Your Name: [
Ravenclaw]
Real Name: [Amala Donavin
Age: 28 Born Oct. 2550
Gender: Female
Callsign: Spook
Spartan Number: 313
Specialization: Sniper
Armor type: SPI or Semi-Powered Infiltration Armor Mark III
Description:

The Mark III contains a few smaller bells and whistles as opposed to the I and II. Due to the suits light weight construction the risk of compromising the Spartan inside was far too high. This encouraged the installment of a higher grade over-shield, one capable of sensing a high velocity projectile within ten meters, thus giving the shield ample time to power up. One major defect of this high range protection is it's inability to sense slower moving objects. While being able to detect the destructive power of a plasma grenade, a bladed weapon is much harder to detect.
Also when the suit is not in camo mode the color scheme is similar to the Black Spartan Armor, in which the flat paint used does not cast a shine or glimmer.
Helmet type: SPI
Description: The upgrades made to the Mark III SPI armor prompted improvements in the helmet also. VISR Mode was an obvious improvement, not only in understanding and amplifying your location but also in wind variance and distance range, making this helmet optimal for any sniper.
Armor Variance (Battle damage, war paint, etc.): Spook likes to try to keep her armor as spiffy as possible, believing that the least amount of battle damage shown tells more about her skill than a scuffed battle worn suit.
The emblem the suit adorns is one that Spook hopes reflects her character. Adorning a black oval are two yellow lightening bolts and in the foreground is an angry little ghost displaying what historians might refer to as "The Bird"
Weapons (Only two; Human): Spooks primary weapon is and always will be her personally modified Sniper Rifle System 99D-S2 Anti-Matériel (abbreviated SRS99D-S2 AM)
Secondary: The M6C/SOCOM, or more commonly known as the "Automag" or "Go-Mag", or "M6S", is a, armor piercing, semi-automatic pistol.
Description:
The SRS99D-S2 AM is a semi-automatic UNSC sniper rifle that fires 14.5mm x 114mm APFSDS (Armor-Piercing Fin-Stabilized Discarding Sabot) from a 4 round magazine. Spook's has been retrofitted to suit a 13 round mag because it better suits her targeting speed and 13 is her lucky number. It is designed in the conventional layout, so the mag and operating system are located in front of the trigger. The magazine does not fit flush especially when modified.
Amunition: The SRS99D, Its rounds are large in both length and width, and are equipped with four symmetrical fins on the sides of the round, stabilizing its trajectory to results of amazing accuracy, with a hit ratio of 97.3%. The 14.5mm APFSDS round has a muzzle velocity of 1450m/s.
Secondary: The Automag variant is a special issued handgun to the UNSC's Special Operations Units (ODST, etc.). It has an integrated sound suppressor, muzzle brake, and includes a flashlight and is best suited to place quick accurate head-shots.
In lieu of the KFA-2 sight used on the M6D PDWS, the M6C/SOCOM utilizes the VnSLS/V 6E smart linked 4X scope, enabling the user to eliminate targets at long range while incurring limited recoil due to the integral sound suppressor and compensator.
Ammunition: The Automag is recoil-operated and magazine-fed. It fires 12.7x40mm semi-armor-piercing high-penetration ammunition from a thirteen-round magazine.
Equipment: Radar jammer, as to remain as invisible as possible.
Basic Info: Spook's parents met while stationed at Madrigal, several years before the glassing. By then Spook was 3 and they where stationed elsewhere. With both leading decorated UNSC careers it was only fitting that she follow in their footsteps. Spook was 5 when both of her parents where found KIA after the occupation of New Mombasa in 2552. With no next of kin to send her to she became a ward of the UNSC and with no adequate place to stash an orphaned five year old, she became a prime candidate for the rekindled Spartan program. Despite her
fortune she was unable to pass the initial testing but due to her age was allowed to try again and by her 6th birthday was fully inducted as a fledgling Spartan.
Miraculously, being the youngest person to undergo the program Spook excelled and even applied for specialized sniper training as an extracurricular activity. After she fell in love with the Mark III SPI armor; as well as it's keen use for practical jokes, she quickly earned her call sign and now refuses to answer to her given name.
Since Spook was younger than all the other recruits she quickly adapted a peculiar sense of humor. It developed as a defense mechanism to prevent being picked on. Being a tomboy to boot she usually found more in common with the guys rather than the girls.
Now in her 28th year she's been on more than a few missions and has grown quite an attachment to her weaponry. Even to the point of giving them names and, like any good Spartan, sleeps with them.
As far as most Spartans go, she's pretty short. Only an even six feet, but her small size has always been more of a benefit than a hindrance when it comes to her job. She has no tan to speak of, but her hair is short and black, always rather messy and it has a tendency to stick up to the left.
