On a summer day like this I invite all my friends for talking and chatting on my virtual veranda, where the sun always shines and where bees are humming in the flower bushes. No cars or sirens are heard here, only the birds singing and the wind whispering through the trees in the garden.

I carry out fresh, newly made elder lemonade with ice that tastes wonderful in the shade.

In the corner stans a garden hammock, which is squeaking just a little but still going strong. There you can relax on the cushions, and if you're feeling stressed the gentle rocking will soon take care of that. You can also sit down on the wicker chairs, if you of course don't prefer to lie down on a blanket in the grass just next to the wooden floor of the veranda.

Don't forget to take a big slice of cake to enjoy while we're leaning back in our chairs and having both deep conversations and smalltalk about life, death and all that is between.

The door is always open here, as are the minds.
This is not a debate room and we all listen to everyone's words with respect, taking time to really understand what the other person means.

Difficult subjects, problems and dilemmas are welcome, but also joyful things, joking around and silliness is always met with a appreciating laugh in my house.

This place is also available for anyone who just wants to take it easy, lay down on the hammock, eat some virtual cookies and clear his or her mind. I'll always be around to listen, encourage or just be there.

2009-02-23 [Easterling]: I love your design, HardRockAngel! I want you to re-arrange my veranda. Nobody has made another suggestion, and I haven't been making that much advertisement for it either :P, but that doesn't matter. I don't think anyone would do a better job than you.
