help make the present and future better for ourselves and others, the present is only the furture's past..." Thanatos licks the blood gently away from her lip then kisses her gently.

Ai jumps at his touch for a moment then she kissed back. Her hands moved up into his long blue hair. She didn't want this to end but something soft rubbed aganist her leg causing her to jump back, breaking the kiss. She looks down to see Axis rubbign his face on her leg. "Oh...Axis...You scared me."

Thanatos looks down at Ai. "Miss Ai?" His face turned slightly purple, as his skin was blue adding red to it made it purple.

"Yes...?" She looked up at him.

"Er- I- um...Will Kira be ok?" Thanatos said blanking on what to say to Ai. He closed his eyes slowly blinking.

"Yeah..." Ai sighs. "I think so...She just hurt herself when we sperated, that's all." She smiles softly up at him while petting Axis. "she'll be fine...And just like you said...We have to look towards the future insead of the past..." She lowered her head. "Even though it's going to be hard...For me that is..."

"I'll stay as long as you need me...if that is ok with you Miss Ai, I don't think I could bare to leave you two alone anyhow. There are many dangers, and I'm willing to protect you as long as you will me to..." Thanatos looked into Ai's eyes.

"Thank you...Thanatos..." Ai smiles. "That means so much to me-two both of us!" Ahe hugged him. Kira stried in her sleep causing Ai to look back for a second. "I'll be happy if you stay..." She looked back into his eyes. She got lost in his eyes. Her hands cupped his blue face puling him into a sweet kiss.

Thanatos's eyes open wide, slowly they close as his hand slips to the back of her head embracing her gently in his cold skinned arms

Ai shivered as his cold skin met her warm skin. Her hands ran through his snow white blue hair, deeping the kiss. One of her hands then went to his rock hard chest.

He winced and pulled back. "I'm sorry I hurt myself this morning..." Thanatos placed his hand on his chest.

"I'm so sorry!" Ai helped him to the pile of fur in the cave. She laid him down softly. "Wait here. I'll get some warm water and the first-aid kit!" She ran off to get the things she needed.

"Please! There's not need for worry!" Thanatos called after her

Ai comes back with the needed supplies. "How did it happen...?" She began clean out the wound. Was it because of me or did you do this before we met...?"

Thanatos held his shirt up for her as she cleaned the huge gouges in his chest. "I slipped and scraped my chest on some cliffside...before I met up with you..."

"I'm sorry..." Ai finished up, banging up the wound. "You should be careful while cliff jumping!" She giggled.

"Thank you, Miss Ai, for caring so much for me, since we've only just met..." Thanatos caressed her cheek gently looking into her eyes

Ai giggles at his touch. "Well I guess it's a good thing but then again it's a bad thing. i'm just a little too trusting!" She placed her hand on top of his. "I guess i didn't learn my lesson..." She looked up at him with a blush. "Oh! Geez! Forget what I just said! I was just running off at the mouth!" She helped him to lay down. "You rest for now! Good night!" She went to run off.

Thanatos grabs her hand and pulls her to him. "Please don't go..." He looks up into her eyes his face slightly purple.

Ai sighs slightly sitting next to him. A smile slowly appeared on her face placing her head on his shoulder. "I'll stay..." She giggled, running her finger down his chest slowly. "But promise you'll be here to save me from my dreams."

"I promise, Miss Ai...." Thanatos lifts her chin gently with his index finger and kisses her lips gently, his lips were soft but cold.

Ai smiles into the kiss. "Now let's get some rest."

"Ok." Thanatos held her to him being careful not to hurt himself, he closed his eyes and smiled softly, Axis wandered in and curled up against Ai and Thanatos.

The sun shon in Kira's face as she slowly woke up with a yawn. Her green eyes land on the two love brids who where asleep in a corner snugged in a huge pile of fur and Axis. She wondered over. "Aww...What a beautiful sight!" She whispered. "They look so cute together!" Then a sad thought came to mind. She placed a hand on her sister's warm cheek. "Be careful big sister...don't get hurt like the last time..." She leaves the cave for something to cook for breakfast. "Don't allow yourself to fall into the same hole twice."

Soon after Kira left, Ai slowly opened her eyes to a sleeping Thanatos. She smiles at his sleeping form. "So cute!" She sighed out. "He looks like a little kid holding onto his favorite toy." She giggled softly as she rubbed his left arm that was wapped around her waist. She lend in kissing his lips softly. "You kept your promise...Thank you..."

Thanatos's eyes opened they sparkled light snow in the sunlight. "Hm? Good morning Miss Ai." He caressed her cheek. "Were your dreams safe and lovely?" He smiled softly at her

"Yes." She nods. "They were nothing but sunlight and happiness!" She smiles. "Thanks to you!"

"I am glad..." Thanatos held her to him and kissed her lips softly. "And I am glad to have met you." He kissed her softly again, his kisses not yet deep, as if he were scared to give a deeper kiss.

Ai placed a hand on his cheek and the other in his hair to deepen the kiss. Her tonuge begged for entrance, licking his bottom lip.

Thanatos's face turned purple he parted his lips allowing her tongue into his mouth

Ai's tounge search all of Thanatos' mouth from inch to inch. Her hands roamed his body as the kiss deepens. A noise from the outside of the cave caused her to turn her attention away from Thanatos. "Did you hear that?!" She broke the kiss, her eyes glaring at the entrance.

"Good morning you two!" Kira watz in. A sigh of relife escapes Ai's lips. She looks up at Thanatos who's face was still purple. She giggled with her cheeks pink from blush. "I hope I didn't interupt anything."

"No not at all!" Ai jumps out of Thanatos' arms to help her. "C'mon, let's get breakfast started."

Thanatos stood up. "I'll help too..." He followed Ai, hi face turned to his normal blue when it hit the cold.

"No you have to rest." Ai sat him back down on the pile of furs. "We don't want that wound to open up do we!"

Thanatos Whimpered he didn't want her to leave him, but he cooperated and sat there. "ok, Miss Ai..." He caressed her cheek

"Good!" Ai giggled coming over to her little sister. "What all did you get?" Kira pulls out a dead snow rabbit of her bag.

"This!" She smiled.

Thanatos leans back against Axis and closes his eyes slowly. "I think I'm falling boy..." He whispered softly. "i don't know...I'm a bit scared too..." He sighed gently

Ai glanced over her shoulder watching Thanatos who seem to be sleeping. She heavily sighs, cutting open the rabbit. "What's wrong?" Kira asked getting the pot ready with veggies and herbs.

"Nothing..." Ai sighed dreamly.

"You're not falling for that guy are you...?" Kira tilled her head. Ai's ears twitched.

"Maybe..." She blushed.

"You just met him! You're running in the same path as last time!" Kira jumped up to her feet. "If you get your heart broken again I'm not going to be there to pick up the peices." Ai smiles.

"I know Kira! I'm not a kid anymore!"

"But you still act like one."

Thanatos heard yelling and stood up, he ran out to Ai and Kira. "Is everything ok?" He held his chest

"Yes, everything is fine-Thanatos!" Ai realized he reopened his wound. "I thought-" She quickly grabed the medical supplies. "Lay down Mr. Ice..." Kira shook her head.

"There is nothing that is getting through her head..." Kira thought putting the seasoned rabbit into the pot. "But..." She looks over at them. "It wouldn't hurt for her to let her gurid around him..." Ai finished up her banaging.

"Now would you please stay in bed so you won't reopen your wouonds again!?" Ai stood up. "I-I don't like to see you hurt yourself over me nor for anyone else..."

"I'm sorry I was worried I thought you might have been in trouble..." Thanatos. "We have only just met..." He caressed her cheek "But I don't want to loose you already..."

Ai blushes. "And I don't want to lose you to a simple wound either."

"You'll never loose me Miss Ai as long as you want me..." Thanatos pulled her closer gently and kisses her forehead softly

Kira clears her thoat. "Uhh...Keep it PG. I'm still here in the cave! Geez!" Kira went to the other end of the cave. Ai sighs standing up.

"You get some rest for right now..." Ai looked down at her handsome blue man. "I'll finish up breakfast and help you eat if you need it!" She giggled. she stired the stew slowly untill it began to boil. She then took it off the heat and place it on a heated rock near the fire. She then picks up two bowls and pour stwe into each one. Ai turns with both bowls heading towards Thanatos. She placed one bowl into his hands and the other near him on hte floor. "Don't worry I didn't foget about you!" She nuzzled her nose against Axis'. She walks up to the fire pit again picking up a few bones from the rabbit Kira killed earlier. "Here you are Axis!" She hands him the bones. He runs off to the darkest part of the cave and begins to chew on them.

Thanatos sits up carefully and slowly, he sniffs the stew and smiles. "It smells wonderful Miss Ai, Thank you so much." He sipped some of the juice and smiled.

Ai smiles sitting next to him. "I'm glad you like it!" She began to sip from the spoon. Ai went silent for a few seconds watching Thanatos' every move.

Thanatos ate his stew careful not to hurt himself or opens his wounds back up. His ears were up and happy as he ate, it had been a while since he'd had a good meal.

Ai watchs as he ate. Her icy blue eyes never leaving his body as they looked him up and down. She shook her head. "So...Thanatos...You haven't ate in a while have you...?"

"How did you know? Am I eating sloppily?" Thanatos looked at her with an expression of sorry on his face.

"No you're eating normally...It's just how you're enjoying it!" Ai giggles. "It's only rabbit stew! Nothing fancy!"

"Yeah...I've eaten...just nothing like this, it's always just a cold fish or something..." Thanatos looks at her

Ai places her bowl down leaning in, holding Thanatos' face in her small hands. "Those days are over..." She whispers. "Because you got me and my sister to cook for you-Well I would cook for you any day!" She cheered. "I would just love to see your face expression after eating my meals!"

"I can't let you do all the cooking, I'm good at it I just never have the time..." Thanatos smiled softly after setting his bowl down as well.

"Really that's awsome! Wait..." Ai look of hapines turned to sadness. "Why haven't you been able to find time to cook?"

"I'm constantly moving, I don't have a set home so I don't stay in one place for too long, I don't want to tred on another's territory..." Thanatos caressed her cheek

"You're not tred on our territory!" Ai laughs.

"Yes he is!" Kira growled.

"Oh...Don't worry about Kira! she's just trying to get use to you is all!" Ai giggles. "You're are always welcome!"

Thanatos sat there looking into Ai's eyes. "I suppose I have overstayed my welcome..." He moved to get up

"No!" Ai grabed a hold of his arm. "You are welcome to stay! Please stay...at least until your wounds have healed..."

"I Don't want to intrude if your sister does not want me here..." Thanatos closed his eyes sadly as he stood up. He sipped his second shirt back on wincing but hiding it.

"If you have to go then...I wish you luck in your speedy recovery..." Ai sighed.

"I don't want to go Miss Ai, don't get me wrong, I just do not wish to cause waves between you and your sibling, I cannot come between family..." Thanatos kissed her gently, a tear hit her cheek, he quickly turned his back to her "Come on Axis..." His voice shook slightly. "Thank you Miss Ai...I'm glad to have met you, and you too Miss Kira..." Thanatos walked away into the snow

Ai's eyes burned with tears as she tries to fight them. She then gives in berying her face in her hands. Her heartbreak cries hitting her sister like a knife stabbing her in the heart many times. Kira quickly runs out after him. "Thanatos! Thanatos!!"

Thanatos turned tears were frozen on his face, he wiped them away. "Is something wrong Miss Kira?!" He said approaching her.

Kira looked up with shocked eyes, seeing that Thanatos was crying. "I guess real men do cry..." She said under her breath. She then shakes her head. "Um..." She blushed. "I came here to say I'm sorry! I was totally out of line!" Tears formed in her green eyes. "I saw how much you two were in love! I couldn't help it!" She cried. "My sister had problems with meeting with the wrong people and I thought you like the same...but I was wrong..." Her ears lowered and her tail between her legs. "You two actually fell for each other at first sight! Please come back! My sister won't be the same! For once I see the old Ai! Please Thanatos...Come back! Please..."

Thanatos picked her up in his arm hugging her to his injured chest. "Thank you Miss Kira...There's not place I'd rather be then with your sister...and you...." He set her down and began to walk back to the cave but he ran back and scooped Ai into his arms kissing her deeply.

Ai stood in stock of his sudden return. She slowly closes her eyes and kisses back. Her hands automaticlly goes to his hair. "Thanatos..." Ai breaks the kiss. "What made you return...?"

"Your sister...she asked me to..." Thanatos looked at Kira and smiled still holding Ai in mid air

Ai looked at her in amazement. Kira blushes. "Yeah...I just can't see you unhappy like you were before we split up!"Tears once again taking hold of Kira's eyes. "Now you're back to your normal self happy and giggling all the time and-I was just being selfish!"

"That's okay, Kira! You were just being a sister!" Ai smiled. "I would do the same to you if I saw you with a guy that I was supisous about!" Kira looked at her confused as a blush came upon her cheeks. Ai laughed hold Thanatos close to her heart then a horrible thought came to mind. "Thanatos! Your Wound!!

"I'm fine, it hurt but not as badly as having to walk away from you...I'm glad your sister came and got me, I'd never been so sad in my life..." Thanatos held her close

Ai's snow white ears and head lowered. "I have..." She hide her face in Thanatos' neck. "And I don't ever want to feel that way ever again..." She nuzzels her face in his neck.

Thanatos held her and stroked her hair. "I'm here now..." He whispered softly in her ear

Her ears pop up as her tail wags. A smile owned her face as she looked up into Thanatos' eyes. "I'm happy!" She cheered. "Now that your back in my arms..."

"ARGUH! you two have only been apart for at least two minutes!" Kira growned. "Geez! You two act as if it were a life time..."

Thanatos smiled and turned to Kira, he knelt in front of her and piched her leg with his claws. "less than two seconds can hurt..." He chuckled

"Ow! What was that for!?" Kira jumped back.

Thanatos chuckled "To show you that something that happens for les than two seconds can hurt, now imagine if I held that pinch for two minutes...See? something that takes such a short time can hurt alot..."

"Oh I get it..." She wonders off to the other side of the cave where Axis watches the snow fall. "Yeah right..." She sighed petting Axis. "I've never been in love...I really don't know how it feels to be heart broken..." Her eyes gazed into the pure white snow. "But seeing my sister go through what she did four years ago...seems like it hurt her a lot."

Ai grabed hold of Thanatos' arm, hugging it as not to let it go. "Thanatos...I'm glad you came to stay..." she rubbed her warm face on his cold skin. "I wouldn't know what to do if you would've left."

"I would have probably laid in the snow for a long time before I moved..." Thanatos admitted.

"Well, let's keep looking foward for now!" Ai smiles up at him. "We're here together and that's all that matters!"

"You're right." Thanatos kissed her softly and smiled looking into her eyes

Ai smiles back, hugging him close to her once more. Her eyes then wonder off to Kira who sat with Axis watching the snow fall. Her eyes all filled with an unknown sadness. Kira contues to watch the snow when Axis jumps to his feet. He growled uncontrolably and bearing his sharp fangs.

"What's wrong, Axis...?" Kira asked holding onto his neck. Her eyes widen with fear as an unknown creature makes its way to the cave. Kira screams. Ai and Thanatos quickly ran to her.

"What's wrong-" Ai asked. Her clear eyes landed on the brutal battle ahead. Axis fangs were in the huge creature's back. The creatur thrashed around, smashing Axis against the icy wall. Axis soon let go of the creatur when a gun went off. Ai stood in shock when the creature turned out to be a wolf demon.

"Ahh...That's better!" He cracked his neck. Throwing the wounded dog aside. Kira quickly runs to Axis' side holding his head to her chest.

"You big Meanie!" Kira yells on the top of her lungs. "Who are you and What do you want?!" The demon smiles evilly at her as his eyes darted to Ai who was completely stun.

"Hello...Ai...Long time no see..." He grined.

"Sai...You servied the avalanch I created." Ai crossed her arms across her chest. "What do you want?"

"You know what I want little one." He grins. He quickly runs over to her placing a hand on her cheek. "The years been good to you!" Ai tensed up looking into his red eyes. A low growl caused Sai to look up at the blue man standing next to her. "Who's the ice sickle?"

Thanatos growled softly and slapped Sai's hand away fro Ai. "What right have you to touch her? And my name is no concern of yours. The only concern you have is how I'm going to hurt you if you don't leave now." Thanatos wrapped his arms around Ai protectively

Ai blushes slightly, looking up at her blue savior. Sai chuckles in his throat.

"Oh...A tough guy, huh?" Sai smirked pulling out his gun, pointing it in his face. "I hope you have a death wish ice pop!"

Ai jumps in front of it. Sai looked at her in shock then it quickly turned to pleasure.

"Do you really want me to kill you?!"

"Why not that was your whole mission years ago!" Ai stood frimly in front of the pistol. A whicked smile came across Sai's face.

"You know the reasons why I had to...So don't try to use that against me..." His red eyes went to Thanatos again. "Hmph! You fell for another! How long would you have him untill he finds another, Ai?" Her eyes widen in fright. "Hey Ice man! How long are you willing to stay with her untill you had enough and leave her high and dry!?"

"I would never do such a thing. I'll stay with Ai as long as she wants me, and if the decides she no longer wants me, then I will still be here even if that means watching as she enjoys the company of another, as long as she's happy, I'm happy." Thanatos pulls Ai back and holding her to his chest. "Ai, please step out of the way...." He kisses her gently and pulls his hammer off his back

Ai did as he asked and ran over to help Axis who needs medical attention. "Be careful!" She yells back.

Sai grins readying his pistol for the shot. "You are so kind hearted that it sickens me!" He laughs. "I hate to even look at you. But I tell you one thing...Ai will never leave she's a snow princess who refuses to change and even so she did change by falling for you. She did forgive herself what happen to her family!" He pulls the trigger.

Thanatos smirks. "You talk too much." He blocked the bullet with his hammer. "At least I have a heart!" He pulls back a full swings his hammer at Sai, his face in full rage. "Ahhh!" He yells.

Sai jumps out of the way. "That might be so but I refuse to fall for such emotions! At least not anymore!" He shot at him again.

Thanatos ignored the bullet that grazed his side and lunged again and swung hard at Sai's legs. "You're pathetic to think love is just some emotion that means nothing!"

Sai bearly jumps out of the way and his left leg gets hit with the end of the hammer. He howls in pain as he tries to stand. "Am I..." He pants. "I just see it has another opening to my opponets..." He aimed for Ai, pulling the trigger.

"No!" Thanatos dove in the way his shoulder getting hit dead on. He gruted in pain but lifted his hammer and struck Sai's side with it hoping to crack his ribs.

Ai eyes widen. Her hands shake as she tries to finish her job but the blood of her love has splattered across her face.

"Ai! Ai! You have to finish the job!" Kira shook her. "C'mon! Thanatos will be okay! You have to finish Axis!"

She couldn't move. Her sight never leaving the battle feild as Thanatos and Sai battled on.

Sai ducked out of the way. "You really do care for that kitsune! Interesting..." He wrinched in pain as he tries to make his way from the battle feild. "You win this one Ice man but you haven't seen the last of me!" He turns into the huge wolf and runs off into the snowy abyiss.

Thanatos stood there panting for a moment then swayed and fell over into the snow passed out, he was bleeding from his shoulder, his side and his chest from the wounds reopening. The crimson liquid spread over the pure white snow.

Ai handed the banges over to Kira. Her eyes wide with confusion. "What am I suppose to do with this?!"

"Finish Axis for me!" She ran over to Thanatos. Her hands quiver as she placed them on his cold skin. "Thanatos..." She whispered. "Thanatos...!" She leand over to his ear. "Thanaos are you-" She swallowed hard. "Are you still alive, love...?" She waited a few moments and saw movement in his chest, recalling that he was indeed, still alive. Tears burned in Ai's eyes as she tries to turn him over.

Kira narrowed her eyes to what her sister was doing. Once she saw that she was trying to turn the heavy man over on his back, she quickly jump to her feet to help.

Ai looked at her with confused eyes. "Kira...What about-"

"Don't worry! He's fine now. He just needs rest." She looks down at Thanatos, his body seem like it went through hell and back. "But Thanatos needs our help right now..." Kira tries to lift him up. "C'mon! Let's get Mr. Hero in to the warm cave!!"

Ai quickly hops to her feet grabbing hold of the ohter side. They struggled getting him into the cave. Ai slipped on a ice covered rock, splitting her knee. Blood colored the white snow ae she gets up again.

Kira twistes her ankle in a hole in the ground that gave way. She ignored the pain and kept going. They made it inside of the ice glazed cave, and laied Thanatos down near the fire.

Ai ameadly went to work on Thanatos' wounds. She cleaned them out with warm water. Her eyes never leaving her project at hand. She pulled out the banages and began to wrap the wounds one by one. Soon she had each wound cleaned and banaged. "Now all he needs is rest..." Ai laied down next to him.

"Ai...?" Kira whimpered.

She smiled up to her little sister who looked as if she was 12. She patted a spot next ot her. Kira smiled nuzzeling close to her sister. Axis slowly made his way over and curled up beside them.They shut their eyes and slowly drifted to sleep.

As the girls slept a cloaked figure walked silently up the snowed path. The hood on the cloak covered the figure's face, carefully the figure walked among the fore bodies in the cave. It selected the smallest one, Kira and slowly and carefully scooped her up in it's arms. Making sure no one noticed the figure disappeared with Kira. 

Ai stured in her sleep. She felt a cold presence where her sister once laid. She sat up looking around the icy cave and saw no shadow of her any where, not even a scent. Her nose twiched at a new scent that she didn't reconize. Ai quickly looked over a Thanatos who remains motionless. She hated to desturb him after a hard battle with the infamous Sai. So she gave him a soft kiss on his cold lips and stood up. Axis looked up for a moment at her. She press a finger to her lips telling him not to make a sound. He just laid his lazy head down and went back to sleep.

"Who in their right mind would take off with my sister...?" Ai thought putting on a warm fur about her slinder body.


Thanatos stirred and looked around. "Ai?" He winced. "Ai!" He sat up painfully in a slight panic.

Ai picked her snow white head in the entance of the cave. "Yes?"

"you're- you're ok!" Thanatos tried to move he wanted her close to him.

Ai rushes t his side. "I'm fine.." She smiled down at him. "You shouldn't move." She laid him back down. "You'll reopen your wounds. What can I do to make you stay still?" She giggled.

Thanatos smiled and caressed her cheek. "Ai?" He looked into her eyes.

"What is it...?" she tilte her head to the side.

"I love you." Thanatos blushed slightly.

Ai blushed cherry red, double blinking. "Wh-What did you just say...?" Not certain if she heard him right. She lean in closer. "Thanatos...Are you getting a fever of some sort...?"

"No, I'm not ill I know what I said...I Said I love you...Ai, I love you." Thanatos caressed her cheek

She returns the smile. She lean in closer pressing her lips to his, all thought of her sister missing forgotten. "I love you too..." She broke the kiss for a few moment then press them to his once more.

Thanatos kissed his love deeper smiling happily his wounds didn't hurt as bad when he was near her.

Her hands slowly ran over his wounds hoping not to hurt him. She breaks the kiss loking down at his lazy body, half undress from her quickly cleaning out his wounds and banaging them up with such care. She looked deeply into his ice blue eyes the mirror her own.

"Miss Ai, I don't know what I'd do without you..." Thanatos smiled softly at her

Ai returns the smile laying her head on his chest, nuzzleing her face in his neck. "I don't ever want you to leave..." She sighed, holding him close. "I, too, wouldn't know what to do I would do without you..."

Thantos nuzzled her and kissed her cheek several times gently. "Ai? Where's Kira?"

Her eyes jolt open. She jumps to her feet. "I nearly forgot!" She rushed to the entrance. "Thanatos...I have to find her! I don't know if you notice but there's a different scent in this cave! It's faint but it's there!" She pulls the fur hood over her head.

"Ai...calm down we won't slove anything if you don't remain calm..." Thanatos stood up slowly. "We'll find her."

Ai shook her head. "I can't just lose her again after finding her!" Her eyes rested on Thanatos, finding comfort in him as she slowly made her way to his arms.

Thanatos held her close to his injured chest and nuzzled her.

A shadow cast over the cave as Fugiri swooped down with Kira in his arms protectively. "This it?"

Ai tilted her head in confusion as the dragon landed with a kitsune in his arms. "Kira...?"

"Ai!" Kira smiles waving.

Thantos let go of Ai so she can go to see her sister.

Fugiri let go of Kira and examined his shoulder. "Damn, I expected more but this should heal shortly..." He picked up some snow and cleaned out his wound with it.

Ai wrapped her arms around Kira hugging her against her. She quickly holdsd her at arms length examing her. "Are you okay?!"

"I'm fine! I was just in a zoo of some sort..." Her gaze going over to her new dragon friend. A faint blush crept across her face. Ai soon realize this and follows her gaze. Her ice blus eyes rested on a ice dragon with pink hair. Her eyes narrow back to her sister.

"You like that little dragon friend...of yours...?" Kira's eyes darted back to Ai.

"No! We just met!"

"In the zoo?" She nods. "Well...me and Thanatos just met dats ago and now we've completely fell in love for each other."

"Even after what Sai had said?" Kira cocks an eyebrow. Ai nods.

"So...Who's your ice dragon friend?"

"His name is Fugiri. He's from here!" Kira jumps up and down in the snow. "Just my luck to find a friend who was fom the same town as I, to bring me home...And he's so kind..." Her eyes once more went over to the dragon.

"Uh...I suppose I should go and let you have your reunioun. It was nice to meet you Kira..." Fugiri held his hand over his shoulder pushing on it to stop the bleeding.

"Not with that wound your not going any where!" Ai placed a warm hand on his shoulder. "C'mon! You need medical attention!" She smiled up at him. Her ic blue eyes sparkled with happiness. She grabbed hold of his hand and lead him inside. She pointed to a spot for him to take a seat. "I'll be right back! Don't you go anywhere!" She then looks over to Kira who was giving her "are you nuts" look. "You can keep him company as I look for the proper supplies!"

Kira's cheeks rose form the blush that stin them. She took her seat next to him. "Does it hurt...? I mean your shoulder, does it hurt much...?"

"No, it was worth it to get us out of their, I couldn't leave you in there it's not good for someone so young and pretty to be in a cage..." Fugiri plucked shards of glass from his shoulder.

Thanatos sat on a boulder and watche careful not to move his body too much

Ai comes back with the supplies need for Fugiri's shoulder but then her eyes met with Thanatos' across the room. "Kira...You know how to clean and bangae wounds right...?" Kira nods. "Then you would help your new friend right! I mean he knows you but I'm a omplete strager to him!"

"But Ai-" She tries to protest as the supplies was shoved into her hands.

"You could do it girl!!" Ai wne tot Thanatos. Kira cut her eyes at her sister as she begins to clean out Fugiri's wounds.

"You don't have to do that if you don't want to Kira, really, I'll heal up..." Fugiri smiled

Thanatos held Ai

"No really I want to!" She blurted out. She quickly covers her mouth with a blush hold her cheeks. "If I don't do it then how else would I repay you for helping me escape." Her ears hung low and her eyes stayed on the work she began to do.

Ai smiles at the two across the way. Her hands held Thanatos'. She nuzzled her nose against his neck as her head rested on his chest. "Feeling better..." She asked in almost a whisper.

"Much better Miss Ai." Thanatos nuzzled her back and held her to him gently

"You don't have to repay me...really." Fugiri looked at her with his glistening blue eyes

"It is only way for me to thank you really! I don't mind!" Kira finished up her banaging. "Well it;s not my best work but it would help you heal." A smug smile own her features.

"That's good!" Ai kissed his neck making a trail to his lips. "That's really good...I'll hate to change your banages so soon after I had changed them once already!"

"I'm fine no need to change them as of yet." Thanatos kissed her gently.

Fugiri smiled. "Thanks...well I supose I should go now, I've already taken quite abit of your time..." He smiled and stood up.

"No!" Kira blurts out of turn. A blush grabbing at her cheeks. "I mean...You haven't taken my time at all...I actually enjoy your company..." Her face turning red by the second. "Would you like to stay-if you want! I have nothing better to dowith my time but watch these two love birds cuddle and talk lovey-dovey to each ohter."

Ai kissed him back, running her fingers through his snow white blue hair.

Thanatos smiled and held her.

Kira's eyes remain in her lap as the uneasy silance between her and Fugiri linger on. She looks up for a secod to say something but thought twice about it. "I really don't want to be stupid to ask...!" She thought to herself sightly blushing.


"I'd be happy to stay Kira." Fugiri lifted her head by her chin gently smiling at her

Her face flush with excitement that she glops him. "That would be sooo AWSOME!! She cheered. Then she felt eyes on her. She turns to seee her sister's and Thanatos' eyes were watching her every move. A blush owned face once again as she quickly jumoed to her feet and went to the entrance of the cave.

Ai looked up a Thanatos. "Did we do something wrong...?" She tilt her head to the side with one ear lowered.

Thanatos and Fugiri both looked confused out of their minds

"Boy you two are a lot of help!" She slides out of Thanatos' arms heading to her little sister. She place a gentle hand on her shoulder. Kira jumps abit. "Sorry to scear you but what's wrong...?" She took a seat next to her.

"Nothing!" She lied hiding her face in her arms that were across her knees.

"You're lying!" Ai sang. Kira looks up a blush still holding on to her cheecks.

"Ummm...What are the feeling you get when you're around Thanatos...?" Ai loked confused at the question. "I mean...How do you know that you're-you know-"

"Aw!" Ai smiles. "You like him don't ya!?" Kira nods. "I knew it!"

"Shhhh! Keep it down!" She shushs her sister loking back at the boys. "I don't want to scear him off. We only just met!"

"Ok! You tell him whent he time is right!" Ai stands up. Sheleans down just before leaving. "And before I forget...Just be yourself and he just might return the same feelings!" She skipped back to Thanatos.

Kira watches as her older sister lays back into Thanatos'arms. A blush once again owning her cheeks.

Thanatos nuzzles Ai sweetly

Fugiri runs his fingers through his hair

Kira hesates to even go near Fugiri. Her eyes grew wide as she raises to her feet.

Fugiri stretches and yawns widely then licks his lips with his peirced tongue

She stands in front of him shaking a bit. "Fugiri...?"

Fugiri looks down at her. "Yes Kira?"

"Would you like to go build a snow demon with me...?" Her face cherry red.

"Sure Kira, if you'd like..." Fugiri smiled and placed his hand on her shoulder

A smile owning her face. She grads hld of his arm rushing him out into the snow.

Ai giggles at how her sister reacted to his answer. "That is so cute!"

Fugiri tripped as he was pulled and fell on Kira comming face to face with her his nose nearly touching hers, his scales on his face turned from a soft blue to a soft purple like Thanatos' when he blushes.

Thanatos smiled and nodded towards Kira and Fugiri. "Look."

Ai looks over to the entrance where Kira and Fugiri. A smile creeping upon here features. A giggle came after.

Kira's whole face turns a bright red. Her nose touching his like a feather. "Um...Fugiri...?" She tries not to move.

"Yes Kira?" He blushes softly and blinked his blue eyes slowly

Thanatos held his hand over Ai's mouth. "Shhh..."

"Um...Could you-umm...You know-" She tries to move but her lips bumps into Fugiri's,

Ai's eyes widen at the scene. She glances up at Thanaos with a smile then nuzzle up against his chest.

Thanatos smiled and held her

Fugiri blushed and pressed his soft blue lips gently to Kira's his lip ring rubbing against her lower lip

Her eyes widen but soon close afterwards leaning into the kiss.

Ai on the other hand, placed her hands on Thanatos'and moved them into her lap. A smile owning her face. She leaned in to his ear and whispered. "We should give them some priavcy..."

Thanatos nods and walks with Ai's hand in his to the back of the cave. Once there he smiled at her leaning in and taking her chin in his slender fingers, his lips press gently to his, his tongue licking her upper lip

Fugiri embraced Kira his wings folding around them conceling them from the world as he kissed her deeper

Kira wraps her arms around his neck, deeping the kiss.

Ai smiles into the kiss as her arms wrapped around his neck

Fugiri lets out a murr kissing her deeper

Thanatos licks her lips smiling

"Fugiri..." Kira breaks the kiss. "We should...go build that snow demon!" She smiles up at him, peeking him once more on the lips. She takes his hand in hers running out futher to where the snow is a bit deeper.

Ai opens her mouth to his tounge to search her mouth. The though of her sister and her new found love erased from her mind as she slide her hands under Thanatos's shirt. Her mouth left his trailing to his neck, marking him as hers. Her tounge licks the wound shut causing a shiver to go down Thanatos' spin.

Thanatos moaned softly sliding his hands up over her hips and over her breasts. Gently he massages thempressing against her body.

Fugiri smiled and followed her, he sat in the snow making the base of the snow demon he smiled at Kira lovingly

Kira spots him smiling at her lovingly. She blushes slightly red and smiles back making the head of the snow demon.

Ai moaned soflty removing her lips from Thanatos' neck. She held him close to her closing her eyes shut with pleasure. Her hands played in his bluish white hair. "Thanatos..." She moaned into his ears like a whisper of wind.

Fugiri grabbed two balls of snow and placed them on his chest. "Look Kira! I have snow boobs!" He chuckled.

Thanatos slipped Ai's shirt from her form he bent down breathing hotly on her breasts. His lips wrapped around one of her nipples his hand rubbing the other. His free hand held her lower back as he flicked his tounge over her nipple.

Ai blushed gripping his head as she tries to stuffle her moans. She bit her lower lip to stop the form a louder moan from emarge.

Kira falls on her back laughing at Fugiri's little act.

Ai blushed cherry red placing a gentle hand on his welll built chest. A groan escaped her lips from Thanatos' lips causing her to pull back. Her eyes searched his, waiting for futher instructions.

Kira held her sides, gasping for air. "Fugiri! S-Stop! I can't breathe!" She sits up trying to finish the profect at hand. Her hands nearly dropped the head of the snow demon.

Fugiri smiled and made two large lumps in the ground, then turned to Kira. "Snow ass!" He laughed and poked between the poke butt cheeks them licked snow from his finger. "Yummy! Smeel my finger!" He chased her

Thanatos smiled. "It's ok, don't be afraid, you won't hurt me..." Thanatos kissed her neck tugging gently at her skirt, his lips pecking her neck gently.

Ai gasped as her hands slowly ran down his chest, feeling every muscle the man owns. She kisses his chest over his heart. It was her fist time, knowing not what to do but what her lover says. "Th-Thanatos..."

Kira runs with laughter as she tries to get away from him, but trips over her own two feet falling face first into the snow.

Fugiri scoops Kira up in his arms bridal stlye and rubs his nose to hers smiling.

Thanatos looks down at Ai. "Yes my sweet snowfox?" He caresses her jawline with his thin fingers smiling softly.

Ai looks into his ice blue eyes. Her voice soft to his ears she whispered. "Be gentle..." She smiles kissing his soft lips. Her hands now tugging at his pants.

Kira blushed as snow was brushed off her nose and face. Her emrald green eyes sparkled as she giggled. "Fugiri!" She laughed as they head to the half bulit snow demon. "We have to finish it! C'mon!" She giggled, trying to escape from his grasp.


"Ah! Nope." Fugiri smiled and held her close. He nuzzled her laughing slightly.

Thanatos kissed her. "You have my word. If you're un comfortable just tell me and I will stop anytime, no matter what..." Thanatos slipped her skirt off of her.

Ai rubbed her legs with his hands. Her breath hot on his skin as she breaks the kiss leaning her face in his neck. Her hands steadly undoing his pants.

Kira giggles at his touch. "Please Fugiri!" She smiles looking over at the cave. She was surprise not to see her sister and Thanatos out at the entrance watching them. "Fugiri...Did you see where my sister and Thanatos went off to...?" Her eyes going back to the beautiful ice dragon who held her close.

Thanatos stood still allowing her to take his pants off of him, he despised underwaer so he wasn't wearing any.

Fugiri nuzzled her. "Probably for some private time...let's finish the demon.." He sat her down

Kira smiles with a nod. Knowing her sister maybe in the back of the cave with Thanatos doing whatever grown-ups do and begin to work on the snow demon. A furry thing at her side she quickly looks down to see the wounded Axis. He carried a look they kicked me out type of look. Kira pet him on the head and resume to her work.

Ai gazed wide eye at Thanatos' staff. It was huge! She placed a hand on it. A groan came from his lips making her think she hurt him.

"That feels wonderful..." Thanatos moaned softly as she wrapped her fingers around his shaft

Fugiri nuzzled her as he shaped the snow a bit

Ai blushes as she palce her lips to the tip of his staff,giving it a kiss. Her finger slowly going up and down it.

Kira giggles, nuzzling back at his neck. Axis laid at her side, sleeping peacefully.

The snow demon began to morph and build up by it's self, finishing in mere moments. A small chuckle was heard from under the snow, a black-haired female popping up before the dragon and the female. She had a gentle looking light brown face as she smiled, staring up at the dragon, then glancing to the girl and bowing. "Me llamo es Marybelle Akino."

"What?!" Kira looked at the demon in confusion. She couldn't believe that the demon that she and Fugiri where creating turned out to be a true demon of snow. She double blinks in confusion as the beautiful snow demon like princess stood up.
