BLACKTHORNE

Welcome to the town of Blackthorne. A mining village located deep within a jungle. The people's lives here were simple and very productive until most recently when a subsection of the mines crossed into the underground homes of the local orcs and goblins. Since then the mines production has slowed and the village has taken on looking more like that of a fort. A place surrounded by conflict now it's become quite the place for adventurers and mercenaries looking to make some money, be it from helping to fight back the hordes of assailants, to performing simple trades within the walls. Blackthorne's future is unpredictable at this point, but if they can not get a handle on the problem, it will less than likely survive.

In case it isn't clear, Blackthorne is a fantasy RP that takes place before there was really any form of modern technology. Flintlock guns do exist, but you're going to have to reload powder after every shot. There is magic, but try not to do anything that might would make you just to overly powerful, this town is in turmoil, wich wouldn't be such a problem if there were unbelievably powerful wizards just wandering about.

9/19/09~ Just getting this started, bare with me. Any suggestions will be gladly accepted as to anything that should be added.
9/26/09~ Alright, I've decided to cut it all down to RPing on just the one page and we'll see how it goes from there. If need be we'll use the other pages so I'll just leave them up for now. In other words, I think we're open for buisiness, let's get some characters going.
